The purpose of the study is to analyze the influences of Transformational Leadership, Power Distance and Followership on the Capability of Officers' Decision Making in Kostrad. The research method used is the survey method which is taken from 293 respondents and associative research explanations using the quantitative research. The writer uses path analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results of the study shows that (1) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (2) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (3) Followership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, 4) Transformational leadership has a direct positive in Followership, (5) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Followership, (6) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities that has a direct positive effect in Power Distance, (7) Transformational leadership is influential not through the Power Distance mediation variable, (8) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables. (9) Power Distance has an indirect positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables.

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment. This research was aimed to determine the effect of quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism against the lecturer’s caring. The quantitative research approach using a survey method and technique of path analysis. The population was the lecturer of Bina Nusantara University and 166 lecturers were taken as samples and selected using stratified random sampling.  The result of data analysis showed that quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism have a direct positive effect on the lecturer’s caring. Quality management and organizational culture, have a direct positive effect on the professionalism and quality management, has a direct positive effect on the organizational culture. Therefore, to improve lecturer’s caring of Bina Nusantara University, the quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism should be improved.   Keywords: Quality management, organizational culture, professionalism, and lecturer’s                      caring.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the studies concerning the challenges faced by novice teachers in terms of various aspects and compare the challenges according to location of the studies conducted in Turkey and on abroad. 30 research studies obtained full-text form were included in detailed analysis. This is a descriptive study based on qualitative research method. In the analysis of the studies, a matrix (content analysis form) was prepared consisting of categories such as publication language, publication type, year, method, design, sample size, data collection methods, data analysis techniques and challenges faced by novice teachers. Then, studies were analyzed based on this content analysis form and the findings were presented accordingly. In addition, descriptive statistics such as frequencies, percentages and graphics were also used by using SPSS-18 program. As a result of the study, it was found that 17 of the studies were written in English, 13 of them were written in Turkish language. Of all the 30 studies; 22 studies were article, five of them were dissertation and three of them were master thesis. Half of the studies were designed as case study and almost half of them were designed as descriptive survey method. In half of the studies, qualitative research method was preferred. The most used data collection tools are survey and interview form; the most used data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation). Most of the studies were conducted on small samples. Furthermore, it was found in the studies that novice teachers faced various challenges which were grouped under four themes named as instructional challenges, relational challenges, adaptation challenges, physical infrastructure and facilities of the school. This research is expected to determine the challenges faced by novice teachers in a broad sense based on the findings of the studies and guide for the development of induction programs.

E-System aims to facilitate taxpayers in carrying out tax obligations, so it is expected that taxpayer compliance will increase and state revenue will also increase. The purpose of this study was conducted to examine the level of compliance of individual taxpayers registered at the Gianyar Primary Service Office by using e-system at the level of compliance. This research was conducted in the working area of ​​the Gianyar Pratama Tax Office. Sampling using slovin formula and a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data using the questionnaire survey method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the e-filling variable have a positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers, the e-billing variable has a positive influence on the compliance of individual taxpayers, the e-registration variable does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers. The E-SPT variable does not affect individual taxpayer compliance.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

So far, the making of evaluation question for Arabic language lessons at MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa Aceh Besar has not been conducted in-depth qualitative research. The questions that tested to students were never through the maximum qualitative review stage. Thus, making of Arabic evaluation question in MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa Aceh Besar only relies on estimation and uniformity. So, the quality produced is unknown. Teher for, the aim of this research is to determine of the quality of the question based on the level of validity in term of evaluating Arabic lessons in MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa Aceh Besar. The question that was examined was made by Arabic Teacher in MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa Aceh Besar with 50 items. This research is quantitative research with evaluation research method. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, and interview techniques. The data analysis techniques used is descriptive statistical techniques with using the Anates V4.09 program. The result of this research in term of item validity show that the evaluation question on Arabic Subject in MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa Aceh Besar have 25 valid item (50%) with details of 20 items have very good signicance (very significant), 5 items have good significance (significant), 24 items have bad significance, and 1 item NaN or undefined.

Every monthly sales value in Stores Bombay Textile Indonesia in the year continued to increase in 2016, although in the sector that data showed sales decline. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of coordination effort, strategic integration, market orientation, and product innovation simultaneously on marketing performance At Bombay Textile Indonesia Store. The research method used in this research using explanotory reseach type or research form through associative research, survey method is data collection conducted on the object in the field by taking samples from a population by using questionnaires. The number of samples in the study amounted to 105 respondents. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially coordination efforts have a positive effect on marketing performance. Strategic integration positively affects marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance Market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously coordination efforts, strategic integration, market orientation, and product innovation simultaneously affect the marketing performance At Bombay Textile Indonesia

The main purpose of companies that have gone public is to increase the prosperity of the owner or shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on company value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in LQ 45 companies. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression data analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study are: (1) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on company value (PBV). (2) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on the company value (PBV). (3) Capital structure (DER) significantly influences company value (PBV) significantly.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee achievement motivation of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. It was quantitative research with survey method in Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. The research was conducted to all employees of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 89 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on job satisfaction.
