One attempt to create a processed product of fishery products in the form of finished goods which main raw material are fishery products is by processing it into crackers. Crackers are generally made from tapioca flour as a source of starch with the addition of spices and water which have a low nutrient content. Addition of nutritional crackers can be done by adding fish meat. While on the other hand, the type of fish as the main raw material for making fish crackers greatly influences the color, texture and taste of fish crackers. As in the case with squid crackers which have distinctive taste and performance when compared to other fish crackers. To see the potential of the squid cracker business, it is necessary to conduct research to see whether the processing of squid into squid crackers is able to provide increased income or in other words whether the squid cracker business is feasible or not and how much added value from processing squid to squid crackers. Processed fishery products between one regions and other regions vary depending on the resources in the region which substantially increase added value for the fisheries sector as a whole. Thus the development of Processed fishery products in Situbondo Regency needs to pay attention to the potential of fishery resources and market potential in this region. Situbondo Regency is known as the city of santri because of the hundreds of pesantren with nearly one hundred thousand santri scattered in this area. Pesantren is a unique educational institution. One of the uniqueness is in the form of high militancy and fanaticism from santri, pesantren graduates, communities in pesantren and pesantren sympathizers. This high fanaticism can be converted into a potential market as a target market for processed fishery products at pesantren in Situbondo Regency. Therefore, a study is needed on the development of processed fishery products that can meet the market needs of pesantren in Situbondo. This research was conducted with the aim to determine of superior processed fishery products based on pesantren in Situbondo regency by using Fuzzy TOPSIS method, which is one of the fuzzy multi attribute methods for decision making. Abstract Data resources at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI, https://www.ebi.ac.uk/) archive, organize and provide added-value analysis of research data produced around the world. This year's update for EMBL-EBI focuses on data exchanges among resources, both within the institute and with a wider global infrastructure. Within EMBL-EBI, data resources exchange data through a rich network of data flows mediated by automated systems. This network ensures that users are served with as much information as possible from any search and any starting point within EMBL-EBI’s websites. EMBL-EBI data resources also exchange data with hundreds of other data resources worldwide and collectively are a key component of a global infrastructure of interconnected life sciences data resources. We also describe the BioImage Archive, a deposition database for raw images derived from primary research that will supply data for future knowledgebases that will add value through curation of primary image data. We also report a new release of the PRIDE database with an improved technical infrastructure, a new API, a new webpage, and improved data exchange with UniProt and Expression Atlas. Training is a core mission of EMBL-EBI and in 2018 our training team served more users, both in-person and through web-based programmes, than ever before.
