The article is devoted to considering the peculiarities of startup ecosystem formation. Modern theoretical views on the definition of startup ecosystem have been studied. The author’s definition of “startup ecosystem” term has been given. Innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems aimed at creating innovative products and services by startup companies have been analyzed. The structural elements of startup ecosystem under endogenous and exogenous changes in the business environment have been singled out. The situation of startup development in Ukraine and their further prospects have been analyzed. Emphasis has been placed on the formation of entrepreneurial universities as an important component of the ecosystem. The experience of leading countries in the implementation and formation of startup ecosystem has been studied and adapted.

German language is taught in Indonesia as a foreign language, or we usually call as DAF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache). This language is taught in formal and non-formal institutions. In this context, it is very important, especially for the teacher to bring interactive and joyfull learning in the classroom, and it is challenging for the teacher. Thus, presenting interesting language in the class, full of innovativation in learning prosess of German language, must be done. One of the choices to get those situations in the classroom is to bring a good media. Film is one alternative that can be presented. This paper discusses how to bring movies in learning a foreign language (German). Further discussion is more about (a) Definition of film, (b) Film, as a medium in teaching learning process, and (c) How to teach German with didactic and methodic in learning German language.

This article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the problem of energy security, which is becoming a topical geopolitical issue today. In particular, the interpretations of the concept of energy security, its transformation into a geopolitical factor and the structural elements of energy security are highlighted. The focus is on modern approaches and trends in energy security, as well as theoretical and methodological issues in the analysis of regional aspects of energy security. At the same time, efforts will be made to reveal the scale of threats to energy security and the destructive factors that make energy security relevant, their impact on interstate relations and political destabilization. The article summarizes the author's definition of the concept of energy security.

In the current legislation of the Russian Federation, there is no concept of a land dispute, which causes difficulties in determining the competence of an arbitration court in cases in which the object of the dispute is land. The article analyzes the general legal concept of a dispute and the sectoral concept of a land dispute developed by scientists. The author identified the characteristic features of a land dispute and its structural elements. The work reveals the influence of the structural elements of the land dispute on the type of production in which the dispute will be considered. In addition, the author concludes that the correct definition of the structural elements of the land dispute enables the arbitration court to determine the appropriate persons participating in the case, the subject of proof, the relevance and admissibility of evidence, and ultimately make a lawful and wellgrounded court decision.

Character education is a grand issue which has been endeavored in various ways through education, so it is truly realized for the noble ideals of the Indonesian people. But what is happening right now in our education is the moral degradation of the children national character, so education has the task at the forefront to overcome this. Various methods have been conceived by experts and implemented one by one by the individual education, one of the latest methods and considered as an effective method by various education experts is through multiple intelligences approach. However, there are not many education implementers understand the concept, one of the institutions that dared to start implementing the concept is Markaz Arabiyah Pare Kediri, so researcher formulates a problem formulation of how the concept of learning based on multiple intelligences in Markaz Arabiyah and how the character education is implemented through the concept of learning. Markaz Arabiyah is the only institution in Pare Kediri that applies the theory of multiple intelligences starting from the process of accepting participants to the learning process, then from that process can also implement character education at the institution.

Teaching and learning interaction ins chools is an interactive activity and the various components to realize the achievement of learning objectives have been established in the learning planning, to get there, first it need to be understood about the meaning of the term learning, teaching and interaction. These three terms will lead to the definition of teaching and learning interaction. The utilization of information technology in the making and using of interactive multimedia in learning in school be judged very effective in supporting the learning materials delivery. On the curriculum of 2013, students are encouraged to perform the steps in the process of scientific or scholarly learning. The learning process in high school Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP had been scientific approach but the book used by the students have not based scientific approach, yet then the topics in the book used the students has not been in accordance with the core competence and basic competence in the curriculum of 2013. Thus, the descriptive researchers doing research to see the need for developing a module of biology for students of Class XI high school. Analytical techniques used in this research is descriptive statistical. This form of analysis on activities of observation, the definition of collection problems that occur in the learning process. Needs analysis to develop module are curriculum analysis, analysis of problems in learning, and analysis of learning materials. Research results are those of the third there is a lack of analysis, books used in schools has not been in accordance with the curriculum of 2013. There is a deficiency in basic competence 3.2 and 4.2 on Bioprocess cell topics, books used in schools have not provided scientific/scientific approach which scientific approach/scientific can enhance the learning interest of students so that learning process went smoothly, and the analysis of the three. then the lack of one of the solutions is to develop of biology module based on scientific approach on Bioprocess cell topics.

Explicitly or implicitly the yield strength of a material is often used as a measure of incipient structural damage. With the yield strength determined by conventional methods, however, it cannot be said in general for two structural elements geometrically alike but of different materials that similar loads, producing maximum stresses equal to the yield strengths in the two cases, are simply related to the yield strengths. A definition of yield strength is proposed in this paper which often has the advantage that, for geometrically similar structures of different materials, loads producing maximum stresses equal to the yield strength are proportional to the yield strength.

The introduction and rapid growth of mobile learning applications (m-learning apps) has improved the role of teachers in facilitating the learning process especially among children. The learning experiences of children are enhanced and enriched with the use of m-learning apps for children. There are several m-learning apps developed for children in the market today, however, some of these apps do not succinctly support and adequately assist in the learning process and educational endeavors and quest of these young minds. In this paper, a systematic review of literature was conducted to assess past research and studies on usability dimensions and sub-dimensions utilized in evaluating children’s m-learning apps. The systematic literature review consisted of the following approach: the definition of search strategy, selection of primary studies, data extraction, and implementation of synthesis strategy and lastly, the presentation of findings. The result of the review reveals that effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, and user satisfaction (with their corresponding sub-dimensions) were the top four usability dimensions used in the evaluation of m-learning apps for children. In addition, the works reviewed showed that usability evaluation is prominent only during the implementation phase of the applications’ development.

ABSTRACT This article explores the definition of ‘sportswoman’ as put forward in the Caster Semenya case (2019) and the Dutee Chand case (2015) before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). It analyses the structural and discursive factors that made it possible for the CAS to endorse a definition that reduces sex and gender to a matter concerning testosterone. By relying on the concept of intersectionality and analytical sensibilities from Critical Legal Studies, the article shows that framing the cases as a matter of scientific dispute, instead of as concerning human rights, significantly influenced the CAS decisions. Moreover, structural elements of international sports law, such as the lack of knowledge of human rights among CAS arbitrators and a history of institutionalising gendered and racialised body norms through sporting regulations, further aided the affirmation of the ‘testosterone rules’.
