The present study seeks to explain the techniques and procedures, the concepts and categories with which the interpretation of the object studied, that is - documents related to the High School  Technical Professional Education Policy - implemented in Bahia / Brazil, specifically, the reference regarding Paul de Bryne’s quadripolar approach (1977), which provide the theoretical-methodological density of the object studied in relation to the epistemological, theoretical, technical and morphological poles. In this perspective, it is agreed with Gamboa (1987), in the sense that, the accomplishment of a research is not the fulfilment of ‘methodological ritualism’ with a ‘theoretical fad’ in order not to repeat what commonly happens in research in education, in progressively more intense way, of eclectic attempts that randomly collect techniques, methods and theoretical references without a clear understanding of the epistemological foundations and the philosophical implications of the different paths of knowledge.

The Government has established qualifications and competency standards for education personnel, including Minister of Education Regulation No. 24/2008 concerning school administrative staff competencies, Minister of Education Regulation No.26/2008 concerning laboratories competence, Minister of Education Regulation No. 27/2008 concerning school counselor competencies. School education personnel who have met these standards can be said to be professional education staff. To meet these standards, principals must take special steps, hereinafter referred to as strategic management. This study aims to determine and study the empirical picture of the strategic problems faced by Jambi City 1 High School, Muara Bungo 1 High School and Sungai Penuh City 1 and Sungai Penuh School and the strategy undertaken in responding to the needs of the development of education staff in the future to respond to global competition. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and document studies. Data analysis is performed through data display, data reduction and data verification processes. The results of this study are generally the state of professionalism of the teaching staff in Jambi Province State Senior High School not all meet the standards set by the Government. The strategic management of the headmaster of SMA Negeri 1 in Jambi Province begins with a school self-evaluation. The results of the school self-evaluation serve as a reference for the school principal in the formulation of the school's vision, mission and goals as well as the principal's policy in developing professionalism of the teaching staff.

The article discusses the features of socialization in education and educationalenvironment in rural and mountain schools. The author analyzes the characteristics of vocationalguidance for adolescents; components of career guidance in schools in rural and mountainousareas. The author believes that the need to create and implement proactive forms and technologiesto learn. It is primarily about school degree, since it is in the high school age formed the basis ofsocial identity formation. This motivated the study of the methodological aspects of the educationof pupils in schools in rural and mountainous areas. Targeting high school students forprofessional work in general secondary education system needs rethinking science, the result ofwhich should be the introduction of educational practice new meaning of educational work, newforms of career guidance. Before modern rural and mountain schools acute problem enhancecareer guidance activities. The main content of professional orientation of young people in ruralareas is to cultivate students' professional interests to sustainable agriculture in the daily academicand extracurricular activities. In this connection it is necessary to start adequate training forinnovative development of rural and mountainous areas in need of systematic approach to trainingprocess that involves complex requirements, which form a system of nature.

Resumo: O artigo discute o ensino da estatística em um Curso Técnico em Administração, subsequente ao Ensino Médio, de um Câmpus do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Sul-rio-grandense. É um estudo qualitativo, fundamentado na teoria da Aprendizagem Significativa Crítica e nos princípios da Educação Estatística Crítica. Apresenta-se uma proposta de ensino que articula os conhecimentos estatísticos teóricos com o estudo de casos reais e de interesse dos alunos, através do desenvolvimento de uma pesquisa estatística. Essa foi desenvolvida de agosto a dezembro de 2015 e envolveu 14 alunos do 3º semestre do Curso Técnico em Administração. Os alunos desenvolveram as etapas de uma pesquisa estatística, desde a definição do tema até a apresentação dos resultados para a turma e o professor. Foi um processo em que o professor atuou como mediador e os alunos como protagonistas, num ambiente de ressignificação de conhecimentos e desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades relacionadas à estatística e ao Curso Técnico em Administração.Palavras-chave: Ensino da Estatística. Aprendizagem Significativa Crítica. STATISTICS IN THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN A PERSPECTIVE OF THE CRITICAL STATISTICAL EDUCATIONAbstract: The article discusses the teaching of statistics in a Technical Course in Administration, subsequent to the high school, of a Campus of the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Sul-rio-grandense. It is a qualitative study, based on the theory of the Critical Significant Learning and on the principles of the Critical Statistical Education. It presents a teaching proposal that articulates the theoretical statistical knowledge with the study of real cases and of student interests, through the development of a statistical research. This was developed from August to December 2015 and involved 14 students of the 3rd semester of the Technical Course in Administration. Students developed the stages of a statistical research, since the theme definition up to presentation of results to the class and to the teacher. It was a process in which the teacher acted as a mediator and the students as protagonists, in a re-signification environment of knowledge and development of skills and abilities related to statistics and to the Technical Course in Administration.Keywords: Statistics Teaching. RESUMO Este artigo tem como objetivo abordar a superação do ensino tecnicista em uma perspectiva de formação humana integral na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, por meio de pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica, na qual se analisa o tecnicismo e sua influência na educação atual. A concepção da formação humana integrada e seus principais objetivos apresenta ações para uma proposta de superação do tecnicismo, ainda vigente em nossa educação. Abordar-se-á ainda o desafio da proposta do ensino médio integral. A pesquisa constata que é necessária a superação de um modelo educacional tecnicista, para uma forma de educação ampla, visando uma sociedade mais justa e igualitária, buscando desenvolver o potencial do indivíduo, como cidadão e como trabalhador, na formação de um sujeito que saiba ser crítico e reflexivo com relação às etapas e fundamentos do processo produtivo atual. ABSTRACT The objective of the following paper is to overlook how to overcome the excessive use of technology in a comprehensive human training perspective within the technical and technological education through a bibliographical review research, which analyzes the excessive use of technology and its influence in current education. The concept of comprehensive human training and its main goals propose overcoming the excessive use of technology still present in Brazilian education. It also overlooks the challenge of fulltime high school proposal. The study shows that it is necessary to replace the excessive use of technology education model for a broader one, aiming a fairer and more equalitarian society. Such society would seek to develop people’s potential, as citizens and workers, in order to form a person who is critic and reflexive when it comes to the stages and foundation of the current productive process.   Keywords: Human Formation. Technological and Professional Education.   RESUMÉN Este artículo tiene como objetivo abordar la superación de la enseñanza tecnicista en una perspectiva de formación humana integral en la Educación Profesional y Tecnológica, por medio de investigación de revisión bibliográfica, en la que se analiza el tecnicismo y su influencia en la educación actual; la concepción de la formación humana integrada y sus principales objetivos y se presenta acciones para una propuesta de superación del tecnicismo, aún vigente en nuestra educación. Se aborda también el desafío de la propuesta de la enseñanza media integral. The study investigates background factors influencing the pursuit of sex-atypical careers by Finnish women ( N = 235). Adolescents were investigated three times during an 8-year follow-up; the first time when the girls were in the ”nal grade of high school and planning their careers, the second time when they had gained a place either in professional education or at university, and ”nally when they had taken their place in working life. Background information was obtained about parents and grandparents. Recursive models with latent generational family variables were ”tted. Nonagricultural background of the grandparents predicted a somewhat higher education for the parents, which in turn predicted higher academic success in high school leading to an interest in, and the realisation of, sex-atypical careers.

A Geografia enquanto componente curricular contribui para a formação de indivíduos capazes de analisar criticamente o espaço. Propostas alternativas no ensino de Geografia, em contrapartida à tradicional forma mnemônica e descritiva de ensino, destacam-se nas aulas, a citar: músicas, aulas de campo, recursos visuais, etc. Entre os recursos didáticos pautados na linguagem visual destacam-se as Histórias em Quadrinhos (HQ) como forma de expressão de realidades, podendo ser consideradas pontos de partida para a leitura do espaço geográfico. Objetiva-se explorar as HQ enquanto encaminhamento metodológico auxiliar nas aulas de Geografia em conteúdos ligados ao século XX, a citar: período pós-guerra, Guerra fria, Guerra do Vietnã e nova ordem mundial. As atividades ocorreram na disciplina “Prática de docência em ensino de Geografia no ensino médio”, componente curricular do curso de licenciatura em Geografia da Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). A aplicação foi na turma do 2º ano do Ensino Médio Integrado ao Curso Técnico de Petróleo e Gás, do Setor de Educação Profissional (SEPT) da UFPR, em Curitiba - Paraná. Concluiu-se que as HQ contribuem no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, pois facilitam o processo cognitivo e auxiliam análises geográficas autônomas. Palavras-chave: Ensino; Geopolítica; Pós-guerras; Nova ordem mundial; Guerra fria.   COMIC BOOKS IN GEOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY: proposal of methodological in high school Abstract Geography as a curricular component contributes to the formation of individuals capable of analyzing space critically. Alternative proposals in the teaching of Geography, in contrast to the traditional mnemonic and descriptive form of teaching, stand out in the classes, to mention: songs, field lessons, visual resources, etc. Among the didactic resources based on the visual language is Comics (HQ) as a way of expressing realities, and can be considered starting points for the reading of the geographic space. The objective is to explore the comics as an auxiliary methodological guide in Geography classes in contents related to the twentieth century, to mention: the post-war period, the Cold War, the Vietnam War and the new world order. The activities took place in the discipline "Teaching practice in geography teaching in high school", curricular component of the licentiate course in Geography of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). The application was in the group of the 2nd year of High School Integrated to the Technical Course of Oil and Gas, of the Sector of Professional Education (SEPT) of UFPR, in Curitiba - Paraná. It was concluded that the HQ contribute to the teaching and learning process, since they facilitate the cognitive process and help autonomous geographic analysis.
