The management of educational institutions requires accountability for managing education costs related to the management of school financing. Accountability is a concept of openness in education management. This study aimed to determine the effect of planning, reporting, and standard operating procedures on the accountability of the management of education costs. This research used quantitative research. Participants were employees of the University of Indonesia. Data in the form of a questionnaire was taken using a survey method. Data analysis used regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that 1) there is a direct positive effect of planning on the accountability of the management of education costs (t-count 2.406 t-table 2.08), 2) there is a direct positive effect of reporting on the accountability of the management of education costs (t-count 2.981 t-table 2.08), and 3). there is a direct positive effect of standard operating procedures on the accountability of the management of education costs (t-count 2.547 t-table 2.08). This also impacts the efficiency level of accountability in education cost management at the University of Indonesia.

The absence of a single performance management system (PMS) aligned to institutional strategy and business processes often results in failure to deliver anticipated benefits as it is not cascaded down to all departments, teams or individuals. This study aims to determine employees’ expectations for the proposed PMS and their perceptions of the system’s impact on effectiveness within the university concerned. This study adopted a quantitative research design and a survey method was used, whereby, a structured questionnaire was administered by the researcher to a selected population size of 150 of which 108 completed questionnaires, generating a response rate of 72%. The study reflects a disproportionately high percentage of 34% of the respondents who disagreed and 21.3% who were undecided as to whether PMS is needed at the university concerned where the majority of these respondents being academics and those with matriculation. The university concerned should develop a PMS which is aligned to the university strategic plan and to other university policies coupled with structured change management interventions focusing on academics and semi-skilled employees.

The aim of this study is to examine the career stress levels of university students in different faculties according to age, gender, faculty, class and financial status variables. The research was conducted using a quantitative research design. The sample of this study consisted of 1,189 university students from Kastamonu University Education Faculty, School of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Career Stress Scale consisting of 20 items and three sub-dimensions was used. Data were normally distributed and parametric analysis was used. According to the findings of this study, it was determined that the average score of the participants was 2.43 from the total score of the career stress scale. In this context, it was found that the career stress levels of the participants were moderate at the lower limit. According to the average scores of the participants, the lowest subscale was found to be an external conflict with 2.13 average and the highest subscale was found to be job anxiety with an average score of 2.82. A significant difference was found almost between all different groups in different ways (p > 0.05). As a result, it was found that the career stress levels of the university students participating in the research were moderate, as well as differences according to variables such as gender, class, age, faculty and income status. Among these differences, the most striking ones appear to be the variables of age and income. In this context, it was determined that university students who have lower age and lower-income status level have higher career stress level than age and income status variables. ABSTRAKBadan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dituntut untuk selalu berupaya meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Salah satu upaya ini adalah memberikan fasilitas kredit kepada pelanggannya. Pemberian fasilitas kreditberdampak terhadap timbulnya piutang tidak tertagih. Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk memaparkan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya piutang tidak tertagih, kendala yang dihadapi dan proses penyelesaiannya sehingga diharapkan dapat membuat sebuah konsep pelaksanaan pemberian fasilitas kredit dan pengelolaan piutang yang dapat menimbulkan kesadaran hukum bagi pengguna barang/jasa di BUMN. Penyebab timbulnya piutang tidak tertagih, dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, baik internal maupun eksternal, seperti: Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam persyaratan pemberian kredit, administrasi dokumen, kecurangan dan kelalaian pegawai/tidak menghentikan kredit dan tidak adanya penegakan aturan.   Agar proses penanganan piutang berhasil, perlu dilakukan upaya preventif maupun represif seperti upaya penagihan secara litigasi/non litigasi, pembenahan internal sumber daya (Pembinaan/Pelatihan), revisi terhadap peraturan internal yang menjadi faktor penyebab, penegakan aturan serta  sosialisasi tentang peraturan pengelolaan piutang. Kata Kunci :  Piutang tidak tertagih,  Fasilitas Pemberian KreditABSTRACTState-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are always required to increase company profits. One of these efforts is to provide credit facilities to its customers. This credit facilities has occurred another problem which is uncollectible receivables. This article has purposes to describe factors that causing the occurrence of uncollectible receivables, the hindering obstacles and its settlement process. Most of uncollectible receivables were caused by several factors, both internal and external, such as: weaknesses in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on credit application, document administration, fraud and negligence of employees, and lack of law enforcement. To overcome those problems, there are needs to apply preventive and repressive measures such as litigation and non-litigation, improving human resource quality (coaching / training), revising internal regulations, law enforcement and socialization of receivables management regulations.Keywords: uncollectible receivables, credit facilities

This study aims to design a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for shipping companies in PT Bintan Samudra Pacific. The administration is an instruction that becomes an important factor in the success of a shipping company to control transportation operations. PT BSP which requires a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) flow which is expected to be a reference and guide in conducting administrative activities that can facilitate the management of data related to the division of marketing administration, personnel administration, and financial administration. The method used in the design of SOPs is made by summarizing and analyzing several data obtained from data collection and evaluating business processes that have been carried out. From this research, SOP administration in shipping, marketing, personnel, and financial administration can be used as a guide in data management integrated.

This is a descriptive and quantitative study, carried out in three hospitals in the Northwest of São Paulo, Brazil. It aimed to verify the existence and use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by nursing teams. SOPs describe each critical and sequential step of a task to ensure its expected result. A total of 261 nursing professionals participated in the study, randomly selected from different units and shifts between August and September 2006. Results indicate that 56.7% use SOPs only when they have doubts; 54.02% of the nursing technicians and auxiliaries and 62.86% of nurses do not believe the procedures are being complied with. These findings indicate the need for continuing training on SOP use and compliance by all professionals, with a view to improving nursing care.

This research was aimed to determine the effect of quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism against the lecturer’s caring. The quantitative research approach using a survey method and technique of path analysis. The population was the lecturer of Bina Nusantara University and 166 lecturers were taken as samples and selected using stratified random sampling.  The result of data analysis showed that quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism have a direct positive effect on the lecturer’s caring. Quality management and organizational culture, have a direct positive effect on the professionalism and quality management, has a direct positive effect on the organizational culture. Therefore, to improve lecturer’s caring of Bina Nusantara University, the quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism should be improved.   Keywords: Quality management, organizational culture, professionalism, and lecturer’s                      caring.

To improve realibility and air worThere are several factors that could lead supply chain effectively, like information systems, implementation standard operating procedures and distribution network. Maintenance of air plane can be go efferective and efficient to support supply chain such as system Information,standard operating procedure,supply chain. The factor of regulation in an airlines not only involved by employees in their work environment but also support by the tight of regulation itself. The objective of this paper is to finding out whether three of factor above have impacting supply chain effectively (as partial and collective) and also define what factor that strongest affecting supply chain effectively. This study is a survey to test the hypothesis of the influence between Management Information Systems, standard operating procedures and distribution networks on the effectiveness of supply chain in the airlines PT. Lion Mentari Airlines, and the results of the survey through the questionnaire were analyzed through hypothesis testing carried out by the method of correlation and regression. the results of the analysis and testing in the study of the factors that influence the supply chain effectiveness in PT Lion Mentari Airlines, the following conclusions are obtained, the analysis shows a significant influence between management information systems on supply chain effectiveness, which means that the higher the effectiveness of information systems Management, the higher the supply chain operational effectiveness. This shows that information systems can help activities and improve the achievement of operational objectives for the company.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is an instrument that contains the processes and procedures of an activity based on a standard that has been standardized. This study determined the effect of the application of standard operating procedures on the effectiveness of financial services, especially at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This research used a quantitative approach, with data collection methods through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted to test the effect of the tested variables, namely the application of SOP (X) to IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo financial services (Y). The results showed that the application of SOP conducted at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo influenced financial services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. In its implementation, the SOP implemented at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo has made financial services easier and more directed.

Skill assessment, which is called performance assessment, is part of assessment domains in curriculum 2013. In PPKn subject, skills assessment can assistlearners to foster their attitude of solidarity, democratic, and responsible through practice assignment, project, and portfolio technique. The purpose of this research is to know how the effect of the implementation of skills assessment based on curriculum 2013 in PPKn subject toward the educationof civic responsibility on the learners. The basic theory is permendikbud No. 104 (2014) about the assessment standards and assessment theory Widoyoko (2014), the theory of civic responsibility Branson (1999). The approach used is quantitative research with survey method. A population is of 2380 students. Technique used is random sampling as many as 336 respondents. Data collection used is questionnaire, using correlation and regression analysis. Based on data analysis, influence planning (X1) and implementation skills assessment (X2) on the education of civic responsibility (Y) has positive effect amounting to 21,47%.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influences of Transformational Leadership, Power Distance and Followership on the Capability of Officers' Decision Making in Kostrad. The research method used is the survey method which is taken from 293 respondents and associative research explanations using the quantitative research. The writer uses path analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results of the study shows that (1) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (2) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (3) Followership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, 4) Transformational leadership has a direct positive in Followership, (5) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Followership, (6) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities that has a direct positive effect in Power Distance, (7) Transformational leadership is influential not through the Power Distance mediation variable, (8) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables. (9) Power Distance has an indirect positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables.
