The border area between Indonesia and Malaysia is one of the border areas with a high transnational crime rate. Both the Indonesian and Malaysian governments have tightened the procedures to enter and leave the two countries' territory. However, the illegal movements of goods and people still occur frequently, caused by many rat runs connecting both countries. This paper uses a qualitative research method. The literature study was used as a method of collecting data in this study. This paper was made to determine the Indonesian government's progress in creating order and security for the people in the border areas from trans-border crimes. It is apparent that in terms of law enforcement, the Indonesian government strives to enforce rules based on the applicable customs laws without prejudice to the regulations of values and customary laws adhered to by communities of Indonesia and Malaysia. Through the Resort Police (Polres), the Indonesian government must pay attention to the provision of protection and services to their people in the process of enforcing the law. The Polres as investigators, coordinating with the Attorney to carry out the pre-prosecution stage of the perpetrators of crimes. The Polres is also coordinating with several related institutions, such as Customs and Excise and the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency (BNN), to better control the flow of illegal goods that enters and leaves Indonesia. This research was conducted to reveal the existence of Gong Buleuh Music in Sungai Penuh City Community, Jambi Province, this type of research is a qualitative research method of interpreting phenomena based on art issues in the Sungai Penuh community. The object of this research is the existence of Gong Buleuh music in the Sungai Penuh community of Jambi Province. Data collected through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out based on ethnographic techniques. The findings of this study indicate that the existence of this Gong Buleuh music in the community plays an important role in the Kenduhai Sko ceremony. The uniqueness of an instrumental made of reeds in accordance with the ecological conditions of the Sungai Penuh city. Thus the existence of this Gong Buleuh music does not decline for the younger generation, of course, to explore its existence so that it is preserved by culture, especially Sungai Penuh City. Gong Buleuh music as a traditional art gives meaning to the life of the Kerinci community and its appearance has certain rules that must not be violated. If it is violated, there will be sanctions so that Gong Buleuh's music is a ritual in the Kenduri Sko ceremony. The Kenduri Sko ceremony, which is held once every ten years as a cleanser for heirlooms, is also a gathering place between layers of society. In this event without performing Gong Buleuh music, the ceremony is considered meaningless for the people of Sungai Penuh City. With the music of Gong Buleuh in the Kenduri Sko ceremony, the community can communicate with traditional and community leaders to officiate the opening of the Kenduri Sko.

Bunutin village is one of the Bali Aga villages located in Kintamani Subdistrict, Bangli District, which has art in the form of sacred dance and still maintained or preserved by society. The art is known by the people of Bunutin Village with the name of Mongah Dance. Mongah Dance staged every two years at the time of the Pangwangan Ceremony, precisely on sasih kasa according to Balinese calendar calculations. Pangwangan ceremony is a ritual performed during the post-harvest period, aims to neutralize the negative influences or outbreaks of diseases, disasters and pests that attack the environment. This is done by performing a dance-shaped art called Mongah Dance. The formulation of the problem in this research include (1) How to perform Mongah Dance in Pangwangan Ceremony in Bunutin Village (2) How the function and meaning of Mongah Dance in Pangwangan Ceremony. This research is intended to describe the Dance of Mongah Dance in the procession of Pangwangan Ceremony, and to know the function and meaning of the Dance of Mongah Dance in Pangwangan Ceremony in Bunutin Village related to the pattern of agriculture. The theory used in this research is the theory of Robert K. Merton about the real function (manifest) and the hidden function (latent) and interpretive theory of Clifford Geertz. The method used is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interview and literature study. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results revealed that Mongah Dance staged at the procession of Pangwangan Ceremony at Pura Bale Agung. At the time of dance performances Mongah dancers are sekaa teruna influenced by the element of trance. Mongah Dance costumes utilize many plants that exist in nature. In the execution of the Dance of Mongah Dance in Pangwangan Ceremony there are manifest and latent functions. The first function is Mongah Dance is the most important element in the implementation of Pangwangan Ceremony, Mongah Dance functioned to keep people away from negative elements, and Mongah Dance can strengthen solidarity among the citizens. In addition to the function as for the meaning contained in the staging of Mongah Dance in Pangwangan Ceremony is the meaning to ask for salvation, meaning as a symbol of harmonization, and the meaning of kinship.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

This study aims to see the community participation in the satellite area in the construction and maintenance of Drainage in the Village Marindal II District Patumbak Deli Serdang. The research method used to answer the problem in this research is the method of qualitative research approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, literature study and documentation. Informant research comes from the elements of sub-district government and community. The results of the research show that the participation, involvement and utilization of drainage facilities are running well.

This study aims to examine social justice and human rights from the government’s perspective to promote Sustainable Development as well as from an agricultural perspective. This research method is qualitative research with literature study. literature study is carried out to find out various distances or findings that have not been found in previous research as a comparison in conducting current research. The literature findings show that some of the main topics appear most frequently based on data from Scopus, vosviewer and Nvivo12 plus. The results of this study of Global Governance of Human Rights with a total of 78 documents, but it is not comparable to the reality on the ground; namely, there are still many cases of human rights, racism and conflicts between black and white groups. Second, Global Human Rights Governance has an important role in the methodology of human rights analysis. From the perspective of global governance, the concept of sustainability is correlated with the idea of human rights such as the emergence of development in rural communities’ agricultural land which causes changes in their livelihoods as farmers which affect the economy and the surrounding environment. In the concept of SDGs, justice is one of the concepts that is of concern to the government that must be developed through a governance approach

Pancasila implementation should not be used as a substantive source in aspects of law and legislation in Indonesia. Pancasila as the highest source of law in Indonesia is actualized in every behavior and action both individually and collectively. Social movements are a characteristic and manifestation of democratic principles as a reflection and reaction to social dynamics in society. The research method used is in the form of qualitative research which tries to explore a meaning arising from social dynamics. The influence of the Pancasila ideology on every social movement, especially the Islamic social movement, is based on the view of life together within the framework of the Indonesian nation and the concept of a rule of law. The consequence of the principle of constitutional democracy in implementing the Pancasila values ​​framework is not a threat to democracy, because the values ​​of Pancasila also provide respect for the rights of the people which are in line with the principles of constitutional democracy. Food crops have long been used by the people of Goa Boma Village Monterado District Bengkayang Regency because of their simple processing and considerable availability in the forest. Based on the conditions of limitied infrastructure, accessibility and markets, it is interesting to conduct research on the Utilization of Foodstuffs at Goa Boma Village Monterado District Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to obtain data of the species and utilization pattern of plant utilization for foodstaff at Goa Boma Village. The research method is a survey method and data collection technique with interviews. Determination respondents by purposive sampling and addition also conducted abservations and literature study. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted obtained as many as 94 spices of Goa Boma Village Monterado District Bengkayang Regency as food. Utilization patterns used as fruits were (37,23%), vegetables (27,23%), seasonings (13,82%), drinks (5,31%), carbohydrates (4,25%) and cereals (6,38%).Keywords : Food Crops, Goa Boma Village, Utilization

Meoli spell present as one performance package within custom ritual called meoli ritual. Meoli ritual is a politeness expression of the perpetrators in expressing the purpose of request permission or apology to the sangia as the ruler of nature when opening the land to grow crops. This study examines the value of politeness in the meoli spell with the ethnopoetic approach. The issues raised are how has the politeness value existed in the meoli spell. By applying qualitative research method, data collection is done by observation, interview, and literature study. From the analysis, it is known that the value of politeness in the meoli mantra embodies the priority scale in which the preferred is the custom observer, followed by an apology by mentioning the whole of the target, newly expressed by the expression of intent and hope as the core message of the meoli spell. The beautiful way of disclosure also supports the value of politeness in the meoli spell
