The purpose of this paper is to study some key factors regarding the quality of civil judgment enforcement service in the case of Tien Giang province, Vietnam by structural equation modeling using partial least squares (PLS-SEM). This study has involved qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research was carried out focusing group discussions with at least 10 leaders in the judicial field, and quantitative research was conducted through direct interviews with 400 respondents including survey civil judgment enforcement officials, judgment execution prosecutors, lawyers, representatives of organizations and civil judgment enforced people in Tien Giang province, Vietnam. The results show that the socioeconomic conditions, legal system, quality of applied decision, human factors, educational level and awareness of law compliance affect the quality of civil judgment enforcement service. However, this study has certain limitations: (i) due to limited resources in conducting research, the sample size consisted of 400 respondents, (ii) the sampling technique included direct interview methods from respondents.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of competence, cooperation, and organizational climate on employee performance mediated by work motivation (a study in the food and agriculture office clump work unit in Merauke Regency). The research uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The research sample as many as 117 employees were selected from Civil Servants (PNS) as structural or implementing officials, not as Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) or civil servants who were not on duty in the unit. The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Organizational climate does not affect employee performance but organizational climate affects work motivation and work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The results of the study have implications for competence and motivation that need to be improved in order to improve employee performance. Motivation variable affects performance by 48.6% and competence affects performance by 28.2%. Increasing work motivation can be done by increasing cooperation and organizational climate.

The authors have carried out a study to determine and evaluate the impact of factors affecting the choice of accommodation for students in Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the theory of consumer choice by Mankiw, a new theory of residential location by Hoang Huu Phe and Wakely, the buyer decision process in consumption by Kotler to build a research model. The study was conducted through 2 phases: qualitative research and quantitative research with 515 answer sheets from students in Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, and applied the analytical method using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows that there are 5 factors that affect the choice of accommodation for students in Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City descending order including: (1) Social relations, (2) Prices, (3) Security, (4) Services, (5) Location. In practical terms, the results show the need/concern of students in Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City when making choice of accommodation, thereby giving recommendations to improve the quality of accommodation for landlords, the board of dormitory management and the departments agency. In addition, this result is an important basis for reference when building smart applications to find accommodation to serve the increasingly diverse needs of students.

In streamlining and making services efficiently to the community the local government is demanded to be able to make service innovations that support the improvement of the quality of services to the community. Service quality relates to products, services, people, processes and the environment that can meet the needs of those who receive these services. The aim of current research is investigating the antecedents of Green Society Satisfaction (GSS) mediated by Collaborative Good Government Practices. Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS is deployed to analyze the data. Data collecting method is survey with distributing questionnaires. A large number of sample is required, where the society in pontianak as the population. Some criterions are designed in order to obtain wanted samples. Purposed sampling is used with non-purposive sampling technique. Cronbach’s Alpha values, Regression Weights, Absolute, Incremental, Parsimony Fit Measurements, and Variables, Standardized Loading, α, Error, CR and EVA are within rule of thumbs. The research findings demonstrated that all proposed hypotheses are accepted. Reliability Advantages, Responsiveness Advantages, Assurance Capability, Empathy and Tangibles respectively show the positive significant as the antecedent of Green Society Satisfaction mediated by Collaborative Good Government Practices. This is to claim that government offices have deeply taken into consideration that good government practices is a must in delivering and offering services. Efforts to improve the quality of a hospital should consider how job satisfaction of medical personnel, which will later have an impact on medical personnel performance. There are various ways that will be taken to improve performance, for example by providing appropriate compensation and improving quality of work environment conditions. Then job satisfaction is expected to increase and have a good impact on medical personnel performance at a hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction with employee performance at Prambanan Regional Hospital. This study used four variables namely compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and performance. The population in this study was employees who worked at Prambanan Regional Hospital, amounting to 300 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a research sample of 150 people. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The result shows that there is a positive an significant effect between the compensation on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the compensation on the employee performance; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee performance; there is no effect of the job satisfaction on the employee performance;  satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on the employee job satisfaction at Prambanan Regional Hospital.

Abstract : Analyzing the effect of financial knowledge, friends of the same age, and parental income on financial behavior with self-control as a moderating variable is the purpose of this research. Quantitative research is a type of research used in this study. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique totaling 100 students. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data collection techniques used were test and questionnaires. The result of this research is that financial knowledge can’t significantly influence financial behavior of students. Peer pressure, parental income, and self control have a significant on student financial behavior. Self control cann’t moderate financial knowledge on financial behavior, but it can moderate peer moderation on financial behavior. Self control does not moderate parental income on student financial behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of user competence on system quality and user satisfaction with the use of the kindfull-digital character book apps. The quality of the system is measured by indicators of flexibility and accessibility. Then, user satisfaction affected the acceptance of a system. Survey method with quantitative measurements were used. Respondents where users of the application include teachers’ and parents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. The results showed that user competence had an effect on system quality. Then, competent users improve system quality. Furthermore, the quality of the system can increase user satisfaction. Satisfied users will always use IS. Thus, resulted monitoring will also be more accurate, complete and timely. Based on these results, were suggested to increase the user's knowledge and skills. So, the quality of the system will improve. The perceived satisfaction will increase their use. Then, application usage training is needed to improve their competence. Thus, the quality of the system can be improved through flexibility and accessibility. The app interface design should be made more user-friendly by providing simple features, compliant content accompanied by interested display.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image on brand loyalty and brand equity. This research is in the form of associative and carried out on consumers of Samsung Galaxy mobile phones. The sample in this study amounted to 112 people taken using purposive sampling sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations that are considered to represent the population. Data analysis techniques are carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 16.00 program. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Perceived quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand equity. This means that good perceived quality and brand image will form a good brand equity for the company. Perceived quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. When the perceived quality of consumers towards good brands and the resulting brand image is good, consumers will develop brand loyalty. Then brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. With the brand loyalty of consumers it will add to the positive value that the brand has and will add to the brand equity of the brand and company.

This research aims to examine indicators that affect audit quality according to Muslim auditors. The object of this research is the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Jakarta and Depok. The data collection technique used questionnaire model with random sampling technique of auditors from 11 KAP. The research method is quantitative research and the data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that integrity has a significant effect on audit quality, while the caliph & sincerity, piety & fear of Allah SWT, truth and working perfectly and responsibly to Allah SWT does not affect audit quality.

Competition services company that happens in the present, especially the transport service which is services sectors that are consumed and have a huge impact on economic growth. To be able to withstand the competition, the company must continue to fix themselves to improving the quality of services to create customer satisfaction. One of the advantages which can be obtained by the company if the customer experience is the customer satisfaction will do the word of mouth. This study is conclusive research. The population in this study is the customer of General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya minimum 16 years old and have been using the services General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya at least twice. Samples taken as many as 158 people with accidental sampling technique. The measurement used is the questionnaire, and data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that the effect of variable services quality to customer satisfaction General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya amounted to 33.9%. The effect of variable customer satisfaction General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya against the word of mouth for 52.5%.

Bandung is the center of Muslim fashion in West Java even at the national level. This causes intense business competition in the world of Muslim fashion. To that end, an important role that must be performed by a company is to prioritize product quality and product innovation as a basis for attracting customer so that customer can feel satisfaction from the quality of the products produced. According to Google trends Rabbani trends also experienced a decline in customer interest in the purchasing Muslim fashion. And the results of distributing pre-research questionnaires obtained 70.45% or 31 people were disappointed with the quality of their muslim fashion, this resulted in customer not satisfied with the Rabbani. This study aims to determine how the quality and innovation of Rabbani products to customer satisfaction in the city of Bandung. According to Garvin (1987) there are eight dimensions to test product quality variables, namely performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, aesthetic and perceived quality. Customer satisfaction is measured by three dimensions, namely overall quality, customization and reliability. The study was conducted using quantitative methods. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling techniques and questionnaires were distributed to Rabbani customer in Bandung as many as 150 respondents. Analysis of research data using SEM PLS (Partial Square Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results showed that product quality and innovation had a significant effect on customer satisfaction
