This study aims to determine the response of students to the development of chemical supplement books based on the local wisdom of the Asmat Tribe of Papua. The method used in this research is descriptive research with the subject of the research students of class X SMA YPPK Yos Sudarso Merauke totaling 23 students and students of class XI SMA Negeri II Merauke totaling 38 students in the 2017/2018 school year. Data collection techniques using student response questionnaires consisting of statements regarding 4 (four) aspects of assessment, namely material, presentation, language, and graphics with a total of 17 statements. The results of the student response questionnaire analysis on the development of chemical supplement books based on the local wisdom of the Asmat Tribe of Papua, the average percentage of the total response was 84,36% in the feasible category. The average percentage of student responses for each aspect, namely the material aspect of 80,13%, the presentation aspect of 85,72%, the language aspect of 85,58%, and the graphic aspect of 86,02% are also categorized as feasible. This research aims to improve children's interpersonal intelligence group A Kindergarten school year Sartiasari 2018-2019 by using a flashcard learning emoji. This research is a Research Action Class (PTK) conducted two cycles. The subject in this study A group of Kindergaten  children Sartiasari Surabaya with age 4-5 years totalling 28 children. The object in this study was interpersonal intelligence. Data collection techniques in the study by observation and documentation. Research instrument used observation and guidance on analysis in quantitative descriptive. The results showed the ability of interpersonal intelligence of children can be improved through learning flashcard emoji. Kids are invited to know the range of expression flashcard emoji, emoji range expressions mimicked the flashcard, classify and guess her friend's expression with a flashcard emoji. The ability to know the range of expression on pre cycle reached 35.6%, then in the cycle I completeness average percentage of learning increased to 46.42% and the average percentage of completeness study on cycle II increased to 85.71%. Improvement of pre cycle to cycle I of 10.82%, and an increase from cycle I to cycle  II amounted to 39.29%. Key words: interpersonal intelligence, flashcard emoji, kindergarten

Everyone’s perspective is different. Likewise, the student’s perspective on mathematics. It is undeniable that most childran claim that mathematics is difficult. Behind the statement, of course, there is a reason for the child. This is related to student responses when studying in mathematics class. One alternative to knowing student responses can be found by conducting research. Therefore, qualitative research is needed to analyze student responses. The application of learning using creatibe module comics based on a realistic mathematics approach has been implemented for all students of class VII-B at SMP Santo Yoseph Medan in the 2020/2021 Academic Year. In this study students’ responses to the application of learning were analyzed specifically for integer operation material. The learning is carried out online based on the creative realistic mathematics video comic module in the Google Classroom. The instrument used was a student response questionare which was presented via google form. Based on the results of data collection that has been done, it is concluded that the student’s responses are positive to learning using the creative module comic based on realistice mathematics approach. It is based on obtaining a high score on the average percentage of interest and benefits that students derive from implementation.

This study aimed at determining the managerial implementation of school principals at SD Negeri 24 Pulau Rimau. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The subject is the school principal at SDN 24 Pulau Rimau. The informants are the school principal and teacher. Data collection techniques were (1) observation; (2) interview; and (3) documentation. The collected data is examined for the validity of the data, using triangulation, with verification and checking of the adequacy of the references. The results of this study were the ability of the managerial implementation of principals at SD Negeri 24 Pulau Rimau was very good seen from planning, organizing, directing, and supervising.

 This study aims to describe the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning in terms of student creativity and student learning outcomes. This research is located at Prigen Prosperous Middle School in the even / odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This type of research uses the type of descriptive research with descriptive qualitative research methods with research subjects VII grade students of Prosperous Prosperous Middle School. The steps in this research are determining the problem, conducting a literature study, determining the location, determining the method, data collection, and data analysis. In this study, the average percentage of the learning achievement in the preliminary activities was 92.21%, the core activities were 96.41% and the closing activities were 81.47% so that overall the learning implementation was categorized as very good. The average percentage of students' creativity is 82.0% with a very good category. The average percentage of student learning outcomes students 81.81% with a very good category. Based on the description, Problem Based Learning is effective in terms of students' creativity and learning outcomes.

AbstractThis paper contains a discussion of how to use the archive classification code at PT Semen Padang and the preparation of a guidebook for the use of archive classification codes at the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit. The preparation of this manual aims to assist employees at PT Semen Padang in using the archive classification code in accordance with their respective work units. The research method used in writing this thesis paper is a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques carried out by means of observation and interviews. The subject of data collection was through observation in the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit. Observation was carried out by looking at how the employee's understanding was in giving the classification code of the archive. Subsequently interviews were conducted with employees at the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit. The author conducts a question and answer session with employees directly regarding the use of the archive classification code, the constraints faced in using the classification code, and the solutions to these constraints. Based on these results it can be concluded that the preparation of the archival classification code guidebook is actually to assist employees in providing archival classification codes properly and correctly. In the archive classification code manual in the PT Semen Padang Archives Unit, it can be concluded that the steps in preparing the archive classification code manual are: (1) needs analysis, based on the needs of employees in using the archive classification code as well as efforts to overcome obstacles encountered. (2) product design, to find out what are the points that will be explained in the preparation of the archive classification code manual made in the form of a chart. (3) product compilation, the process of compiling the product manual is the use of archive classification codes. With the archive classification code manual in PT Semen Padang's Filing Unit, it can help employees to avoid finding errors in archiving and is easy to find again.Keywords: classification code, archive, guide book

This research is the development of guided discovery based electronic module that aims to know the eligibility level of e-modules and student responses to guided discovery-based electronic modules in redox reaction material. This electronic module uses the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted at one of the high schools in Bengkulu with the subject 9 students of X MIPA A Students for small scale trials and 30 students of X MIPA D Students for large scale trials. From the results of the research obtained (1) the percentage of the feasibility of e-modules on the material aspect is 86,315% while from the media aspect is 91.425% so that based on the results of validation by the E-module validator is declared very valid, (2) based on the test results of the small-scale student response percentage of 75.97 % with interesting category, while for large-scale trials of 84.48% with a very interesting category. From the results percentage, it can be concluded that e-module is suitable for use in learning. Electronic module based on guided discovery is an effective tool to help students in learning redox reaction subject. E-module can be accessed by smartphone or laptop. With this e-module, students can access the study material from everywhere without any time limitation.

The aims of this research were to reveal the data, information and discuss the using of Numbered Head Together Learning Model of Geography at X IPS 5 Class in SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The type of the research was a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo through the subject of this research being students at Class X IPS 5, amounting to 33 students. Data collection was done through observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. The data technique analysis was the quantitative descriptive by the calculation of the percentage and total respondents' achievements. The conclusion of this research was the students' response to the application of the learning model of the Numbered Head Together at X IPS 5 Class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo was in the much-needed category and was in the very good category.

The purpose of this research is to know the practical implementation of the morphology of the plant biology education students FKIP UMS 2017/2018 school year. This research is descriptive research with the research sample is a student semester 1 Biology education UMS, which travels the eyes of practical morphology of plants taken with Taro Yamane formula to get the number of samples in overall by as much as 81 students. Data collection techniques by using question form. The results of the analysis of the data shows that in practical plant morphology, 91% of students familiar with plants/preparations are used, 53% of the students stated the time used in practical enough to complete the practical work, and from the a series of practical work each meeting there is a 65% of students who have difficulty in observing and drawing plant organs into practical report. Key words: analysis, practical plant morphology

The formulation of the  problem in this  study  is how students respond to learning Islamic Education (PAI) courses using  the “Alms, Grants and  Gifts” module at the Bengkulu Al-Fatah  Pharmacy Academy. This research is in- cluded in quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study  were all third semester students at the Beng- kulu  Al-Fatah  Pharmacy Academy, while  the  research sample used  was third semester B1 students at the  Al-Fatah Pharmacy Academy  Bengkulu Academic Year 2016-2017. The instruments used  in this study were the student response questionnaire and  the module “Alms, Grants and  Gifts”. The technique of collecting data  using questionnaires and  test sheets. Based on the research that  has been done, the results show that : The average percentage score of all students is82.86764706% and is classified as very high criteria. It can be concluded that the 3rd grade B1 Semester 3-2017 Academic Year at the Al-Fatah  Pharmacy Academy gave a positive response to the learning of Islamic Education courses using the “Alms, Grants, and Gifts” module

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think PairShare (TPS), aktivitas peserta didik, hasil belajar, keterampilan komunikasi, dan respon peserta didik.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Shoot Case Staudy dan One Group Pretest-Postetst Designdengan subyek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI MIA 6. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukansebagai berikut: (1) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS mendapatkanpersentase rata-rata secara berurutan pada pertemuan pertama sampai dengan ketiga sebesar 89,2%,92,9%, dan 97,9%, dengan kriteria sangat baik (2) Aktivitas relevan peserta didik selama tiga kalipertemmuan memperoleh persentase sebesar 94,82%, 96,87%, dan 97,52% (3) Hasil belajar secaraklasikal memperoleh persentase 100% dengan skor rata-rata posttest sebesar 85,17. Peningkatan hasilbelajar dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 35 peserta didik dan kategori sedang satu peserta didik (4)Kuantitas komunikasi selama tiga kali pertemuan diantaranya bertanya memperoleh persentase 13,89%,19,44%, dan 25% dengan kategori kurang baik dan berpendapat memperoleh persentase 30,56%, 41,67%,dan 63,89% dengan kategori cukup baik. Kualitas komunikasi selama tiga pertemuan diantaranyabertanya dengan kategori cukup baik memperoleh persentase 25%, 50%, dan 25%. Kualitas berpendapatdengan kategori baik memperoleh peresentase 30,77%, 46,15%, dan 23% (5) Respon peserta didikmengenai pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS untuk melatihkan komunikasipeserta didik memperoleh persentase rata-rata 93,89% dengan kategori sangat baik.Kata kunci: TPS, Keterampilan komunikasi. AbstractThie aims of the research are to describe the implementation of cooperative learning model, Think PairShare (TPS) type, student activities, learning outcomes, communication skills, and student response. Theresearch design was used one shoot case study with one group pretest-postetst design. The researchsubjects were students class XI MIA 6. The results of the research: (1) The implementation of cooperativelearning using TPS type obtain an average percentage sequentially at the first to third meetingrespectively 89.2%, 92.9%, and 97.9%, on very good criteria (2) The relevant activities of students duringthe three meetings obtains a percentage of 94.82%, 96.87%, and 97.52% (3) Classical learning outcomesobtain a percentage of 100% with an average posttest score of 85.17. Increasing of learning outcomeswith a high category of 35 students and the medium category of one student (4) Quantity ofcommunication during three meetings including questions communication skills obtaining a percentage of13.89%, 19.44%, and 25% with the category of unfavorable, and the quantity of opinion obtains thepercentage of 30.56%, 41.67%, and 63.89% with a fairly good category. The quality of communicationduring three meetings including question in fairly good category obtains a percentage 25%, 50%, and25%. The quality of opinion in good category obtaining a precentage of 30,77%, 46,15%, and 23% (5)Student responses regarding learning with the type of cooperative learning model TPS to train students'communication obtaining an average percentage of 93.89% on very good category.Keywords: TPS, Communication skills
