HIV/AIDS is one of the worst pandemics, the world has ever known and the entire world has been combating with it. Objective of the study is to analyze the global and national trend of HIV/AIDS regarding the indices PLHIV, New infections and AIDS-related death and coverage of ART. This is a quantitative research completely based on the secondary data. The data is analyzed by simple statistical representations. Regression analysis is used to analyze the trends and to make some predictions. The number of PLHIV is increased by 19.9 percent from 1997 to 2015 and by 69.6 percent from 2000 to 2015 in Nepal. In this same duration, the new HIV infection is reduced by 63.8 percent and 82.6 percent, AIDS related death by 52.2 percent and 411.1 percent respectively in the global and Nepal. The initial coverage of ART in both regions was negligible and by the end of 2015 it reached to 46.4 percent and 30.6 percent in the global and Nepal respectively. Nepal along with the global achieves some positive results in the combating of this health problem. By analyzing the trends, it is not worth to say that we are not far from the achievement of SDGs.

Tourism is an important economic sector. Understanding people's travel intentions can be useful for planning destinations, meeting demand as well as possible. In this sense, this study aims to assess what would influence the intention to go to the Diamantina Vesperata, in the State of Minas Gerais [Brazil], using the Theory of Planned Behavior for this purpose, with the inclusion of the constructs past behavior and familiarity. The methodology included bibliographic research for questionnaire elaboration, followed by quantitative research with 125 respondents, 101 of which are valid. The results showed relevance in the inclusion of the new constructs, which had a positive effect on the intention to attend the event. On the other hand, the attitude and the subjective norm did not present significant effects on the intention, corroborating with studies that deal with the complexity of the choice of tourist destination and the difficulty of forecasting the intention, as in other more common behaviors.

Different industry-specific and macro-economic factors influence the capital structure of microfinance institutions (MFI). So, the objective of this study is to identify industry-specific determinants of capital structure with the selected branch of Sidama MFI, Sidama region, Ethiopia. To this end, the researcher employed a quantitative research approach with an explanatory research design where the effect caused by the independent variable on the dependent variable is observed through regression analysis. The secondary data were collected from Sidama MFIs consolidated and audited financial statements from 2009 to 2019 G.C. Then, both descriptive and inferential statistical analysis has been done. The researcher employed a regression analysis model to identify the effect of five explanatory variables on capital structure measured through debt to equity ratio. Thus, the result of regression analysis showed that out of five independent variables incorporated in the model, all five variables such as growth (negative), profitability (positive), firm size (positive), earning volatility (positive), and asset tangibility (positive) and statistically significant respectively. This study recommends that the microfinance institutions at all company levels improve debt capacity in proportion to asset tangibility more than the current status.

This article seeks to elaborate Ahmad Syafii Maarif's thoughts on the issue of diversity of identities in Indonesia. The reflection is related to the main problems about the state, religion, and morality that are triggered by conflicts of interest and political (ego) identity. Basically, diversity is a social reality for the people of Indonesia, as a country based on Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). According to Syafii Maarif, in the case of multi-identity problems in Indonesia, this requires government intervention, although Syafii Maarif also criticizes government policies, because this problem is related to collective responsibility. On the other hand, diversity is also a divine reality that is taught in the holy revelations (the Qur'an) as a guide for life. Syafii Maarif has emphasized that the majority of Muslims in Indonesia need to express their faith. Therefore, the contextualization of the Qur'an as faith and intellectual practice requires wisdom and deep contemplation. The contextualization of these values is always needed at all times, as the function of the Qur'an as al-furqān (the difference between right and wrong). Finally, Syafii Maarif's thought on the issue of multi-identity was an attempt to realize Islamic humanist values and bridge them with Pancasila.

Oil and gas are non-renewable types of natural resources. On the other hand, in the current era human dependence on oil and gas is very high. To meet Indonesia's national needs for natural resources, Article 33 of the Indonesian Constitution has mandated that "the earth, water and natural resources contained therein be controlled by the state for the greatest prosperity of the people." But in its development the distribution of welfare over natural resources, especially oil and gas, has not been able to be well distributed in Indonesia. The "Jakarta Sentris" concept is still the basis for distributing natural resources, especially oil and gas. This makes regions that are rich in natural resources not necessarily have prosperous people and not necessarily high-income areas. Therefore, legal reform is needed in the field of oil and gas management by regions in Indonesia.

The administration of any democratic state revolves around the three constitutionally recognized arms of government; the legislature, executive and the judiciary. Their relationship is very important for the actualization of the goals of the state. However, this relationship is more pronounced between the executive and the legislature as both appear to belong to political parties and are elected by the electorates. Executive/legislative relationship most times appears conflictual and in some cases cooperative. The study examines the executive/legislative relationship in Bayelsa State to determine the nature and the issues and challenges in their relationship during Henry Seriake Dickson administration. To achieve the objective of the study, two research questions were formulated to guide the study. System theory was used as framework for analysis. The study draws its arguments basically from secondary source hence content analysis research design was used to analyze the secondary data. The findings revealed that the executive dominated the legislature in their relationship under Henry Seriake Dickson’s administration which weakened the ability of the legislators to effectively perform their duties as the representatives of the people. It was also revealed that the unprofessional and inexperience of the legislators also affected their ability to effectively perform their duties which affected the social, economic and political development of the state. In the light of the above, the study recommends amongst others that the legislature should wake up to their responsibility as the watchdog of the executive and effectively monitor the activities of the executive in order to ensure good governance in Bayelsa State. More experienced people should be elected to the legislature to curtail the excesses and the continued dominance of the executive on the legislature and other institutions of government.

The populations in this study are all companies registered in JII during the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method is carried out by purposive sampling by using several criteria to obtain 15 companies used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage affect the value of the company. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis show that disclosure of the ISR is able to moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value but towards the negative. However, ISR disclosure is not able to moderate the relationship between leverage and firm value.
