This research aims to know about the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance, especially in the office of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing. Respondents in this research are employees of this office section includes the HRD, Project, Purchasing, Finance, QA / QC, Logistics, Document Control, IT, Technical, Design and R & D. Researchers using multiple regression method in this research, the result of multiple regression method shows that there is partial influence on individual characteristic variables on employee performance of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing, the partial influence on work environment variables on employee performance PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing and the simultaneous influence on individual characteristic variable and work environment on employee performance of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing.

Individual characteristics and work environment are considered as crucial aspects for companies that want to improve their employees’ performance. PT Trakindo Utama specifically Samarinda branch is one of many branches of PT Trakindo Utama in Indonesia, which become the sole agent of Caterpillar products in Indonesia. Caterpillar itself is the world's leading manufacturer of heavy equipment originally from USA. This research aims to determine the influence of characteristics and non-physical work environment of the employee performance in parts Department at PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda branch. The individual characteristics (x1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are used as independent variables while the performance of employees (Y) as dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 34 respondents by using questionnaires while secondary data is obtained by conducting field observation. Data analysis uses a double linear regression technique by using SPSS 22 software. The results show that the individual characteristic variables does not have any partial effect toward the performance of the employees of Parts Department PT Trakindo Utama Cabang Samarinda branch and individual characteristic variables (X1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are simultaneously influential in the performance of the Employees (Y) Parts Department at PT trakindo Utama, Samarinda branch.  Suggestions for PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda Branch, the company should hold a family gathering in order to improve not only for each employees relations but also with bosses to stay awake, provide suggestions and evaluate employee work which can effectively improve employee performance, manage the best possible time so that the job can be completed on time.

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance; (2) the influence of work ethic on employee performance; (3) the influence of individual characteristics and work ethic on employee performance. The method used in this research is to use quantitative analysis methods. Sampling in this study using the Slovin method. The number of samples in this study were 70 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Simalungun Regency From the research results, the following results can be obtained: (a) the multiple regression results are Y 'Y' = 10.107 + 0.330X1 + 0.504X2; (b) the results of the t test (partial) show that each individual characteristic variable (X1) and work ethic (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), where the value of t count> t table (0.235) and the value of 'Sig' respectively -Each individual characteristic variable (X1) is 0.014 and work ethic (X2) is 0.001 <0.05. (c) the output model summary (R Square value) is 0.282, meaning that variations in employee performance can be explained by variations in individual characteristics (X1) and work ethic (X2)% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined. (d) From the calculation of the Fcount value of 13,146> the FTabel value of 3.13 or if it is seen from the sig 'value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. This study takes a population that is an employee at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. In collecting data, researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents and the samples obtained in this study were 59 questionnaires. The tool used to analyze data is the multiple regression method. The results obtained from this study are the compensation and motivation variables individually affect the performance of employees while the organizational culture individually does not affect the performance of employees.

The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Individual Characteristic and Work Environment on Employee Performance are good. 2. The analysis regression is Ŷ = 20,910 + 0,816X1 + 0,399X2 have a positive influence between individual characteristic and work environment to employee performance. 3. The correlation result of r = 0,799, the analysis correlation have a moderately high and positive correlation between individual characteristic, work environment with the employee performance. 4. The result of coefficient of determination can be explained the level of employee performance is 63.90%, and the remaining 36.10% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of the processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors concluded that the individual characteristics and work environment conducted by the Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah UPT SAMSAT Pematangsiantar had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by simultaneous hypothesis testing, where the results of the test are calculated (36,214 )> ftabel (3.23) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. <p><em>The purpose of the research is to find out the Effect of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics on the Employee Performance of PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. The samples taken were 42 people who worked at PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. The method of data analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive method and qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that partially the work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees. Partially Individual Characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees. Simultaneously the work environment and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance of the PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of work environment variables and Individual Characteristics on the performance of PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees is 46.4% while the remaining 53.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui <em>Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja Karyawan </em>PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh, kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Metode analisis data penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Secara parsial Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh adalah sebesar 46,4% sedangkan sisanya 53,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.</em></p>

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

<p>Soil radon data were recorded at two selected sites along Mat fault in Mizoram (India), which lies in the highest seismic zone in India. The study was carried out during July 2011 to May 2013 using LR-115 Type II films. Precursory changes in radon concentration were observed prior to some earthquakes that occurred around the measuring sites. Positive correlation was found between the measured radon data and the seismic activity in the region. Statistical analysis of the radon data together with the meteorological parameters was done using Multiple Regression Method. Results obtained show that the method employed was useful for removing the effect of meteorological parameters and to identify radon maxima possibly caused by seismic activity.</p>
