The development of information technology makes it easy to communicate the exchange of information so that the place, time and distance are no longer an obstacle. The development of information technology so rapidly could not be separated from the development of computer engineering. Advances in computer and information technology also provides a positive impact on education. Application areas of computer technology and information technology are the most influential in the field of education is the use of computer networks and the Internet. With the internet information services to target students are not limited space, where time and distance. Through the internet information services can be provided as a source of learning, learning media can be studied according to the speed of learners. Media study is not limited to letters and pictures but can be combined with graphics, animations, video, audio together so that the media is better known as multimedia. Positive influence of Internet use for education in developing human resources education should be able to follow the development of science and technology applications. Applications include the industrial world so that graduates are able to meet the demands of the workplace competencies. Based on these facts one way to be able to follow the rapid development of science and technology is to always access the information up to date and all it can in the can over the internet. However, its implementation is still required in support of infrastructure and human resource capabilities well as providers, managers and information users.

  ABSTRAK Adanya kemajuan hardware dan software komputer menjadikan  internet sebagai kebutuhan primer dan penting dalam segala bidang, khususnya dunia pendidikan. Saat ini seluruh aspek kehidupan berhubungan dengan dunia digital dan  internet yang membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat, sehingga meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi. Kelebihan lain yang dapat diperoleh dari digitalisasi informasi adalah berupa buku digital. Buku yang berjilid-jilid dapat disimpan dalam bentuk file yang dimuat di sebuah situs. Saat ini internet menjadi kebutuhan primer dalam dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan mulai bergeser dari sekolah/universitas tradisional menjadi sekolah/universitas e-education. Hal ini merupakan pengaruh positif dari informasi online. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi signifikan dari informasi online pendidikan terhadap akselerasi pengembangan IPTEK. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya frekwensi rujukan paper ilimiah online dan cepatnya perkembangan bidang bioinformatika yang memanfaatkan internet secara optimal untuk bertukar data dan hasil observasi. Walaupun pada pelaksanaannya masih ada kelemahan dan kendala dalam hal keamanan, hak cipta dan lain-lain, tetapi proses digitalisasi informasi ini merupakan tahap yang harus kita lalui untuk memajukan pendidikan dan riset di Indonesia. Kata kunci: internet, pendidikan, militer, e-education, IPTEK ABSTRACT Advances in computer hardware and software make the internet as a primary need and importance in all fields, especially education. Currently, all aspects of life associated with the digital world and the internet that makes the job easier and faster, thereby increasing the effectiveness and efficiency. Another advantage that can be obtained from the digitization of information is a form of digital books. Volumes of books can be stored in a file that is loaded on a site. Nowadays the Internet becomes a primary need in education. Education began to shift from the school / traditional universities into e-education. This is the positive influence of information online. Various studies suggest a significant contribution of online information to accelerate the development of science and technology education. This is indicated by a high frequency of references online scientific paper and rapid development of  the field of bioinformatics which optimally utilize the Internet to exchange data and observations. Although in practice there are still weaknesses and constraints in terms of security, copyright and other, but the process of digitizing this information is the stage we have to go through to promote education and research in Indonesia. Bahasa Indonesia dalam berbagai keperluan merupakan bahasa resmi negara Indonesia dan telah digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi lisan maupun tulis, baik formal maupun informal. Selain fungsi komunikasi, bahasa Indonesia juga berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bangsa Indonesia. Dewasa ini bahasa Indonesia dihadapkan pada perkembangan dunia yang begitu pesat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan yang begitu mengkhawatirkan. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kebudayaan tersebut menuntut bangsa Indonesia untuk bekerja keras, dan secara aktif mempersiapkan diri mengejar ketinggalan yang ada dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, dan termasuk mengantisipasi perkembangan informasi dan budaya yang mengglobal. Salah satu dampak dari globalisasi ini adalah penggunaan Bahasa Inggris yang dianggap lebih berkelas dan memiliki nilai kebanggaan tersendiri oleh kaum milenial. Salah satu dampak positifnya yaitu akan memudahkan bagi para milenial untuk berkomunikasi secara internasional. Di sisi lain, dampak negative daripadanya yaitu loyalitas pembelajar terhadap bahasa Indonesia menjadi berkukurang, bahkan akan menjadi luntur. Bagaimana kiat bangsa Indonesia untuk mengejar ketinggalan dari bangsa lain dan bagaimana kiatnya agar bangsa Indonesia tetap mencintai bangsanya dan termasuk bahasanya, tentunya harus adanya kerja keras dan kepedulian dari seluruh komponen bangsa Indonesia.Abstract: Indonesian language in many purposes as the official language of Indonesian has been used as an oral and written communicate, both formal and informal. Besides being a communication tool, Indonesian language also serves as a unifying tool for Indonesian. In this era, Indonesian language is faced with a very rapid development of the world, including the development of information technology and culture that are so worrying. With the rapid development of information technology and culture, it demands the Indonesian people to work hard and actively prepare to catch up with the existing aspects of life, including anticipating information development and a globalized culture. One of the positive impact is easier for international communication. Meanwhile, the negative impact is predicted to be the learner's loyalty towards Indonesian language to be reduced and will even fade. How do Indonesian people try to catch up with other nations and how do they try to keep the Indonesian people in love with their nation and including their language, of course, there must be hard work and care for all components of the Indonesian nation.

In the context of the rapid development of Internet technology, information security is particularly important, especially at present there is growing incidence of attack targeting at the host and a variety of attacking means, which does a lot of harm. To do preventive work well is to figure out what risks threatening the host and formulate timely and effective measures to protect the host.The first computer in the world came out in 1946 in the USA. With the birth of this computer, the computer technology of humankind has made spectacular development for more than the last half century and penetrated into all aspects of our lives till today. Compared with traditional means of communication, the Internet has greatly facilitated our lives, which led to the growing dependence on the Internet as well. The development of this age in the world is characterized by information technology. For a long time, humans can not be separated from technology. The development of Internet information technology effected the creation of the internet. The Internet sends people to communicate and search for information about anyone. How to find existing information is to open websites that exist on the internet. Website is a system where information in the form of text, images, sound, and others are presented in hypertext form. One of the websites that contain information is Versaillus. Versaillus is a website that contains information about a game called Mobile Legends and the manifold of Versaillus is a wiki’s site, but the website is not crowded by people. Therefore, the author will researching the site versaillus by using PIECES method. The results of this study can change the site versaillus to be better and better from PIECES method.

Perkembangan tehnologi digital merupakan hasil rekayasa akal, pikiran dan kecerdasan manusia, yang tercermin dalam kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, selanjutnya memberikan manfaat dalam segala aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam perkembangan komunikasi manusia telah berhasil membawa kemajuan yang sangat pesat. The development of digital technologies is the result of engineering intellect, mind and human intelligence, which is reflected in the advancement of science, and provides benefits in all aspects of human life. In the development of human communication has managed to bring a very rapid progression, from communication to manually change into analog, digital, where technology has provided ease in communicating quickly, without alimited distance, space and time through the Internet. Based on the data of Internet users in Indonesia 2016 as much as 132.7 million people from a total population of Indonesia as much as 256.2 million people, certainly the year 2017 is much more rapid development. From the results of a survey by the Association of organizers of Internet network , revealed that, on average, through the Internet in Indonesia 67.2 million or 50.7 percent, to access via mobile devices and the computer. In West NusaTenggara as many as 3.3 million or 64 percent. The number of internet users from 80 percent of who mareaged 15-19 years, meaning the teenage is still recorded as learners. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to find out how digital technology benefits against the motivation of learners. The method use disdescriptive qualitative studies. As the analysis of data and information furnished observations, document definitions obtained from books written by experts and scripts through social media or the Internet. Discussion of the results obtained positive influence motivation towards learning digital technology learners. With a fixed geared to anticipate the negative influence posed that can disrupt moral behavior, and thus a threat motivation learning learners. Because energy must begiven Faith, discipline on an ongoing basis, in order to take advantage of positive tehnology digital to enhance learning motivation of learners.
