This research was aimed to determine the effect of quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism against the lecturer’s caring. The quantitative research approach using a survey method and technique of path analysis. The population was the lecturer of Bina Nusantara University and 166 lecturers were taken as samples and selected using stratified random sampling.  The result of data analysis showed that quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism have a direct positive effect on the lecturer’s caring. Quality management and organizational culture, have a direct positive effect on the professionalism and quality management, has a direct positive effect on the organizational culture. Therefore, to improve lecturer’s caring of Bina Nusantara University, the quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism should be improved.   Keywords: Quality management, organizational culture, professionalism, and lecturer’s                      caring.

This study aims to obtain information about the influence of organizational culture and job stress on contra productive behavior of public elementary school teachers in Pulo Gadung sub-district. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study was 688 respondents, and a sample of 253 respondents were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine contra productive behavior; organizational culture and job stress. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on contra productive behavior, (2) there is a direct effect of job stress on contra productive behavior, (3) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on job stress.

The purposes of this research were: (1) to find out the contributions of the school environment partially  towards the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui. (2) to find out the contribution of teacher competence  partially towards the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui; (3) to find out the contributions of  school environment and teacher competence towards the  Geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui. The method in this study used survey method with a quantitative research approach. Samples were taken by using proportional stratified random sampling of 201 students of class XI and XII majoring in social studies. From the population,  67 students were selected as the study samples. The research found: (1) t count> t table (6.002> 1.998) means that the school environment partially contributes to geography learning outcomes of students, (2) the value of t count> t table (2.120> 1.988) means that the competence of teachers partially contributes to the geography learning outcomes of students; (3) F count> F table (28.320> 3.991) means that the school environment and teacher competence simultaneously affect positively and contribute to the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui; (4) Adjusted R Square was  0.453 or (45.30%). The conclusion of this study, namely: (1) the school environment partially contributed to the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui, t value was positive which means if the school environment is better, it will further enhance the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui; (2) teacher competence partially contributed to the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui, t value was positive which means the better the competence of the teachers and the more increase the geography learning outcomes of the students of SMAN 1 Satui (3) The school environment and teacher competence jointly contributed to the geography learning outcomes of  the students of SMAN 1 Satui.Keywords: contributions, school environment, teacher competence, learning outcomes, Geography Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui kontribusi dari lingkungan sekolah secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa dari SMAN 1 Satui. (2) untuk mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi guru secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa dari SMAN 1 Satui; (3) untuk mengetahui kontribusi dari lingkungan sekolah dan kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar Geografi siswa dari SMAN 1 Satui. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan proporsional stratified random sampling dari 201 siswa dari kelas XI dan XII jurusan IPS. Dari populasi, 67 siswa terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian menemukan: (1) t hitung> t tabel (6,002> 1,998) berarti bahwa lingkungan sekolah sebagian kontribusi untuk geografi hasil belajar siswa, (2) nilai t hitung> t tabel (2,120> 1,988) berarti bahwa kompetensi guru sebagian kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa; (3) F hitung> F tabel (28,320> 3,991) berarti bahwa lingkungan sekolah dan kompetensi guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa dari SMAN 1 Satui; (4) Adjusted R Square adalah 0,453 atau (45,30%). The purpose of this study is to analyze the research of Total Quality Management (TQM), Budget Participation, Reward System and Organizational Culture of Managerial Performance. The population in this study is the General Manager and Department Managers in 5 hotels sheltered by Grandmas Hotels Group, with a sample of 60 people. Data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The regression model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that TQM has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Budget participation is positive for managerial performance at the Grandmas Hotels Group. The Rewards System has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Grandmas Hotels Group provides positive support for managerial performance towards managerial performance. ABSTRACT                                                     Organizational culture plays an important role in stimulating the human resources work spirit. The organizational environment affects staff behavior and appearance, as well as staff performance. QIM Hospital is a new hospital. Therefore, it is needed to know the influence of organizational culture on staff performance in the inpatient staffs of QIM Batang Hospital. Using a quantitative research with the survey method. The population in this research was all in-patient staffs of QIM Batang Hospital. A 51 people as a sample and choosen using simple random sampling. Data taken with questionnaire instrument, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on staff performance. The influence of organizational culture on staff performance is 64.4% (the coefficient of determination of 0.644).   ABSTRAK   Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam  merangsang semangat kerja sumber daya manusia. Lingkungan organisasi mempengaruhi perilaku dan penampilan pegawai serta kinerja pegawai. RS QIM merupakan rumah sakit yang tergolong baru. Sehingga perlu diketahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rawat inap Rumah Sakit QIM Batang. Melalui penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai rawat inap Rumah Sakit QIM Batang. Sampel sebanyak 51 orang menggunakan simple random sampling, instrumen kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,4% (koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,644).

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai dinas pendidikan pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Survei dilakukan terhadap 75 orang pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (2) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan, (5) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (2) The reward has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (3) Trust has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (4) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward the trust, (5) Reward has a positive direct effect toward the trust. Based on the research results could be concluded that to improve employees’ achievement motivation could be done by improving organizational culture, appreciation, and trust. Meanwhile, to increase the confidence of employees could be done by improving the organizational culture and appreciation.Keywords: organizational culture, reward, trust, achievement motivation

Skill assessment, which is called performance assessment, is part of assessment domains in curriculum 2013. In PPKn subject, skills assessment can assistlearners to foster their attitude of solidarity, democratic, and responsible through practice assignment, project, and portfolio technique. The purpose of this research is to know how the effect of the implementation of skills assessment based on curriculum 2013 in PPKn subject toward the educationof civic responsibility on the learners. The basic theory is permendikbud No. 104 (2014) about the assessment standards and assessment theory Widoyoko (2014), the theory of civic responsibility Branson (1999). The approach used is quantitative research with survey method. A population is of 2380 students. Technique used is random sampling as many as 336 respondents. Data collection used is questionnaire, using correlation and regression analysis. Based on data analysis, influence planning (X1) and implementation skills assessment (X2) on the education of civic responsibility (Y) has positive effect amounting to 21,47%.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influences of Transformational Leadership, Power Distance and Followership on the Capability of Officers' Decision Making in Kostrad. The research method used is the survey method which is taken from 293 respondents and associative research explanations using the quantitative research. The writer uses path analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results of the study shows that (1) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (2) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (3) Followership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, 4) Transformational leadership has a direct positive in Followership, (5) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Followership, (6) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities that has a direct positive effect in Power Distance, (7) Transformational leadership is influential not through the Power Distance mediation variable, (8) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables. (9) Power Distance has an indirect positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables.

This research is motivated by the low education of children in Jorong Labuai Kecamatan Koto Balingka Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, this is thought to be one of the causes due to lack of concern for parents. This research aims to: (1) to describe the concerns of parents to children, (2) to describe the success of children's education, and (3) to see whether there is a relationship between parents' concern with the success of children's education. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in the research were children who dropped out of school and children who did not continue their education to the level SLTP , SLTA with the age of 13-18 years with a population of 57 people. Sampling technique stratified random sampling. The number of samples in this study is 30 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires.. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. From the result of the research, it can be seen that: (1) the concern of the parents to the children low categorize, (2) the success of children's education in low category, and (3) there is a significant correlation between parental concern to the success of children's education in Jorong Labuai Kecamatan Koto Balingka, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Key words: Concerns of parents, success of children's education

Confidence helps to see life from the positive side and helps to find new experiences. This self-confidence has not been well embedded in slow learner students. Slow learner students have low self-confidence. One of the reasons for low self-esteem is discrimination and bullying at school. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of self-confidence of slow learner students. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The research method used is a survey method. The respondents of this study were slow learner students in grade IV who had gone through psychological tests. The number of slow learner students is five students based on psychological tests. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. This study tested the validity of the data by using the credibility test. Testing the credibility of the data is done through triangulation and using reference materials. This study uses data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman models. Qualitative data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. The result of the research is that the teacher still does not understand the characteristics of the slow learner students. Slow learners feel that the teacher does not care. Slow learners do not understand the material taught by the teacher. Slow learner students tend to be quiet and look down while studying. The self-confidence analysis shows that all students are slow learners in the category of not being confident.
