This study aims to determine what sectors into the base sector and the role of base sectors on employment within the last 5 years in the Province of North Sulawesi study was conducted over three months starting in October 2016 until the month of December 2016 in the province of North Sulawesi. In this study, the data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sulawesi Province. The data is processed using descriptive analysis and presented in tables and graphs. From the results of research show that the sector became the sector base in North Sulawesi are agriculture, forestry and fisheries, construction, and transport and communications sectors. In the agricultural sector the rate of labor absorption is much larger than the other two sectors of the base, but the growth rate of its workforce decreased when compared with other bases of both sectors. It can be seen from the average level of labor absorption per each sector of a base. At the rate of growth of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of North Sulawesi province to the agricultural sector amounted to 21.70 percent and the rate of employment growth of 0.22 percent, the construction sector amounted to 12.71 per cent with employment growth rate of 0.44 percent, while transport and communication sector amounted to 12.59 with labor force growth rate of 2.97 percent.

This study aims to determine what sectors are the leading sectors and the role of superior sector to the economy within the last 5 years in Jayawijaya regency. This research is conducted for three months starting from June 2017 until August 2017 in Jayawijaya Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Jayawijaya district. The data is in though using descriptive analysis research method. The research shows that the sectors that are the leading sectors in Jayawijaya Regency are agriculture, forestry, fishery, processing industry sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector, construction sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector, transportation and communications sector, and the services sector. The sectors of services, transport and communications, and the agricultural sector are the most contributing sectors in the economy compared to other leading sectors.

The study aims to determine how the role of bank credit in 2011 through 2016 in the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi. The study was conducted in November 2016 until January 2017. The data used is descriptive data of quantitative and qualitative data sources are primary data and secondary data obtained from the events on the ground or opinion of a subject field related to the provision of credit to the agricultural sector, and resources that are not directly provide data to investigators, obtained by way of written documentation regarding matters necessary or variable of Bank Indonesia Representative of North Sulawesi. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis method of data analysis of quantitative and qualitative concerning the description of bank credit to the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi. Analysis of data taken, namely Bank Indonesia report the amount of credit to the agricultural sector of the Year 2011 to the 2016. These descriptive data analysis aims to find bank financing in the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi, which will be presented in the form of tables and graphs as well as to see the development lending. The results showed that the role of bank credit to the agricultural sector in the province of North Sulawesi is increasing every tahunnya dari in 2011 through 2016 with an average growth 14.36%. With the increase in the agricultural sector credit each year, meaning that the banks increasingly trusted by the community to help strengthen the capital of agricultural business operators in this regard in the form of lending.

The aim of this research is to known the role of agricultural sector in South Minahasa Regency. The role was measured by sector position analysis and is the agriculture subsector was the base sector or nonbase by seeing the contribution of the agricultural sectorto the farming of Gross Regional Domestic Product in South Minahasa Regency. The data that has been used in this research was the secondary data by the Central Statistic Board of North Sulawesi Province, also the Agricultural and Livestock Service of South Minahasa Regency. The result of this research shows that the agricultural sector was the biggest contributor in the forming of GDRP in South Minahasa Regency. By using location quotient (LQ) analysis, the agricultural sector was one of the base sectors in the other sectors of econonomics, while agriculture subsector which was the base subsector is the one-season horticulture plants subsector. Based on the result of Dinamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analysis, the agricultural sector was predicted still be the base sector of South Minahasa Regency for five years ahead. Furthemore, the prediction of the agricultural subsector that have the potention of becoming the base subsector in the future is food plants subsector, one-sesion horticulture plants subsector, a-year horticultural subsector etcetera, a-year plantation subsector, livestock subsector, the service of agricultural subsector and hunting, and the fisheries subsector.

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the employment dynamics of agricultural sector in North Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted in Manado (July to August 2010, by using the collecting data as a secondary data research. The data was analyzed using labor share and labor force growth rate.  The result showed that labor share of agriculture sector on the basis of education level was dominated by the level of primary education during the period 2007-2009 but its labor force growth rate had decreased each year in both rural and urban areas. On the age group was dominated by the age of 55 years and above. The  employment growth rate of agriculture sector was decreased by 5.78 percent each year in  the period of 2000-2009. While the fenomena employment in non-agricultural sector was increased by 1.78 percent each year. This result indicated that there was tendency of structural transformation of agriculture sector to non-agricultural sector. The low tendency of trade will be able to influence farmers to reduce or to stop the agribusiness activities that will affect the size of the agiculture labor force share. This study aims to determine the role of agricultural sector in the absorption of labor in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted for three months, starting from October until December 2017 in North Sulawesi Province. In this study the data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sulawesi Province. The data is processed using the formula Location Quotient (LQ) and Labor Multiplier (Multiplier Shortrun). The results showed that agricultural sector is the most important sector in the absorption of labor in the Province of North Sulawesi. The contribution of agriculture sector on labor absorption period 2009-2016 as much as 39%. The contribution of the agricultural sector in absorbing labor in the Province of North Sulawesi tends to be the same as the contribution of the agricultural sector at the National level.*oehl*.

This study aims to determine the role of the agricultural sector to the economy of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency and its development in the period of 5 years ie in 2010 until 2014 and also to know the agricultural sector is the base or non-base sector. The data used is secondary data. This secondary data is obtained from the relevant agencies namely the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province. The data is then analyzed using contribution formulas, growth formula and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. The results showed that the agricultural sector is the largest contributor to the economy of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This can be seen from the calculation of contribution and development of agricultural sector contribution to South Bolaang Mongondow Regency PDRB from 2010 to 2014. Based on the results of research also known that the development of agriculture sector to PDRB shows an increase that is from 2010-2014 with the largest increase occurred in 2013 with growth reached 5.82%, this can be interpreted that the productivity of agricultural sector in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency is good. From the analysis result using LQ, it can be seen that agriculture sector is base sector in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, it means the role of agricultural sector in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency is bigger.

The research aims to describe the role of the agricultural sector in the economy in Bitung City from 2010 to 2019. The study was conducted for 3 months from June 2020 to September 2020. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bitung City, namely in the form of GRDP of Bitung City and North Sulawesi Province for the period 2010 to 2019. Supporting data is in the form of other secondary data relevant to this study. The data collected were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The results showed that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the GRDP of Bitung City in 2019 was 16.6 percent, although it has decreased since 2010 by 17.8 percent, but the agricultural sector still ranks second after the manufacturing sector with a contribution of 32.84 percent in in 2019. The growth of the agricultural sector, although fluctuating, tends to increase from 6.33 percent in 2012 to 9.06 percent in 2019. The LQ value of the agricultural sector, even though it was less than one in 2019, was 0.85, but continues to increase compared to last year. 2010 amounted to 0.75, and the agricultural sector, especially the capture or fishing fisheries sub-sector, is the exporting sector to other districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the agricultural sector has an important role in the economy of Bitung City, because this sector is not only an exporting sector, especially the capture fisheries sub-sector, but also as a provider of raw materials for the processing industry in Bitung City.

This study aims to determine the perceptions of the younger generation of agricultural activities in the Buha Sub-District of Mapanget District. This research was carried out from August 2017 to May 2018. Primary data was collected through interviews of 15 generations of young people with the help of filling out questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the Buha Village Office, Mapanget District. This analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of the younger generation of agricultural activities in the Buha Sub-District is overall negative for agricultural activities. Viewed from internal factors include education, employment, gender and age. The higher the level of education, the wider the insight of the younger generation so that the lack of interest in the younger generation in agricultural activities is getting bigger. The younger generation who already have permanent jobs in the non-agricultural sector look down on agricultural activities because they assume that agricultural activities have a low social level. Women have a low interest in agricultural activities because they assume that agricultural activities are not suitable for women because it will damage their appearance. Respondents aged 21-30 years have a low interest in agricultural activities, in addition to reduced agricultural land. External factors include socialization, parental work status and land ownership status. The younger generation with a low level of socialization results in a lack of interest in the younger generation in agricultural activities. Parents of respondents who work in agriculture or non-agriculture do not want their children to make agricultural activities the main job. The young generation whose parents still own agricultural land is still doing agricultural activities to help their parents work on their farms.

This research is about the influence of financing mudharabahincome of the result of profitability (return on assets) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. for period 2011 until 2015. The main problem in this research is how much financing mudharabahincome that calculated by ratio of mudharabahwhich is ratio of mudharabahincome and total revenue sharing income, influencing the profitability that calculated by return on assets (ROA) which is ratio of net income and total assets.             This research has a purpose to describe and explain the influence between financing mudharabahincome with profitability (return on assets) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. for period 2011 until 2015.            Research methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of financial statement of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. as the population and the samples consist of quarter financial statement of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia that published from 2011 until 2015. The statistic method used to test the research hypothesis is simple regression.             After following the quantitative procedural, the result of this research show that financial mudharabahincome has influence the profitability, which is proved with the significant value is 0,009 that smaller than 0.05. LSM Kusuma Buana is one of social institution which focus with countermeasures on sex worker problem in Bongas Vilage, Indramayu, Jawa Barat. The purpose of LSM Kusuma Buana to be effort autonomous for PSK. Purpose of this reseacrh are: 1). To description profil of LSM Kusuma Buana as social institution to handle PSK problem. 2). To description character of LSM Kusuma Buana to handle PSK problem in Bongas, Indramayu, Jawa Barat. This research uses kualitatif research methods. Were used primary and secondary data sources. Technique obtained in this research is descriptive analysis that is the data which obtained in this research presented the analyzed descriptively to get an idea about the facts. Information obtained by using purposive sampling tecnique, that is sampling based on speatic objectives. Informats in this study is the LSM Kusuma Buana, prostitutes and former prostitutes. Data was collected by interview methocl, passive participant observation, documentation and literature studies. To examine the validity of this data source using triangulation techniques source and methods. Techniques which used in analyzing the data is data colection, data reduktion, data presentation, and conclusion. The result showed that: 1). LSM Kusuma Buana as social institusion is the first in Bongas Vilage in assitance prostitutes. 2). The role of LSM Kusuma Buana or Kusuma Bongas as home and friend for sex worker, besides its role as facilitator and catalyst, coach and education, as well as colector of capital. 3). Assistance by LSM Kusuma Buana formed a working group named Kusuma Bongas to empower sex worker by providing mentoring programs, such as community empowerment in the form of revolving capital and education about the worse effect of prostitutions and AIDS, health service and skills activties. Form of empowerement that was given to comecrial sex worker and sex worker make increasingly independent and empowered. 4). Empowerment was given to the prostitutes greated positively by them, because the program can empower prostitutes in Bongas Vilage, Indramayu, Jawa barat.
