SMEs in the city of Bogor need to be developed because the existence of MSMEs can help increase economic growth and increase regional income.  The purpose of this study is to analyze that accounting understanding and marketing strategies are factors that influence the success of MSMEs in Bogor City. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling method. The sample used in this study were 41 SME owners located in Central Bogor City. The analysis technique used is the analysis of the Mutivariat dependencies using multiple regression. The results showed that Accounting Understanding influences the Success of MSMEs in Bogor City with the conclusion that H1 was accepted. While the marketing strategy has no effect on the success of SMEs in the city of Bogor with the conclusion H2 is rejected. This implies that in the future the UMKM party will increase the understanding of accounting to support the UMMM success.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Market segmentation has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. 2) Positioning has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard  Axis in Padang city.  Keyword: market segmentation simcard axis, positioning simcard axis, purchase decision simcard axis

Today's retail industry is experiencing rapid development along with technological advances and the construction of supporting facilities. Tangerang is one of the cities that is part of the Banten Province which is growing rapidly. rapid modernization affected the city, making it one of the largest cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies and promotional activities on the marketing performance of Retail Business Actors in Mall Plaza Bintaro. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the marketing strategy has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.2%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.625> 1.989). Promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 39.9%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.892> 1.989). Marketing strategy and promotion activities simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance by 48.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (44.464> 2,700)

The research objective was to determine differences in the perception of consumers based on the type of work on quality, price and product packaging drinking water refill. The population is all refill drinking water consumers in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau. Where the sample in the study is that there are as many as 300 customers. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling method with Convenience sampling, considering where the population is large enough, then any consumer who is easy to find, and it was able to be sampled, then it has the right to be a respondent. This is done to diagnose the situation quickly and is simple and easy, because of the limited time in the fieldwork. Environmental dis¬tinguished work on 1. Groups of civil servants and private sector employees. 2. Groups of self-employed, housewives and others. The results showed that there were significant differences between the consumer perception based on the type of work on the variable quality, price and product packaging drinking water refill.

Zakat can become a significant source of state revenue. This can be realized if the people of Islam in Indonesia obedient in paying the zakat. Besides, the zakat institution in charge of managing the zakat must be honest, transparent and accountable in managing the zakat so that can increase the confidence of zakat payers (muzakki). But in reality, until this time there are still found a lack of potential for the payment of zakat in Indonesia. There are several factors that lead to loyalty of zakat payers that will increase zakat collection, such as accountability, transparency, and service quality applied by zakat management organization.This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality toward loyalty of zakat payers. This research is a quantitative study with primary data from questionnaires distributed to zakat payers of zakat management organization in Purwokerto. Sampling technique uses a convenience sampling method. There are 100 respondents that fulfilled questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability, transparency, and service quality have a significant and positive effect toward loyalty of zakat payers.

This study aims to determine the role of materialism to moderate the perception of value and consumer innovaativeness to purchase decisions (Study On iPhone Products in Denpasar) with the number of samples taken as many as 128 people. Using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire. The analysis technique used is MRA (Moderate Regresion Analysis). Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the perception of value have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Consumer innovativeness has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Materialism as a moderating variable weakens the influence of value perception on iPhone product purchase decision in Denpasar City, and Materialism as a moderating variable reinforces the influence of consumer innovativeness on iPhone product purchase decision in Denpasar City. It is important for companies to pay more attention to consumer perceptions of value and consumer innovativeness, with that in mind, manufacturers will be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

This study purposed to analyze the influence of mediated service quality perceived value on consumer repurchase decisions, and the difference between the effect of service quality and the effect of perceived value on the decision to repurchase Telkomsel starter cards. The sample in this study were 100 students from Denpasar City who used Telkomsel starter cards. By using the Convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study prove that service quality is not too influential on the decision to repurchase Telkomsel starter cards because consumers think more about the value of benefits than the services provided when using  Telkomsel starter cards. Consumers only use services that are needed and if the service benefits them. There is a significant relationship between perceived value and the decision to repurchase Telkomsel starter cards.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari bantuan dana CSR pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia terhadap omzet usaha mikro binaan Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Convenience Sampling yaitu melakukan survei pada responden yang dapat dihubungi, metode ini dipilih karena survei dilaksanakan ketika ada pembatasan sosial terkait dengan merebaknya COVID-19. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap omzet usaha mikro binaan LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0.811 yang berarti 81.1% omzet usaha mikro binaan LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur dipengaruhi oleh bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia. This paper uses quantitative approach method. The sampling collection technique used is convenience sampling technique which is surveying respondents who can be contacted due to the spread of COVID-19. Data collection techniques were collected through a questionnaire, documentation, and interview. While for the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results show that funding assistance of CSR and training partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the revenue of small enterprises guided by Dompet Dhuafa in East Java. The results of this paper show that the value of Adjusted R-Square is 0.811 which means that 81.1% of the revenue of small enterprises guided by Dompet Dhuafa in East Java is affected by funding assistance of CSR, training, business age, and entrepreneurs age Keywords: Funding assistance of CSR, training, business age, entrepreneurs age, turnover of small enterprise guided by Dompet Dhuafa, multiple regression analysis

This study examined the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction of organizational commitment of PT.Global JET Express. This study involve 100 respondents as a sample, all of them are permanent employees of PT. Global JET Express. The number of respondents was determined using the nonprobability sampling technique, by purposive sampling method. Multiple regression is used as a data analysis technique and processed using SPSS 25 program. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while of transformational leadership and job satisfaction has no effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the management of PT. Global JET Express is expected to pays more attention to motivation experienced by employees, so that the level of organizational commitment felt by employees can increase.
