This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of patient safety knowledge and the compliance of nurses in implementing the surgical safety checklist in the Pre-Operation Room, the Operation Room, RSD Mangusada Badung. This study used a quantitative observational method with a cross sectional design. The sample was all nurses in the operating room installation room RSD Mangusada Badung who were selected by a total sampling of 41 people. The research was conducted from 01-31 October 2020. The results of data analysis using the rho Spearman nonparametric statistical test at a significance level of ? 0.05, the p value was 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of patient safety knowledge on nurses' compliance in implementing the surgical safety checklist in the Pre-Operation Room for the Operation Room, RSD Mangusada Badung. Safe Hand hygiene practice is considered the most essential component of patient safety. Especially when it comes to health professionals; students are exposed to their clinical practice in the first years of their education. This accelerates the chances of getting infection via cross-transmission of hands through the healthcare worker to the patient is the most common quantitative cross-sectional, questionnaire-based survey was carried out to investigate the level of knowledge, practices, and attitude of Hand hygiene among university nursing and optometry undergraduate students in their final year of training. A total of one hundred and forty-three subjects took part in the survey of which 73 nursing students and 70 optometry students. Fisher’s exact test was applied to test the level of Knowledge on practice and attitude. And the correlation coefficient r=-1 to +1   with P>0.05 was obtained. To add, using an observational checklist will be the ideal way to assess the hand hygiene practice in the clinical area. Moreover, add a mandatory component as patient safety into the curricula of the undergraduate students of allied health will enhance patient safety more effectively.

Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) is an opportunity given to babies immediately after birth by placing the baby on the mother's stomach, then the baby is allowed to find the mother's nipple and breastfeed within the first hour after birth. The UNICEF organization Says that IMD is so important for babies that it calls it the baby's first vaccine. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) at Butar Puskesmas, Pagaran District, Tapanulu Utara Regency in 2020. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross sectional design or approach looking at the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The total population of 30 people was used with a total sampling technique in which the entire population was sampled so that the sample size was 30 people. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire, then the data were processed using the chi-square test. The results of the study using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) showed that there was no relationship between the type of labor and the results of the Fisher's Exact Test with a confidence level of 95% and df = 1 obtained x2 count (0.597) <x2. table (3,841), there is a relationship of knowledge df = 2 obtained x2 count (10.425)> x2 table 5,991, there is a relationship between husband's support for Fisher's Exact Test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and df = 1 obtained p value = 0.000 ( p <0.05), there is a relationship between support for health workers and df = 2, it is obtained x2 count (8,450)> n x2 table (5,991). It is expected that respondents will know the information provided by health workers or from the mass media about the provision and implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD).

The research design used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The study population of all nurses who work in outpatient and inpatient rooms were 190 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The number of samples to be studied was 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses. The results of the research variable knowledge obtained p-value = .04, attitude 1.0, leadership .53, work design structure .209, experience .166, and 1.0 career path. The p-value of knowledge <.05 means that the influence between knowledge and skills of nurses in infusion found. The variable attitude, leadership, work design structure, experience, and career path p-value >.05 means the influence between the knowledge and skills of nurses in infusion not found. Based on 6 variables tested, only the knowledge factor that had an influence on the skills of nurses in the infusion. Stunting can be caused by a variety of factors, such as the implementation of initiation of early breastfeeding which is not appropriate and the provision of breast milk is not exclusive. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months in the work area of Pantoloan Health Center. This type of research was an analytical survey with design cross-sectional. The sample in this study were two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months totaling 57 samples with sampling techniques namely proportional random sampling and data analysis using Chi-Square. The results showed that respondents who experienced stunting were 36.8% and not stunting 63.2%. Respondents who had early breastfeeding initiationn din not tend to experience stunting (79.2%), while respondents who received exclusive breastfeeding tended not to experience stunting (81.0%). The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting with the same p-value of 0.033 (α<0.05). The conclusion is that there was a relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting. Suggestions for researchers and for health workers to maximize promote and implement early breastfeeding initiations and exclusive breastfeeding for mothers to prevent and minimize the incidence of stunting in children in the future.
