Objectives: This study is aimed to analyze phamacies’ satisfaction and factors affecting pharmacies’ satisfaction to the medicine supply service of Pymepharco Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh city, in 2020. Methods: Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. The study was employed at 200 pharmacies in 2020. This study proposes a conceptual framework of pharmacies’ satisfaction. The scale’s reliability is assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) model. Therefore, pharmacies’ satisfaction is evaluated by the multiple linear regression model. Main findings: The scale is built with 6 factors, including Product (5 items), Employee service capacity (6 items), Price and Payment (4 items), Response (9 items), Confidence (4 items) and Satisfaction (2 items). When calculating the Crobach’s Alpha with 30 items, Cronbach’s Alpha was from 0.769 to 0.904 for reliability. After applying EFA, all factors are required, of which Eigenvalue of independent element was 1,034 > 1 and Eigenvalue of dependent element was 1,825 > 1. After the linear regression analysis variability, there are 4 crucial factors affecting pharmacies’ satisfaction to the medicine supply service of Pymepharco, In particular, Response is the most powerful factor (standardized Beta coefficient equal to 0.363), the second is Pharmaceutical products (standardized Beta coefficient equal to 0.230), the third is Price and Payment (standardized Beta coefficient equal to 0.149) and finally, Employee Serviceability (standardized Beta coefficient equal to 0.145). Conclusion: The study has proposed a conceptual framework of pharmacies’ satisfaction to the medicine supply service of Pymepharco joint stock company and determined that the response factor is the most influential factor on pharmacy satisfaction. Key words: pharmacies’ satisfaction, medical supply service, Pymepharco Joint Stock Company.

A host of issues involving health, fitness and psychological problems come up in this phase which effect quality of a life of a woman significantly therefore a substantial degree of care is needed for them. There are various factors that affect the physical and psychological health of postmenopausal women. Aim: To develop a self-structured questionnaire that would identify and address various factors that affect health of postmenopausal women in Gurugram India. Materials and Methods: A thorough literature search related to the subject matter was done along with the interview of researchers working on the health status of postmenopausal women to arrive at a questionnaire, and a pilot study was conducted on 60 postmenopausal women (average age 52±3.44 years) from September 2019 to March 2020. Expert opinion was taken twice before preparing first draft of questionnaire. Questionnaire had 4 sections with questions related to demographic details, medical history, physical activity status and psychological health status. The scores were evaluated and subjected to reliability and validity tests. SPSS software version 20 was used to calculate Cronbach’s alpha value for ensuring reliability of the questionnaire. Results: The questionnaire possesses good content and face validity. Cronbach’s alpha value was 0.772 which indicated acceptable degree of correlation between different items of questionnaire. The final questionnaire consists of 24 questions. Numerical coding of responses was done from 0-2. A score of 0-10, 11-20 and >21 indicated mild, moderate and severe effect respectively on health of postmenopausal women. Conclusion: The questionnaire can be utilised to evaluate factors affecting physical and mental health issues of postmenopausal women.

The present study aims to investigate the effect of e-management on customer service performance for a group of business organizations in Alexandria - Egypt. The directory of Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry was surveyed in order to randomly select the participating organizations. 485 businesses randomly selected representing 25% of the total population, of which only 391 organizations expressed their willingness to participate. 263 questionnaires were distributed, but only 226 were collected representing 30% of the study population. Experts comments were used to check the validity of the study instrument, and the reliability of questions was calculated as 93% using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The statistical methods used for data analysis are frequencies, relative frequencies, percentages, averages, order of the responses, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, confirmatory factorial analysis, central tendency (mean), dispersion (standard deviation), Pearson coefficient, simple linear regression, T-Test, determinant coefficient, and one-way ANOVA. The probability level for a test of statistical significance for the study is p<.05, to ensure a 95% confidence in generalization of the findings. Study findings assert research hypothesis that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between e-management and customer service performance.

Abstract Background This study was conducted with the aim of developing a standard and valid questionnaire to evaluate the behavioral factors affecting musculoskeletal disorders among adolescent students based on the educational and ecological diagnosis phase of the PRECEDE model. Methods Based on the PRECEDE model and by using available resources and a panel of experts, a reservoir of items was proposed. The content validity of the questions was measured using content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). 400 Iranian first-year female high school students completed the questionnaire. The construct validity was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Results The age range of study students was 13.69 ± 0.86 years. The final developed questionnaire included 25 items in three dimensions: knowledge (9 items), attitude (10 items) and enabling factors (6 items). The mean scores of CVI and CVR were 0.97 and 0.92, respectively. The results of CFA confirmed the three-factor structure of the questionnaire. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the dimensions of knowledge, attitude and enabling factors were 0.65, 0.80 and 0.71, respectively. Conclusions The present questionnaire had appropriate psychometric properties and could be used as a valid tool in evaluating the factors affecting the development of musculoskeletal disorders among adolescent students.
