The article is devoted to the study of points of view on the origin of Prince Alexander Nevsky. The main attention is paid to the personality of the prince’s mother, one of the wives of Prince Yaroslav Vsevolodich. The contradictory data of sources do not make it possible to establish exactly which branch of the princely family the princess belonged to. According to one version, she was the daughter of Prince Mstislav Udatny. The famous Moscow historian V. A. Kuchkin gives interesting arguments in support of this version. However, there are other assumptions. A prominent expert in genealogy N.A. von Baumgarten considered the daughter of Ryazan Prince Igor Vsevolodovich to be Alexander's mother. The representative of the “alternative history” A. N. Nesterenko put forward his own version of the origin of Prince Alexander. An essential part of the work is devoted to a critical analysis of these assumptions. In addition, attention is paid to errors contained in large genealogical codes, for example, in a grandiose work on the genealogy of Prince P. V. Dolgorukov.

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to determine the role and the place of the intangible assets in the postindustrial economy. The points of view of different scientists about the formation and development of the postindustrial economy from the position of globalization have been checked and the main unsolved controversies, which are observed in the process of its development, have been analyzed. The faultiness of some theses, from the position of the critical analysis, about the influence of some intangible assets on the macro and micro-indicators of the postindustrial society in general and the separate enterprises, in particular, has been proved. Based on the statistic data of the countries’ economies of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) the thesis about fast effectiveness and financial feedback from the implementation of the intangible assets has been simplified. The complexity of the dimension of the financial feedback of the intangible assets is in that the results of their implementation into the production process in many cases has intangible character, which is not connected with the creation of the final product of consumption (creation of the organization capital, human capital, etc). R. Sollow’s paradox hypothesis as to information technologies has been proposed to be broadened by the on other types of intangible assets. The accountant legislature of different countries has been analyzed and it has been determined that the number in investments in the performance of the research and development (R&D) might influence the amount of the intangible assets in different ways. The results of the leading world corporations’ assets analysis, working in different areas, have been presented in the article. For this purpose, the structure of their balances for 2018 has been analyzed and it has been determined that intangible assets do not occupy the dominant part in the overall general assets. Keywords: intangible assets, postindustrial economy, R&D, productivity, asset structure in the balance sheet. JEL Classification M41, O33, O34 Formulas 0; fig.: 1; tabl.: 3; bibl.: 18.

Debate on consolidated financial reporting has considerably increased over the years, also due to the various public sector accounting reforms. In this regard, Italy offers an important experience since it was one of the first countries in the European Union to expressly provide for compulsory adoption. The Legislative Decree no. 118/2011 will introduce consolidated financial reporting for local government as from 2017, after an initial “experimentation” period. In view of the recent adoption, the methodological approach implemented in the chapter is based on a case study. After discussion of the boundaries of the consolidation performed by comparison with international experiences – IPSAS 6, new IPSAS 35 and GASB 14 – a critical analysis of the Italian proposal is also provided. The chapter aims to contribute to the debate on consolidated financial reporting both from the theoretical and empirical points of view.

Hijab at this time, is a kind of clothing to cover the female genitalia from the sight of men who are not mahram in society in the form of headscarves or veils, so the hijab law is obligatory for Muslim women as a form of obedience to Allah and glory. However, according to Fatima Mernissi the hijab is not compulsory because it is a symbol of setback for women and the results of male manipulation, then he discusses the mistake of the hijab command with four points of view: language, history, interpretation and social. This research uses critical-analysis descriptive method is describing opinions about the hijab and doing critical-analysis to criticize ideas and thought. The results showed that the concept of the hijab offered by Mernissi is different from Islam: 1) defining hijab which means curtain or barrier used to criticize the concept of hijab as a cover for female genitalia, 2) hijab is only to distinguish between free women and slaves, and protect some of the women's categories, 3) understanding the obligation of the hijab is limited to Q.S. Introduction. This article examines the use of subcolloquial mesurative phraseological units in the French, Uzbek and Russian languages from the point of view of reflecting in them the relationship between language and cultural semantics. Its purpose is to determine the similarities and differences between subcolloquial mesurative phraseological units, taking into account the main symbolic meanings of numbers in world culture. The article examines the subcolloquial mesurative units in French, Uzbek and Russian, their place in the linguistic picture of the world, as well as their use in proverbs, sayings and phraseological units. Various points of view of scientists-linguists are considered, in particular, that the category of time is a category of a wide heterogeonic plan and finds a peculiar reflection in the linguistic picture of the world. The questions of the use of the subcolloquial mesurative unit of time in lexical, phraseological units, as well as in proverbs and sayings in French, Uzbek and Russian are touched upon. The conclusions are supported by the factual linguistic material of the indicated languages. Materials and methods. The study used the methods of component and stylistic analysis within the framework of the linguistic picture of the world based on the system-structural paradigms. It is noted that subcolloquial mesurative phraseological units differ from other linguistic units in that they provide imagery, expressiveness and emotionality to speech. The main attention is paid to the definition of national and cultural features of phraseological units with subcolloquial mesurative components of the French, Uzbek and Russian languages, expressing different socio-cultural cultures of the world. Explicitation like any other field in translation studies has its own level of development. The explicitation was first introduced indirectly by Vinay & Darbelnet which was later developed into a systematic study by Blum-Kulka through observations on the level of cohesion in the translated text. Blum-Kulka has proposed an explicitation hypothesis that assumes that the process of interpretations might lead to a target text which is more redundant than the source text regardless of the increase traceable to differences between the two linguistic and textual systems involved. This hypothesis appears to have a significant impact on the domain of explicitation. However, Blum-Kulka's study especially her hypothesis has received a lot of support and questions. Several scholars have approached the matter directly and have various points of view in this regard. In order to present a thorough finding on the problems of this hypothesis, the research aims to conduct a comprehensive research of the critique of the Blum-Kulka explicitation hypothesis. The study focused on descriptive analysis with concentrating on the explicitation hypothesis Blum-Kulka and other related studies. The research process and the critical analysis of views will be drawn to the conclusion of the study. The overall findings of the discussion showed that the Blum-Kulka explicitation hypothesis was exposed to three serious shortcomings. Even so, this hypothesis has an undeniable part in shaping and enhancing the discourse of explicitation these days.
