The rapid development of information technology today, triggering all activities in all fields of using technology in carrying out its operational activities without exception Purwacaraka Padang in registering new students. This new online student registration information system is used to make it easier for prospective students to register without having to come directly to Purwacaraka Padang. In addition, with this application the activities carried out can be displayed in this application and provide the latest information to prospective students and the community. The design of this system uses the UML model (Unified Model Language) which can provide an overview of how the program runs and the interaction between actors and systems. In addition, the use of the PHP programming language that is supported by MySQL databases also makes this system an useful online information system.

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.

Abstract: In the era of digital media development, which is increasingly rapid, almost everyone of all ages is in dire need of digital media that is connected to the internet so that people can provide and receive information quickly. With the implementation of school closures since March 16, 2020 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, schools are carrying out online learning activities. With these conditions, the school must have an appropriate marketing strategy, the school must be able to carry out the process of admitting new students. So that many prospective students will register at the school even though the school is still not open. The solution that can be done is to develop a website-based school information system where prospective new students can access the website anywhere and anytime so that they can receive information about the school quickly, precisely, and accurately and carry out the registration process as prospective students without having to come to school. The development of a new student admission information system is designed using the Waterfall Method with the stages being carried out, namely needs analysis, design, programming, testing, and support or maintenance.Keywords: Program Design, Student AcceptanceAbstrak: Di era perkembangan media digital yang semakin pesat saat ini hampir setiap kalangan dari berbagai tingkat usia sangat membutuhkan media digital yang terhubung dengan internet sehingga masyarakat dapat memberikan dan menerima informasi dengan cepat. Dengan diberlakukannya penutupan sekolah sejak 16 Maret 2020 dikarenakan pandemi global Covid-19 sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara online. Dengan kondisi seperti ini sekolah harus memiliki strategi marketing yang sesuai, sekolah harus dapat menjalankan proses penerimaan peserta didik baru. Sehingga banyak calon siswa yang akan mendaftar di sekolah tersebut walaupun sekolah masih belum dibuka. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi sekolah berbasis website dimana calon peserta didik baru dapat mengakses website tersebut dimanapun dan kapanpun sehingga mereka dapat menerima informasi tentang sekolah secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat dan melakukan proses pendaftaran sebagai calon siswa tanpa harus datang ke sekolah. Pengembangan sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di rancangan menggunakan Metode Waterfall dengan tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, dan pendukung atau pemeliharaan.Kata kunci: Perancangan Program, Penerimaan Peserta Didik

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.

Abstract: The development of information technology more advanced and very rapidly, one of which is the internet. Wtih the internet, people are easier in getting information quickly and efficiently. Especially in the provision of information for an organization/institution or company that requires data management system quicly, precisely and accurately. With the internet , an institution such as school can provide more complete information, up to date, interavtive adn dynamic. At SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna information system related to school still dilevered in the form of manual book and acceptnce of new student still done manually. Recap process also has not run optimally so often the occuranceof data errors. In addition, applicants not only come from Tegal even outside Tegal aea that requires parents and prospective students to come to school to obtain information about the school and make the regristation process causing long quees, resulting in less efficiency in time and a lot of costs tobe incurred. That’s why the author tries to make the new web base admissins information system at SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna. Trough this system is expected to facilitate prospective students and parents in getting information about the school without having to come queuing to school. The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Academic Information System (SIA) or Sistem Information Akademik (SIA) is an information system created to help the process of processing all school civitas data designed to assist the processing of all data of the school community. At  SMA N 1 Palembayan, grades, school civitas biodata, and enrollment of new students still utilize simple applications from Dapodik and Ms. Office applications and archived in the form of paper that causes data to be vulnerable to damage, and lost. In addition, the entire community of schools and the general public is difficult and slow in obtaining school information if at any time needed due to the dissemination of information that is still manual. Therefore, to facilitate schools  in the effective and efficient processing and dissemination of information, a web- based academic information system is needed. This academic information system was developed using PHP programming language with MySql storage media and supported by other programs. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based academic information system that can present academic and non- academic information to schools easily and quickly for both the school community and the general public.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The results of the study show that the information system designed can process criminal data and is able to be implemented at the research site..

Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, network information technology is widely applied to various enterprise departments. The purpose of this research is to build information system of customer data management at Samawa garbage bank. Institute of Cooperation founded by the community as a place of trash collection that has been sorted, the process of customer transactions still apply manual system recording all customer transactions using a cooperative ledger. It causes the bank officials intricate in managing the data and somehow the data continue to increase. The solution of the problems that are happening in Samawa Waste Bank is the application of information technology that is to put up an information system or relevance allowing officers to handle customer data. This research is built using PHP programming language by operating codeigniter framework and MySQL as its database. The method in the construction of this system is the waterfall model. The results of the research are able to be used in the process of controlling clients’ data on cooperative institutions thus to accelerate the process of customer statistics management.

With more and more public attention and rapid development of computer and information technology, it is necessary for comprehensive games being equipped with information system. Venue Result System (VRS) is the core system in communication and information system of the Comprehensive games. In this paper, the existing problem and deficiencies in current information systems used in important games which are held in China or other countries are analyzed. According to the building and developing experience of information systems used in comprehensive games in many years into full consideration, the system is analyzed and designed by means of software engineering and then there are the overall technology framework of the system, different functional subsystems and the mechanism and flow of data interaction.
