 The field of education has an important role for a country in producing high-quality young generations so that they can be responsible for advancing the country. This important role is in line with the function of education, which is to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation's life. Seeing the importance of education for the nation's next generation, it is necessary to innovate quality learning methods from childhood education to education in lectures. In this study, it will focus on improving the quality of learning methods, especially in Islamic religious lessons with the approach ilearning -which has been intensively developed for several years. Researchers will explore learning application innovations with an assessment focus seen from the feasibility component of learning applications, with the resulting structure covering 4 factors: Parental control, contribution to development skill, efficiency and motivation.  In this study, the assessment will be carried out by means of interviews in the form of a questionnaire to 100 data and the population calculation method, namely slovin, will be used in this study. The results of this study found an innovative learning application that meets the four assessment criteria. In this study, the dojo application has met 4 learning application assessment criteria by successfully occupying the first position in the four assessment categories. The assessment of parental control gets a percentage of 47%, the assessment of the role of skill development factors gets a percentage of 28%, the efficiency factor gets a percentage of 31% and the last assessment factor is the motivation factor where in the assessment of this factor the dojo application gets a percentage of 31%. Judging from this assessment, the dojo application can be stated as an application that is close to the learning application criteria in accordance with 4 (four) important factors in a learning application.

<p>Learning is the process of interaction between students between students and educators by involving parents and learning resources in the atmosphere of learning and playing in PAUD units or programs. Learning activities in early childhood are essentially concrete curriculum development in the form of a set of plans that contain a number of learning experiences through play given to early childhood based on the potential and developmental tasks that must be mastered in order to achieve the competencies that must be possessed by children. Learning methods that can be used in teaching English in kindergarten are MASAK learning methods (Easy, Fun, Casual, Active, Creative). It aims to foster children's courage in expression in English so that children are interested in ongoing learning activities. The MASAK learning model invites children to directly interact with their friends, take action, and is a fun activity, so that children will easily remember vocab or vocabulary. The role of a teacher in providing learning media that is interesting and easy for children to understand is needed. Explicitly, this activity aims to explain the procedures and benefits of applying the MASAK learning method in vocabulary learning and English speaking skills to the teachers PAUD RA Bintang Sembilan Cipayung, Depok. From the results of the implementation of community service activities, several conclusions are given as follows: (1) The COOK Method (Easy, Fun, Casual, Active, Creative) is one of the right methods to be used in teaching English, especially vocabulary and listening to children with fun and easy way. (2) Teachers can utilize the use of the COOK method in conveying learning about mastering English vocabulary. (3) Schools can utilize the COOK method to support learning so as to improve the quality of learning and produce quality learning.</p>

If a teacher conveys varied and stimulating learning, students will be more interested in listening to the material presented. Conversely, if the teacher only teaches with conventional methods, namely lectures, students will be bored and not interested in listening to the material being taught. In this case the role of the learning method is very important to increase students' learning motivation, especially in the XI IPA class students.Assulaimaniyah whose application of learning is still a conventional method. They need varied learning not monotonous in order to support maximum learning outcomes, as well as the Application of SAVI Learning Methods to Increase Learning Motivation Sisawa Class XI Science MA.Assulaimaniyah Mojoagung Jombang. Based on this background, this study aims to conduct and determine the application of SAVI learning methods to improve student learning motivation when applied in the XI IPA MA class. Assulaimaniyah. Type of qualitative research with methods of collecting data on observation, interviews, documentation and library data. Data Analysis Techniques Data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The results showed that when the application of the SAVI method was applied, students who were previously lacking in enthusiasm in receiving learning were more enthusiastic and active in participating in these varied learning methods, so students could learn more optimally in learning. Every person – regardless of place of residence, age, sex, or social status – needs an authority figure, someone they can trust, someone who serves as their source of inspiration and a beacon of hope. However, numerous contemporary researches point out to the existence of a crisis in terms of personal examples, the decline in the quality of education both at home and at school, and the worrisome rise in consumerist and egotistical attitudes which results in pathologies of various shape and form and consequently leads to the general deg¬radation of society. The social life transformations necessitate the introduction of changes to education and the image and authority of a teacher. The purpose of this article is to highlight the role of authority in education, show teacher as a figure of authority as perceived by pupils and their parents, and their expectations and preferences as well as to attempt to define the future of authority in the changing world.

Early childhood education is directed to facilitate the child's healthy growth and optimal development in accordance with the values, norms, and expectations of the community. The aim is to form quality children, ie children who grow and develop according to their level of development. This research is in the form of descriptive qualitative approach that is describing the data obtained from the field and explain it in words. This study aims to determine the role of Dewantara Kindergarten in improving the quality of early childhood education in Titi Kuning Village, Medan Johor District. Based on the data that has been collected can be seen from several factors, namely, norms, concepts, and individual behavior that has been used to see how the role performed by Dewantara Kindergarten. all factors went well, So with the role of kindergarten Dewantara, Titi Kuning Village, Medan Johor District, it can improve the quality of early childhood education.

This article describes about improving teacher performance from the point of view of teacher performance. The writing of this article uses descriptive analytical methods by reviewing the literature on teacher performance theory. Based on this study four conclusions were found: (a) Teachers are one component of education that play an important role in the success of education, teachers are expected to be able to play the role of ideal teachers. (b) Improving teacher performance is one way to improve the quality of education. (c) Teacher performance is the teacher's perception of teacher's work performance related to the quality of work, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and work results. (d) Several factors that influence teacher performance include: (1) the principal's leadership role, (2) personal relationships between peers, (3) teacher-controlled competencies, (4) good training and development of Teacher Resources (HR). Teachers have an important role as a determinant of the success of a quality learning process. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve teacher performance to know their roles and functions so that educational goals can be achieved.

In the world of education, the environment is one of the elements of education. Because if it is lacking or missing one of them, then it can not be said as education, closely related to education. The learning environment is an important element that affects students' learning, resulting in a variety of interactions in student outcomes and quality of learning. The role of the learning environment in improving academic quality is the presence of supportive, good classroom management, quality learning resources, and good classroom management. Can affect how students learn patterns so that the quality of their assessment is good, and proven by the presence of quality output. Because in the world of education, in addition to assessment skills are considered necessary, as a benchmark of students' ability in their learning outcomes. The role of the learning environment in improving the quality of non-academic is through extracurricular, ethical and moral. As a teacher and educator the teacher can measure the students' non-academic skills, as well as see the progress of their students' behavior. Keywords: Education, Learning Environment, Learning quality Abstrak Dalam dunia pendidikan, lingkungan merupakan salah satu hal dari unsur pendidikan. Karena jika kurang ataupun hilang salah satunya, maka tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai pendidikan, Erat kaitannya dengan pendidikan. Lingkungan pembelajaran termasuk unsur penting yang berpengaruh pada belajar siswa sehingga menimbulkan berbagai interaksi pada hasil dan kualitas belajar siswa. Peran lingkungan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas akademik adalah dengan adanya sarpras yang mendukung, menejemen kelas yang baik, sumber belajar yang berkualitas, serta pengelolaan kelas yang baik. Dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana pola belajar siswa sehingga kualitas penilaian mereka pun baik, dan di buktikan dengan  adanya output yang berkualitas pula. Karena dalam dunia pendidikan, selain skill penilaian pun dianggap perlu, sebagai tolak ukur kemampuan siswa dalam hasil belajarnya. Peran  lingkungan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas non akademik adalah melalui ekstakulikuler, etika dan akhlak. Sebagai seorang pengajar dan pendidik guru dapat mengukur kemampuan skill non akademik siswa, serta melihat perkembangan tingkah laku siswanya.
