Micro, small and medium businesses have an important role for the economy in Indonesia. One of them is economic growth in employment and distribution of development results. On the other hand, MSMEs also face various problems, including limited working capital, low quality of human resources, and a lack of mastery in science and technology. Not only that, the lack of clarity about business prospects and planning, and how to market or promote the products being marketed. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study population is MSMEs in the City of Baturaja. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis and then formulates strategies to overcome them. The purpose of the strategy for development of middle small micro businesses in the City of Baturaja is expected to increase the income so that welfare is also increasing.

Level of banking competition is increasingly high demands on banks to focus more on the desired target market. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Universities Branch Office Bandung (BNI PTB) is one branch in the city of Bandung which has a core business in Corporate Banking particular educational institution. To better focus on its managed, BNI PTB forming units specialized to manage the educational institutions managed. The existence of this unit is not specifically regulated as other units in BNI organization structure, because this unit is the only unit that is in BNI. Based on the above conditions, to maximize the existence of this special unit investigators interested in conducting research on this unit at BNI PTB and analyze strategic variables in the environment both external strategic environment and internal strategic environment. A number of respondents involved in this study consisted of the employees and management of branch offices and regional office management and after the selection of respondents, 20 respondents was selected to be part of the study, starting from the interviews, questionnaires phase 1 and phase 2 questionnaire. Identification results through the interview concluded several variables that affect the operation and performance of this particular unit. External variables, namely the growth of business education market in the city of Bandung, the factors of competition between banks and the development of technology to support quality of service to the Institute of Education, while internal factors consist of variables of Human Resources (HR), Information Systems Technology and Operations in the special unit itself. After analysis of the strategic variables by using a SWOT Analysis, SFAS Matrix and IE Matrix concluded that indicators of variable performance that is very supportive of this special unit and in line with the existence of this special unit in the IE matrix in cell 2 (growth strategy) with the concentration of horizontal integration through market expansion and internal development of technology in special units in order to facilitate the work. It can be concluded that the formulation of the availability of Information Technology has been defines the constraints faced by the special operations unit that could be addressed to improve the BNI Business PTB Branch Office and can also overcome the problems of existing human resources that have a positive impact on the performance of BNI Branch PTB as well as expected can accelerate and enhance the quality of better service to educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital in the company under study, find out the company's profits in the research site, make a company development strategy. This research was conducted at the Roti Tiga Berlian company in the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with working capital, profit and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are that the capital system is put to good use, working capital management has gained profits, recommendations for company development, namely: 1) increasing the understanding of bread variants; 2) opening factories in strategic areas; 3) build special otlets for three-diamond bread products. Conclusion, the condition of the Lubuklinggau City Tiga Berlian Bread Company in managing working capital owned to obtain profit is in a healthy condition, so that for 5 (five) years it is known that it is able to use the working capital owned to obtain profit  Keywords: Development Strategy, Working Capital, Profit

The title of this research was “The Effort of Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Kubu Raya Regency in Increasing Tax Restaurant Reception”. Therefore, this study focuses on the Efforts of BPPRD Kubu Raya in Increasing Tax Restaurant. The purposes of this research were to know the effort of BPPRD of Kubu Raya Regency in increasing the revenue of tax restaurant, the obstacles of increasing the acceptance of tax restaurant, and the solution in overcoming the obstacle that happened. This research used qualitative research with descriptive method. The result of data analysis showed that in increasing the revenue of tax restaurant through tax intensification did an improvement. Tax that related to the laws, administrative simplifications, reordering the number of subject/tax object restaurants and improving the quality of Human Resources. While extensification of restaurant taxes such as increasing the number of subject/objects of existing taxes, make improvements in tariffs, and conduct supervision of taxpayers. The other obstacles in increasing the tax restaurant was the existence of passive and active resistance from the community, the limitations of Human Resources, and many areas that have not been explored optimally due to the distance between sub districts. Furthermore, the solution to overcome the obstacles were did socialization to the community continuously, open up the opportunities for businessman, making Human Resources effective and implemented the bonbill system.   Keywoard : Effort, Restaurant Tax, BPPRD

Islam really appreciates the dignity, the prestige, and the woman’s right, without the different to the man. The mowan’s moval in today context is the moval which has value, meaning and the potential itself. The woman empowerment program to the woven fabric craftsman which have been done in Sumber Harapan village, Sambas regency is the real woman self-actualization in Indonesia. The research is a field research. The technique of data collecting is observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique in this research is  analysis model interactive and SWOT analysis. According to the data analysis and explanations that the strategy of woman empowerment reinforcement to the woven fabric craftsman in Sumber Harapan village, Sambas regency include: 1). Increase the product intensification and diversification.      2). The utilization  of work ethic to expanding the access of market. 3) the integrated founding and development to increase the quality of human resources. 4). Utilize the government supports and the private to consolidate the financing in increasing the means and the infrastructure. 5) Increase the cooperation with the competent institution .

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

This article describes the advantages and infrastructural features of the resort of Truskavets - the most developed spa resort in Ukraine. It is emphasized that this resort has a developed network of different types of accommodation: hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, villas, which have more than 26,550 beds. A wide range of medical and health services is provided. The marketing strategy of development of the city which includes formation of a tourist brand is developed. Based on the data of the SWOT-analysis, the operational goals and objectives for achieving the strategic goals of the resort development were determined. Comparing the goals and real changes, the achievements and problems of the resort were identified to achieve the strategic goal: "Truskavets is the capital of health. The leader among the balneological resorts of the world with the unique healing water Naftusya. Western Ukrainian Center for Medical and Cultural Tourism, Sports, Beauty and Longevity, with a developed infrastructure, high social and economic standards. " Many tasks have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has caused significant economic damage to the city. In addition, the development of the resort is hampered by negative factors related to the solution of issues at the legislative and administrative levels. The modern logo of Truskavets indicates that the uniqueness of the brand is based on water resources, but it does not fully represent the tourist and recreational potential of the city. In the minds of potential consumers, the city is perceived only as a place where you can improve your health. Mostly middle-aged and older people are interested in it, the city does not attract young people. In Truskavets, the range of services of the sanatorium-resort complex is expanding and the quality of service is improving. But, despite the developed system of accommodation facilities, the development of territorial tourist products is slow. The potential of the subregion and the surrounding centers of culture and tourism is not fully used. The material and technical base of Truskavets, in addition to medical and health tourism, allows to develop business, excursion, cultural and educational, entertainment, sports and other types of tourism.

The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. The study aimed at identifying the dimensions of the quality of health service and its impact on strategic success. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive method was used. The population of the study represented all private Jordanian hospitals. Due to the difficulty of reaching the whole study population, the researcher took a random sample. The number of questionnaires distributed was (220) questionnaires, of which (200) were returned. The study also concluded that the importance of quality of service in private hospitals was medium. The study recommended that the importance of quality of service should be enhanced as a part of the strategic vision when constructing the strategy in private hospitals as it received the weakest degree and the same applies to the importance of strategic success and achievement of hospital goals.
