Indonesia is a country where all religious leaders reject LGBT behavior. Due to the uncertainty about the fate of their existence, LGBT people are increasingly aggressively advocating for legal protection and LGBT legalization in Indonesia. Internet campaigns are mostly chosen by LGBT people as a media campaign for them. This can be seen from the rise of social media used by the Indonesian people, especially Facebook and Whatsapp. Based on the phenomenom described above, the researcher is trying to figure out how the campaigns are being conducted by LGBT people on Facebook and Whatsapp. This study used a library research method where the results showed that Facebook and Whatsapp were indeed social media followers of the LGBT campaign. Facebook and Whatsapp have their own LGBT group. The Facebook and Whatsapp chat pages also include emo, stickers and gifs with LGBT symbols such as rainbow colors, pride, gay words and other words and illustrations that lead to LGBT. Legal protection for a mark of a place or origin of MSMEs can be done by first registering the mark to obtain legal force. In this case the Office/Agency/Community Organization assists by facilitating MSMEs in terms of socialization and assistance for trademark registration. Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications provides improvements to previous laws, especially regarding preventive protection measures, namely registration procedures and registration fees. Brands produced by Indonesian MSMEs can help increase competitiveness in the development of new products. This research is normative or library research method, namely legal research carried out by reviewing and researching library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This study concludes: First, the problems in the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of branding for MSME products are due to the understanding of MSME actors on brand rights is still low/shallow so that MSME actors do not register the brand of MSME products. Second, efforts to provide brand protection to the MSME industry are by registering MSME brands and the government makes it easy for MSME industry players to register trademarks.

<p><em>Juridical Review Of Work Agreements Made Orally</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>A verbal work agreement is a work relationship that is made without the signing of a work agreement, a verbal work agreement is sufficient with a statement that is mutually agreed upon by both parties and should be witnessed by at least two witnesses. The purpose of this study was to find out how the legal strength of work agreements made verbally and how legal protection for workers whose employment relationships are based on verbal work agreements. The research method used is the library research method, namely by conducting research on various written reading sources, and the Field Research method, which is a juridical review of workers whose work relations are based on verbal work agreements. The purpose of this study is to find out the answers to the problems discussed. The results of the study indicate that the legal strength of the work agreement made orally is not specifically regulated in the Civil Code or in other laws and regulations so that the arrangement of oral agreements only follows the arrangement of work agreements in general</em></p>

Body Shaming is a term that is currently trending, where criticizing or commenting on someone's physical in a negative way or with speech that intends to mock or insult someone's physical or appearance falls into this category. Legal protection for victims of body shaming needs to get very serious attention in order to deal with the phenomena that are currently happening on social media in particular. This study examines the regulation of the criminal act of insulting body image (body shaming) in terms of positive law and explains the legal protection provided to victims in the crime of insulting body image (body shaming). This study uses a normative research method by applying the legislation approach which refers to primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The regulation of criminal acts of insulting body image (body shaming) in terms of positive law in general can be seen from the element of humiliation which is regulated in Chapter XVI of the Criminal Code and is grouped into 6 parts, namely from article 310 to article 318 and besides that, there are also other legal rules that regulate it implicitly in Article 27 paragraph (3). Article 45 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law. With sanctions in the form of criminal sanctions. The form of legal protection given to victims in the crime of body shaming is the making of policies by the State regarding prohibitions and strict sanctions for violators such as criminal sanctions and fines, through the established witness and victim protection institution

This paper seeks to formulate an ideal concept in campaigning for religious moderation in Indonesia through the use of Facebook. There are three things that underlie this study, 1) The mass movement of radicalism in the name of religion in Social Media; 2) Potential conflicts on the basis of SARA; 3) The importance of efforts to strengthen religious moderation in Indonesia based on social media. The idea of religious moderation must be strengthened by the national movement. The library research method (library study) becomes the scientific foundation for exploring various literature, both primary and secondary related to the concept of religious moderation in Indonesia. The results of this study offer a message form and strategy in campaigning for religious moderation on Facebook. First, the form of a religious moderation campaign on Facebook must be ideologically-oriented (oriented towards changing attitudes, behavior and public views). Second, campaign messages must be informative and persuasive (based on data and facts) and can influence other Facebook users to participate in creating campaigns (social campaigns) on religious moderation. A religious moderation campaign message on Facebook does not necessarily have to content writing, it can also be an illustrative (animated) picture or a short educational video.

The impact of social media use on behavior among Students of Higher Education institutions nowadays needs to be given serious attention. Many teenagers are influenced by the views shared on social media and cause the emergence of negative behavior problems at home or in educational institutions. The existence of these problems among teenagers is definitely a factor or cause that needs to be identified. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the level of frequency of social media use and its relationship with the appearance of behavior among community college students in terms of socializing, communication, dressing, and entertainment. Social media and its impact on adolescents is a very broad issue and needs to be studied in depth all the time as its development and rapidity are always happening. The research only focused on three types of social media like Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. This study was conducted qualitatively using the library research method by making research on books and journals. The findings that have been identified show that there are many advantages and disadvantages of social media for adolescents, especially in the aspects studied. This study is very important because it can make students aware that social media can influence negative morals and help all educators at all levels improve their teaching system by emphasizing the relevant elements to avoid negative social problems among male and female students.

The purpose of the study is to introduce and understand the paradigm of Islamic moderation to the public through social media in terms of separating from Islamophobia. The research method is qualitative by using library research. The data analysis technique used is Critical Discourse Analysis. Misunderstanding Islam will have the potential to cause Islamophobia. Social media can be used to provide an understanding of Islamic moderation to public. This article is based on the growing development of social media in the digital era which provides new public spaces for citizens to express themselves and their interactions with fellow citizens in various aspects of life. This article used library research method to answer the changes from procedural democracy to substantial democracy and the way of democratic citizenship through social media. Freedom of association and assembly and also expression of opinion are basic rights possessed by citizens of a democratic sovereignty of the people. Based on this, the problem in this thesis is how to regulate the legal protection of workers in terms of freedom of association, how the implementation of legal protection for workers in terms of freedom of association at PT. Mara Jaya, what are the obstacles in terms of freedom of association implementation and how to overcome these obstacles to PT. Mara Jaya. This writing uses the library research method to study secondary data related to the  problems and field research by conducting interviews and collecting data to the Chairman of PT. Mara Jaya Medan.The legal protection arrangement for workers in terms of freedom of association is a guarantee to create a harmonious relationship between workers and employers as partners. Through a healthy industrial relationship, there will be guarantee of an equal position between the worker and the employer, the production process runs smoothly and business activities will not be interrupted and the worker will obtain welfare and guarantee of life until his old age. Many cases of sexual crimes against children are happening in society nowadays. Such as cases of sexual violence against children who are victims of pedophilia, cases of rape, cases of rape, and murder. This makes Indonesia an emergency for sexual crimes against children. The research method used was normative juridical. The research specification used was to describe the existing problem (descriptive-analytical), while the data collection method used was library research and documents to be analyzed descriptively-analytically, namely literature and document studies. Indonesia has become a sexual emergency with various cases of sexual crimes against children. To tackle cases of sexual crimes against children, the government made a new regulation with the addition of an additional punishment in the form of castration. The additional punishment of castration against perpetrators of sexual crimes against children is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning Child Protection (Perppu on Castration) Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Protection Child.

The Research  on Buyer Legal Protection in the sale and purchase agreement through an electronic system aims to find out how the validity of the sale agreement through an electronic system and how the form of legal protection of buyers for losses due to damage to goods purchased through an electronic. By the agreement between the seller and the buyer in the sale and purchase agreement, they have the rights and obligations. This research method use Library Research Method and the research carried out in the library, where data is obtained from availeble data by reading, studying books, laws and relations, magazines, scientific paper, legal dictionaries and so on. Based on the method used, the results of this study indicate that the validity of the sale and purchaseagreement through an electronic system still considers the validity of the agreement as Article 1230 KUHP of the Civil Code, namely agreement of both parties, where both parties are capable in doing legal action and cause-effect which is lawfull. Buyer’s legal protection for losses due to damage to goods purchased through electronic systems is preventive protection and repressive protection, the buyerwho suffered the loss ca sue for loss or claim the replacement of the damaged goods with goods of the same brand.
