AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. The purpose of this study is whether job training, career development and work environment have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Persada Indonesia's Persada Welfare Foundation. The population in this study came from the number of employees who worked, namely 43 people. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 43 respondents with multiple linear regression methods. In this study, using a questionnaire that was distributed to the employees encountered. The results showed that the variables of job training, career development and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Persada Persada Indonesia Welfare Foundation, either partially or simultaneously. Three independent variables explained that the employee's performance was 67.9% and the others were influenced by other variables Keywords: job training, career development and work environment, employee performance

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Pratama Tax Office in Bantul. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents using accidental sampling. By using a questionnaire to collect primary data, and respondents were 45. The technique used regression analysis to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and the Work Environment on employee performance. The results show multiple linear regression analysis, namely the T test shows that competency has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results show knowledge sharing, competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge sharing, competence, work environment, employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kayawan kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitan ini berjumlah 45 responden dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.  Dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data primer, dan responden adalah 45. Teknik yang digunakan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu pada uji T menunjukkan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Sedangkan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,048 dimana nilai ini dibawah 0,05. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,895 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Kata kunci : knowledge Sharing, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aimed to determine whether or not there was an influence of work discipline and work environment on the employees’ performance in regional division III Palembang PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The samples taken were 53 respondents. The data used was was primary data. The method of collecting data was through questionnaires. The data anaysis used was qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed the regression equation: Y = 1.348 + 0.262 X1 + 0.378 X2. The result of simultaneous hypothesis test result proved that there was an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance.The results of hypothesis testing partially proved that there was an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test result showed that the variables of work discipline and work environment were able to contribute to the fluctuation of changes that occurred in employees’ performance, with a large contribution caused was 36.8%

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk mendukung jalannya bisnis perusahaan dibidang properti. Sehingga penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai dasar kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui variabel lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dan kompensasi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksploratif dan software SPSS for Windows versi 24. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel dependent sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Kompetensi (X2) dan Kompensasi (Y) sebagai variabel independent. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Jasamarga Properti dengan populasi sebanyak 64 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sehingga seluruh karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel. (1) Persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 1,419 + 0,313 X1 + 0,199 X2 + 0,187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0,759, F = 59,844 (2) Lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Kompetensi dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil dari Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 1,419. Apabila X1, X2 dan X3 dianggap nol maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 1,419 dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk kategori sangat tidak baik.     Abstract: Improvement employee performance is very important to support company’s business in property industry. Therefore, this research is used as a basic policy to improve employee performance. The methodology in this research is quantitative exploratory method and analyze data used software SPSS for Windows version 24. The variables are Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable,  Work Environment (X1), Competence (X2) and Compensation (X3) as independent variables. This research was conducted at PT Jasamarga Properti with a population of 64 people as saturated samples. All employees are used as samples. (1) Multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.313 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0.759, F = 59.844 (2) The work environment is the most dominant factor in Employee Performance; (3) Competence and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of Employee Performance are 1,419. If X1, X2 and X3 are considered zero, it will affect employee performance by 1.419 in the Likert scale 1-5. The result is that employee performance is categorized as a very bad category.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, workload and work discipline on employee performance. The number of samples is 95 employees of cement packing PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study concluded that the simultaneous test results of work environment, as well as work discipline have a significant effect on performance. The result of partial testing of work environment has significant effect on performance, work load has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has an effect on to performance.

This research aims to analyze the impact of work environment and workload on employees' work performance. The research object is KSU Islah Citra Mandiri employee in Boyolali. The population was KSU Islah Citra Mandiri Boyolali employees with a total number of 32 people, the samples of which were taken by use of saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression to examine the impact of work environment and workload to employees' work performance. The research results indicated that the work environment and workload influence employees 'performance both partially and simultaneously: the work environment has positive impact, while workload has negative impact on employees' performance.

Education, motivation and compensation are important things that can improve performance. This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of education, motivation and compensation on employee performance. So that through the results of this study it is expected to be a reference for leaders in managing the organization. In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At present it is in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind to an infinite period, it is largely determined by the mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated from the progress of education level. Education is the base of all changes both individually, as well as countries. Employee performance is determined by the education that is owned, as high as education, the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study are BRI CAB employees, SEMARANG A-YANI, 60 people and all of them are sampled. The results of the analysis using SPSS 23 program statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between education on employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t count test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation towards employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (tcount 2,160> t table 0,05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t test 5.108> ttable 0.05). While together (simultaneously) the influence of education, motivation and compensation has an effect on and significant on the performance of employees at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (count = 44,692> ftabel = 0.05). The influence of the two research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by the motivation and compensation education of the remaining 31.0% of the employees' performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance.

<p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Majene Regency with the title The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem used by researchers is How the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, How the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, which variables have more influence on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Office Majene District Sports. The research method, namely the population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, which amounted to about 50 people, while the analysis method used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis This analysis was used to determine how much influence it had. independent variables, namely: compensation (X1), and work environment (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression equations, Partial Significance Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test). This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test.
