Undifferentiated forms of DST are widespread among children living in Khanty-Mansiysk, in connection with which it is relevant to assess the influence of this pathology on the formation of posture in schoolchildren of the North. Determination of the type of posture and the identification of stigmas of dysembryogenesis was carried out in 208 schoolchildren of the city of Khanty-Mansiysk. Posture types were divided into: normal, round, flat and stooped. Participants with the number of stigmas from 0 to 5 were allocated to the comparison group (n = 66), the rest (6 or more) made up the study group (n = 143). A card was entered, including 43 hair dryers. The study found that the incidence of UCTD among children in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra is noticeably higher than among those living in temperate latitudes and has a negative effect on the formation of posture. Key words: North, posture, physical development, undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.

Background. Assessment of the physical development of children in individual regions of the Russian Federation does not lose its relevance and requires constant updating, in this regard, it is important to study it in children adapting to the climatic and geographical conditions of the North, as well as the effect of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia on it. Aim. Aim of the study is to study the gender and age characteristics of the proportionality of physical development in children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia living in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Yugra. Materials and methods. The analysis of physical development of 528 children of the second childhood and adolescence, living in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Yugra, was carried out. The study group consisted of 342 children (248 boys and 94 girls) with a diagnostically significant number of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia symptoms (from 6 to 18 stigmas). The comparison group included 186 children (111 boys and 75 girls) who did not score a significant threshold of phene signs (from 0 to 5 stigmas). Physical development was assessed according to the Quetelet II weight-height index, chest-weight indices: Pignet, Vervek, and Brugsch, as well as proportionality indices: sternum, shoulder width, pelvic width, torso shape, arm and leg length indices, cranial and facial indices, interorbital-circular index. Results. Children without undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia during the second childhood have a tendency to malnutrition, and are characterized by a weak physique with a tendency to narrow chest. In adolescence, the tendency towards weakness of the physique persists, while height-weight ratios deviate towards normotrophy. Children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia during the second childhood and adolescence have a rectangular or trapezoidal body with an average length, as well as long upper and lower limbs relative to the length of the body. Conclusion. The impact of the socio-ecological factors of the North neutralizes the differences in the rates of physical development in healthy children and persons with disorders caused by congenital disorders of organogenesis of the undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia type.

Due to the spread of undiff erentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia, it seems relevant to assess the impact of organogenesis disorders on the physical development of schoolchildren living in the northern region. What dictates the need to study the interrelationships and interdependencies of the components of physical development and somatometric indicators in children of the north with phenotypic markers of UCTD. The eff ect of posture disorders on the studied components of physical development is manifested by higher growth in children with a fl at and round-concave back, a decrease in the thickness of skin-fat folds and the size of the head with a round and round-concave back. Therefore, to analyze the intersex and age diff erences in physical development in children with NDT, it is necessary to take into account the dynamics of interdependent anthropometric indicators and indices, taking into account the types of posture disorders.

THE AIM: To study the characteristics of phosphorus-calcium metabolism in patients with neurogenic disorders of urination, taking into account the severity of the manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia. PATIENTS AND METHODS. The study included 90 children, including 60 children with neuro-muscular dysfunction of the bladder (NMDB) and 30 children with enuresis from the age of 5 to 15 years. The diagnosis was established based on a comprehensive examination and according to industry standards. Connective tissue dysplasia was diagnosed in children with the detection of 6 or more small external or visceral manifestations involving 3 or more organs from different systems. Assessment of the severity (severity) of connective tissue dysplasia was carried out according to the point system proposed by T.I. Kadurina et al. Each group was divided into subgroups depending on the severity of the manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia. The determination of the level of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and urine, as well as the calculation of the calcium-creatinine coefficient followed by a comparison of the results in these groups and subgroups. To assess the significance of differences, the Mann-Whitney test was calculated, p <0.05 was considered significant. RESULTS. he level of calcium and phosphorus in the urine was slightly higher in children with enuresis, especially in the morning portion of urine, where the concentration of calcium was 26% higher than in patients with NMDB. At the same time, the value of calcium /creatinine coefficient was significantly higher in the group of patients with enuresis and was 2 times higher than the normative indicators, which indicates the importance of hypercalciuria in the development of enuresis. СONCLUSION. According to the obtained data, the severity of calciuria, determined by the value of the calcium-creatinine coefficient, is significantly higher in patients with enuresis than with NMDB.

The aim: To evaluate the peculiarity of clinical manifestations of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) in deeply premature infants from mothers with phenotypic markers of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). Materials and methods: The study represent the results of a retrospective clinical and statistical analysis of 268 premature birth report card and newborn report sheet. .The main (1 group) included 50 pregnants with obvious phenotypic markers of UCTD, the comparison group (group 2) consisted of 50 pregnant women without phenotypic markers of UDCTD. Results: According to the study, in 12 (24%) pregnant women of the main group at the time of admission to the clinic had contractions, which required specific therapy. Cervical cerclage was performed in 38 (76%) patients of the main group due to the presence of cervical insufficiency (CI). In these cases, the severity of the CI on the Steinber scale was 7.2 ± 0.4 points in the main group against 4.4 ± 0.2 points in the comparison group (p <0.05). Group I patients were more likely to have complications of labor such as:premature rupture of membranes, uterine contraction abnormalities and fetal distress, which required in most cases cesarean delivery (7% and 2%), respectively (p <0.05). The incidence of neonatal complications requiring respiratory support was 67% in group I and 48% in group II. According to our observations, the clinical manifestations of bronchopulmonary dysplasia were twice as high in infants of the main group (66%) against (44%) of the comparison group (p <0.05). Conclusions:1.Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants is more often associated from mothers with UDCTD. 2. The high importance of steroid prophylaxis of NRDS and antioxidant therapy in reducing the frequency of mechanical ventilation and the development of bronchopulmonary pathology, especially in infants from mothers with UDCTD syndrome, has been proven. 3. The possibility of diagnosing disorders of functional maturation of the lungs in the fetal period using a non-invasive method of ultrasonography has been confirmed.

Abstract. In connection with the spread of undifferentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD) in unfavorable climatogeographic and environmental conditions, it seems relevant to assess the impact of organogenesis disorders on physical development in schoolchildren living in the northern region. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of this study was to study the relationships and interdependencies of the components of physical development and somatometric indicators in children of the northern region with phenotypic signs of connective tissue dysplasia. Anthropometric indicators were revealed that can be used for express diagnostics of the level of physical development in children with UCTD these are the length of the legs, the thickness of the skin-fat fold on the front surface of the shoulder and the interorbital-circumferential index. When assessing covariants such as age and sex, there is a correlation of clusters of long-length values with age, the relationship of the thickness of the skin-fat folds with the floor, and the parameters assessing changes in the cerebral and facial skull, such as: face width, head circumference and interorbital-circumferential index are associated with both sex and with age. The influence of posture disorders on the studied components of physical development is manifested by higher growth in children with flat and round-curved backs, a decrease in the thickness of skin-fat folds and head size with a round and round-curved back. Thus, for a comparative analysis of gender and age differences in the level of physical development in children with UCTD, it is necessary to take into account the dynamics of interdependent anthropometric indicators and indices, taking into account postural disorders.

Hármas-Koros river lies between the mouth of the Tisza and the city Békés. In the nineteenth century, the work of regulatory her bed was made, which resulted in 44 oxbow lakes were created, of which 36 still exist till today. In presented work 14 oxbow lakes was selected and the following objectives were carried out: 1. The classification of oxbow lakes based on selected criteria: the manner and intensity of water exchange, sediment thickness, redox potential, usage, ichtiofouna. 2. The assessment of the state of spawning and its impact on ichtiofauna. 3. Determination the best methods of water management in particular types of oxbow lakes, which could stop their further degradation. The obtained results led to the following conclusions: - Tested oxbow lakes belong to different categories - Anthropogenic factors had a negative effect on the conditions of fish reproduction and survival of their juvenile stages. - The management of fisheries was not a factor differentiating the individual water regions, but had an impact on the ecological status. - For the maintenance and/or improvement of the natural environment of the individual oxbow lakes significant impact may have fishery management, carried out in the following years.

According to the literature, signs of mitochondrial dysfunction are found in 15–20% of children in the population. It often accompanies physical illness. The digestive tract is an energy-intensive system of organs, so violations of energy metabolism affect its functioning. The aim of this study was to determine the basal level of carnitine and its fractions in children with connective tissue dysplasia and chronic gastroduodenitis and to evaluate their dynamics after L-carnitine therapy. 77 children with this somatic pathology were examined. Depending on the presence of connective tissue dysplasia, they were divided into 2 groups – the main and the comparison group. Blood levels of total and bound carnitine were determined in all patients using liquid tandem chromatomass-spectrometry. Free carnitine was calculated as the difference between total and bound. It was found that in children with connective tissue dysplasia basal levels of total carnitine and its fractions are significantly lower than in patients of the comparison group. Carnitine and fractions increased in all children after a 30-day course of therapy with L-carnitine, reaching normal values with a reduced basal level. The degree of increase in indicators was greater in patients with initially lower levels, which was observed primarily in a group with connective tissue dysplasia. This study showed that connective tissue dysplasia in most cases is accompanied by mitochondrial dysfunction. Most patients with connective tissue dysplasia and chronic gastroduodenitis require correction of energy metabolism disorders using energy-stimulating therapy.

Aim. This study aimed to identify peculiarities of the course of pregnancy, delivery, and morphology of the placenta in women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). Materials and Methods. The main group included 60 pregnant women with UCTD, and the control group was composed of 30 somatically healthy women with physiological course of pregnancy. All patients were examined as regards the use of general clinical and laboratory methods. Moreover, 65 placentas were subjected to complex morphological examinations, including organometry, macro- and microscopic examinations, and immunohistochemistry. Results. Pregnancy and delivery in women with UCTD encounter various complications, such as threat of premature birth and miscarriage, pre-eclampsia, prenatal amenorrhea, and placental insufficiency manifested as fetal growth restriction syndrome and confirmed in the course of morphological examination. The structural basis of chronic placental insufficiency is associated various pathologies of the umbilical cord and disorders in maturation of the villous chorion with the underlying weak adaptive and compensatory processes. Connective tissue dysplasia in fetal membranes is manifested as disorders in histo- and cytoarchitectonics and in increased expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 by amniocytes and cytotrophoblast cells. Conclusion. UCTD produces unfavorable effect on the course of pregnancy and delivery. The results of the clinical and morphological examinations demonstrate the multiorgan characteristics of injuries in the mother-placenta-fetus system, which necessitates further studies for the determination of complex prophylactic measures.
