The purpose of this study was to analyze the profits of souvenir key chains, miniature of large traditional houses, miniature of small traditional houses and miniature flowers at UD Betris. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by interviewing with owners of UD Betris spotted bamboo handy handycrafts in Meras Village, Bunaken District, Manado City. Secondary data was obtained from the internet through Google Scholar in the form of scientific journal articles and books related to this research topic. The profits of this business are different according to the type of handycrafts. The highest profit was obtained from the sale of large miniature traditional houses, namely Rp. 1,609,425; followed by the advantages of small traditional miniature houses of Rp. 716,480; the profit obtained from miniature interest is Rp. 179,165; while the lowest profit from the souvenir key chain is Rp. 5,898.*lrr+eprm*

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction What's Up Cafe Manado regarding products, prices, places, and services. This research was conducted for 2 months from February to March 2019. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling technique. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected from direct interviews with 30 respondents (consumers) using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.Secondary data were obtained from local bookstores and the internet. From the internet using Google Scholar to get books, scientific journal articles and theses from other universities related to research topics on the level of consumer satisfaction. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of What’s Up Cafe Manado overall was classified as very satisfied by 82.04%. In detail, the level of customer satisfaction for What's Up Cafe for the very satisfied category was 84.45% for product variables, 83.99% for prices, and 80.33% for places. For the satisfied category, the service variable is 79.99%.*eprm*

The purpose of this study is to describe the Performance of Agricultural Extension in the Development of Farmer Human Resources. This research was conducted in Tounelet Village, Sonder District, Minahasa District for 3 (three) months conducted in April to June 2018. Primary data was obtained directly from interviews with farmers, extension agents, agriculture, fisheries and forestry (BP3K) sub-districts of Sonder using questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the local government and the Sonder District Agricultural, Fisheries and Forestry Extension Agency (BP3K), there were books available at local bookstores and the internet through the Google search engine, Google Scholar to access scientific journal articles and thesis related to the topic of this research as well as various information about the performance of extension agents for the development of farmers' human resources and assessment of the performance of extension agents. The results showed that the performance value of agricultural extension agents, according to the criteria of Ruky (2001), reached 517, which meant that the performance of extension agents was sufficient.*erprm*

This study aims to determine the allocation of credit funds in the Partnership Program by culinary business partners of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Manado Region (Program Kemitraan oleh pelaku usaha kuliner Mitra Binaan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Wilayah Manado). Respondents were selected on all Culinary Business Partners. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 14 Foster Partners (respondent) using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the office of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in the Manado Region, the internet through the google scholar to get electronic books, journal articles and thesis related to the research topic about the allocation of the Partnership Program Credit. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistical method. The results showed thatthe Partnership Credit Program was not used for productive purpose or sector, namely the consumptive sector but was used for household consumption, the cost of children's education, home renovation, buyingtelevision and saving. The percentage of the Partnership Program Credit used for the productive sector was 42.18%, the consumptive sector amounted to 27.75% and savings amounted to 30.07% from the totalamount of loans disbursed to the amount of Rp. 369,000,000, - for a total of 14 culinary business partners.*eprm*

This study aims to find out: 1) The amount of average income of coconut farmers per quarter, 2) The amount of contribution of coconut farming to family income per quarter. Data collection in this study was conducted from October to November 2018 in Klabat Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The method used is the survey method, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 25 coconut farmers and one person from the Klabat Village based on a list of questions that had been prepared previously. Secondary data in this study were sourced from local bookstores, and the internet through Google Scholar to access articles from various scientificjournals and theses from Sam Ratulangi University and other universities related to the contribution of coconut farming to family income. The data obtained were analyzed using contribution analysis and using descriptive analysis presented in table form. The results showed that the amount of income received by coconut farmers was Rp. 1,837,320. While the contribution of coconut farming to household income is 27.45%. This means that coconut farming provides a moderate contribution and cannot be used as the main source of household income in Klabat Village.*eprm*

This study aims to analyze the profit received by the owner, producer and seller of the business "Saraba" in "Stevanny Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City. This research was conducted from July to September 2018. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the restaurant. Secondary data in this study comes from books available at local bookstores in Manado City, the internet such as google scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities which was related to profit analysis. Data collected in this study are presented in table form and then described and analyzed using the profit analysis formula. The results showed that the profits obtained in one month of the production process in September 2019, which is for 30 days where every day one production process is carried out so 30 days the production process is carried out by the businessman "Saraba" in "Stevanny's Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City for Rp. 5,609,481 per month.*jnkd+eprm*.

This study aims to look at the impact of Bukit Kasih tourism objects on the income of the people of Kanonang Dua Village who did business on the tourist attraction area. This research was carried out for 3 months from namely May to July 2018. The data used was primary data, through direct interviews with 30 respondents, namely those who run businesses in the Bukit Kasih Tourism Area. Secondary data obtained through the internet by using google searching to access scientific journal articles and thesis from other universities that relevant with the research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used an analysis of the average difference through the t-test, the impact was measured by comparing income before and after doing business in the tourism area. The results showed that there was a significant increase in income for the people who doing business at the Bukit Kasih Tourism Area. The average income of the community before doing business in the tourist area was Rp. 883,333 per month and increased to Rp. 2,390,000 per month after doing business in the Bukit Kasih Tourism Area. This study aims to examine the profile of tempe making business at CV Cipta Panca Persada. The business profile is limited to obtaine of the amount of profits. This research was conducted for 3 monthsstarting from May to July 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with business owners (one respodent) using a list of questions that have been provided. While secondary data is obtained from the Agriculture Faculty library, the internet by using a google search engine to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to this research topic concerning business profile. The results showed that the amount of tempe produced in one day was 50 packs of small packs at a price of Rp. 3,500 per package and 200 medium packages at Rp. 6,500 per package. The production process is one month (31 days) in July 2018, obtaining a total revenue of Rp. 39,000,000 with a total cost of Rp. 16,775,714,resulting in a profit of Rp. 22,224,286. -*eprm*

The purpose of this study was to determine the outpouring of women's working time in the family of carrot farmers, in the form of activities in the family and outside the family for carrot farming. This research was conducted for four months from October 2018 to January 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews based on a list of questions to all female carrot farmers, in research location, as many as 17 people both as land owners and as land borrowers who seek carrot farming and have a family. Secondary data was obtained from the Rurukan Village Office and the internet through the Google Scholar to obtain articles, journals, and thesis related to the topic of research on the outpouring of women's working time in the farmer's family. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and in table form. The results of the study showed that the total work time of women in the carrot farmer family in Rurukan Village, Tomohon Timur Sub-District in the largest one week in the type of work in the family by all respondents was 251 hours and an average of 14.76 per respondent, compared to outpouring time outside the family for carrot farming in one week by all respondents was 56.16 hours and an average of 3.30 per respondent.*eprm*

The purpose of the study was to determine the public perception of the Bahowo mangrove forest. This research was conducted in Bahowo, Tongkaina Sub-District, Bunaken District, Manado City. The study lastedfor 3 (three) months from August to November 2018 starting from preparation to writing the final report. The selection of respondents was done purposevely.This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents based on a list of prepared statements. Secondary data was obtained through documentation from agencies related to this study, among others, at the Tongkaina District Office in Bunaken District, Manado City, local bookstore and the internet using a google search engine to access scientific journal articles and thesis from others universities regarding people's perceptions of mangrove forests. This research showed that the community has positve perceptions of mangrove forests. Bahowo in Tongkaina Sub-District, Bunaken Sub-District, Manado City as a whole stated that he agreed with a total score of 1,714 judgments from the statements conveyed by the community through direct interviews and by calculating the overall score to determine the community's perception of mangrove forests. The community argued that mangrove forests play a very important role for local communities such as protecting from the dangers of high waves and tsunami hazards.*eprm*

The objective of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction “Sang pisang” to products, the price of, place, promotion and services. This research is conducted from November to December2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by direct interview to 44 respondents using questionnaires with Likert Scale. Respondent selection use accidentallysampling method. Secondary data obtained from local book stores and the internet through google scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic concerning the level of customer satisfaction. The research result showed that, the level of customer satisfaction of “Sang Pisang” measured by product, price, place, promotion and service variables was 78.78%. Which is classified as satisfied. Satisfaction level of “Sang Pisang” Consumers are 80,79% of product and 80,18% of service. For the satisfied category, the price variable is 80.00%, the place is 76.27%, and the promotion is 75.68%.*jnkd+eprm*
