This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, work stress, and work rotation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Panin KCU Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 78 employees was obtained. Data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) shows that the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). Based on partial testing (t test) shows that organizational culture variables, work stress, and job rotation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained 78.2%, these results indicate that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables (organizational culture, work stress, and job rotation), while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by variables in outside this research. Data collection of research through giving questionnaires to 90 respondents with purposive sampling method to determine the responses of respondents to each variable. Based on the result of research, we get regression equation Y = 3,836 + 0,332X_1 + 0,229X_2 + 0,329X_3 and in t test we get significant value 0.000 smaller than significance value a = 0,05, that trust, easiness and price have positive and significant effect to online purchasing decisions on Tokopedia online selling site at STIE Student "KBP" Padang. The influence of these three independent variables on the dependent variable is strong enough where the coefficient of determination result is applied by R2 value of 58,3% and trust, easiness and price simultaneously influence to decision of online purchasing at Tokopedia online selling site (case on STIE Student "KBP" Padang).

This study used 20 internal auditors of West Nusa Tenggara Inspectorate Apparatus as sample, determined based on saturated or census sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the quality of local government internal audit results as the dependent variable as well as the independence, integrity and competence of internal auditors as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that there is positive and partial influence between the independence and auditor integrity to the audit quality. Meanwhile, the study found that competence has no positive and significant influence on the quality of audit result. The coefficient of determination indicates that the independent, integrity and competence simultaneously affect the dependent variable (the quality of audit result) of 41,5%, while the remaining 58,5% influenced by other factors.
