This study aims to analyze the advantages of information technology on culinary business in Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from December 2019 to March 2020 with the object of research is culinary businesses that use information technology, especially social media. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews to respondents of culinary business owners using questionnaires while secondary data was obtained from parties related to this research. Sample determination method is using Simple Random Sampling method. Data collection of respondents are culinary business owners who have used Information Technology. The results showed that all respondents (as many as 30) experienced an increase in profits after using information technology.

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

Abstrack        The purpose of this research is to know the income and efficiency of sweet corn farm in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency. The study was conducted in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency from July 2016 to September 2016. The method used is simple random sampling method. Total population taken is 20% that is 24 people from 120 farmers sweet corn. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Data analysis method used in this research is analysis of production cost, revenue, income and R / C ratio. Based on the results of research on Sweet Maize Farming in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District of South Bengkulu Regency, its known that the average income earned by farmers with land area of ​​0.45 ha is Rp Rp 7,511,225 / ut / ut. The R / C ratio is 3.24 indicating that sweet corn farming is efficient or profitable.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of commitment of leaders and work ethic on theemployee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, while primary data was obtained from employee of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, simple random sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that commitment of leadersand work ethicpositively and significant influenced the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama. The conclution of this study is that commitment of leaderswas dominant than work ethic in influencing the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the provision of Islamic microfinance and knowledge of financial report preparation on the development of UMKM. This study used a descriptive quantitative method and the data sourced was from primary data and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires and literature study. The sample used was the customer or member of BWM Usaha Mandiri Sakinah Yogyakarta as many as 78 respondents. The sample was obtained by using the simple random sampling method. Method of Analysis: Data analysis used in this study was the Multiple Linear Regression Test. Financing partially affects UMKM development is in accordance with what was hypothesized, knowledge of Financial Report Preparation has a partial effect on variable UMKM development , this is in accordance with what was hypothesized. Simultaneously, Sharia Micro Financing and Knowledge of Financial Report Preparation affect UMKM Development, this result is in accordance with the hypothesis.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of land production factors, labor, seeds, urea and phonska fertilizers, as well as pesticides on the production of lowland rice farming in Tumani Village, Maesaan Sub-district. This research was conducted for two months from July to August 2019. The method of sampling used simple random sampling method. Data is collected by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from 50 farmers as respondents through interviews with the help of a questionnaire while secondary data were obtained by searching documents from the Department of Agriculture. Analysis of the data used is the Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the effect of each production factor on the production produced. The results showed that, the variable area of land, seeds, phonska and labor had a significant effect, while the variable urea fertilizer and pesticides had no significant effect on the production of lowland rice in Tumani Village, Maustic District. * eprm *

The purpose of this study was to compare whether peanut farming income was greater than corn farming in Kanonang Dua Village, Kawangkoan Barat District. This research was conducted for 3months starting from February to April 2019. Determination of farmer samples using a simple random sampling method. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data wasobtained from direct interviews with 15 peanut farmers and 15 corn farmers so that the total respondents were 30 farmers. Secondary data was obtained from the Head of Village office of Kanonang Dua Village,Kawangkoan Barat Sub-district and Statistice office of Minahasa Regency and through the internet, through google searching to obtain scientific journals articles and Bachelor thesis from others university that related to the topic of this research. The results showed that the income received from peanut farming was greater than the income received by corn farming. Peanut farmer Rp.9,309,569 / Ha with a ratio of 2.33 while corn farmers Rp.3,427,500 / Ha with a ratio of 1.77.-*eprm*

The purpose of the study was to find out the orientation of farming in Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for five months, from November 2017 to March 2018, from preparation to formulation of research reports. Research site in Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interview of 72 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Office of the Tonsewer Village in the West Tompaso Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. The method of determining the sample in this study using the simple random sampling method using Slovin formula. The results showed that based on the orientation criteria of land input farming, it was commercially oriented because > 65% of the land was self-owned, the workforce was commercially oriented because > 65% of farmers paid for outside labor and farm output was commercially oriented because > 65% of the farm selling, so it can be concluded that farmers in Tonsewer Village are commercially oriented.

This study aims to analyze the profitability, factors that affect production and production efficiency of cassava farming.  The research is conducted by survey method in Natar District of South Lampung Regency from June to August 2017. The 56 research samples are obtained by simple random sampling method.  Primary data is obtained from direct questionnaires interview with cassava farmers and secondary data obtained from several related institutions.  Data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by income analysis and production function of Cobb Douglas.  The results showed that cassava farming in Natar District of South Lampung Regency was profitable for farmers of Cassesart variety and not profitable for other varieties.  Factors affecting cassava farming for respondents of Cassesart variety were land area, urea fertilizer and labor, for respondents of other varieties were land area and labor.  Production process was not efficient and in increasing return to scale phase.Key words: cassava, efficiency, production, profit
