The problems of education in Kota Bandung have not resolved satisfactorily. Some examples of chronic educational problems are the lack of openness of information about the use of government grants by schools, the quota for needy students, and school levies. The cause of this problem is the absence of the media in the form of websites that can be accessed by parents openly to get information about student academic progress and the problems of education in the city. In this study, will create a web application in the form of online mediain accordance with the character of the people of Bandung. The Web producing news and information based on users' preferences, and providing spaces for open public discussion. This study uses an Evolutionary Prototyping method. This approach is suitable to be used so that the process of application development is done gradually and faster because there is interaction with the user during the process. This website can encompass all residents to access the openness of educational information in Kota Bandung. TheWeb testing is done by the user, the test results show three functional items on the web are login member, search news and manage the article. The test result shows each item received by the user. After testing, the website is hosted by the domain name intipbdg.org (Informasi dan Tips Pendidikan Bandung).

An increasing concentration of ammonia in cooked food is in direct proportion to the extent of decay. This fact is used to design an electronic nose (e-nose) based on metal oxide semiconductor odour sensor circuit capable of discriminating good and bad cooked food. On the basis of the data produced by the e-nose circuit, a feedforward multilayer neural network is designed and trained to recognize varying concentrations of ammonia in the food. Test results of the prototype e-nose system show that it is capable of classifying cooked food as being good or bad with over 92% average success rate.

Java Spring is an application development framework for enterprise Java. It is an open source platform which is used to develop robust Java application easily. Spring can also be performed using MVC structure. The MVC architecture is based on Model View and Controller techniques, where the project structure or code is divided into three parts or sections which helps to categorize the code files and other files in an organized form. Model, View and Controller code are interrelated and often passes and fetches information from each other without having to put all code in a single file which can make testing the program easy. Testing the application while and after development is an integral part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Different techniques have been used to test the web application which is developed using Java Spring MVC architecture. And compares the results among all the three different techniques used to test the web application.

This work aims to study the web innovation strategies used by Spanish companies in the fashion and accessories sector, with the specific aim of analyzing co-creation as an innovation strategy so that this link with customers will improve efficiency and effectiveness in decision-making. Qualitative research was carried out through in-depth interviews with Spanish professionals and companies in the fashion and accessories sector. Then, a theoretical model was proposed. This model integrates value co-creation, social networking, participation, engagement, feedback, and other variables. This qualitative analysis has relevant value for the professional sector because there are many papers from consumers’ perspective; however, studies from the retail sector’s perspective are less common in the literature. This study contributes ideas for the strategy of co-participation with clients to improve the activity and management of fashion companies.

Accurately obtaining the posture and spatial position of tea buds through machine vision and other technologies is difficult due to the small size, different shapes, and complex growth environment of tea buds. Therefore, end effectors are prone to problems, such as picking omission and picking error. This study designs a picking end effector based on negative pressure guidance for famous tea. This end effector uses negative pressure to guide tea buds in a top-down manner, thereby correcting their posture and spatial position. Therefore, the designed end effector has deviation tolerance performance that can improve the picking success rate. The pre-experiment is designed, the tip of apical bud is referred to as the descent position, and the negative pressure range is determined to be 0.6 to 0.9 kPa. A deviation tolerance orthogonal experiment is designed. Experimental results show that various experimental factors are ranked in terms of the significance level of the effect on the average success rate, and the significance ranking is as follows: negative pressure (P) > pipe diameter (D) > descent speed (V). An evaluation method of deviation tolerance performance is presented, and the optimal experiment factor-level combination is determined as: P = 0.9 kPa, D = 34 mm, V = 20 mm/s. Within the deviation range of a 10 mm radius, the average success rate of the negative pressure guidance of the end effector is 97.36%. The designed end effector can be applied to the intelligent picking of famous tea. This study can provide a reference for the design of similar picking end effectors for famous tea.

Load tests were carried out on 36 stub column samples of cold-formed steel studs having 38.1 mm wide × 44.5 mm long holes punched through their webs, steel thicknesses of 1.21–2.01 mm, and overall section depths of 63–204 mm. Based on these tests a best-fit equation for the effective width of the unstiffened portion of the web beside the holes has been developed. Suggested design equations have been proposed. The test results support the present equation for the average yield stress [Formula: see text] in Canadian Standards Association Standard S136-1974 but the present code equations for unstiffened plates are unduly conservative when applied to the design of the web adjacent to openings of the size considered.

Introduction:Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection has emerged as one of the major global health challenge affecting about 2 - 3% of the world population. Epidemiological studies have shown that HCV infection is a major risk factor for development of Acute hepatitis, chronic liver disease, cirrhosis and Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Early diagnosis of HCV is important to link hepatitis testing to care and treatment initiation. Aim:To compare sensitivity and specificity of rapid diagnostic test (RDT) with fourth generation ELISA Material and Method: This study was conducted in the Department of Microbiology at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences (formerly Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research) and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.Blood samples of patients suspected with hepatitis were tested using ELISA and rapid diagnostic test Results: In our study 26378 blood samples were tested for HCV,using fourth generation ELISA.Of these,581(2.20%) samples were found to be positive by ELISA.These HCV positive samples along with equal number of ELISA negative samples were tested by rapid diagnostic test. Sensitivity and specificity of the rapid diagnostic test was found to be 72.98 % and 100% respectively. Discussion:Rapid diagnostic test can be used during emergency hours but their results must be followed by ELISA test results in a tertiary care hospital.Reporting of false negative results should be minimized for rapid linkage to treatment initiation and to avoid silent transmission of infection.

<p>We present a detailed global data-set of volcanic sulphur dioxide (SO2) emissions during the period 2005-2017. Measurements were obtained by scanning-DOAS instruments of the NOVAC network at 32 volcanoes, and processed using a standardized procedure. We reveal the daily statistics of volcanic gas emissions under a variety of volcanological and meteorological conditions. Data from several volcanoes are presented for the first time. Our results  are compared with yearly averages derived from measurements from space by the Aura/OMI instrument and with historical inventories of GEIA. This comparison shows some interesting differences which reasons are briefly discussed. Data is openly available through the web repository at https://novac.chalmers.se/.</p>
