In every institution, it is definitely needed employees workers who manage the company so that it can run the activities of companies that use HR (Human Resources) one of them is in the education field, it needs workers who manage it, so that it can run teaching and learning activities well. In the procurement of labor or employees that must be really selective, to maximize performance in their respective duties. The development of technology is very possible that the information system is not only used as a tool for the implementation of the lecture process but it can also be used in the implementation of the web-based recruitment test. A web-based information system will be designed and developed to enable the employee selection process in a psychological test to be more selective and easier.

SDIT Yasir is one of the schools under the management of the Ibnu Rusydi Islamic Education Foundation in Cipondoh, Tangerang. The school that aspires to create Indonesian young generations that resemble Ibnu Rusydi has several obstacles in carrying out daily teaching and learning activities. One of the issues is the teacher and staff data management. Therefore, the PKM team from the Informatics Engineering Department IT PLN intends to help the Yasir SDIT school by designing a web-based application for handling the employees. Currently teaching and learning activities are carried out using E-learning facilities, E-learning is a means of teaching and learning activities from school to college. E-learning itself is now one of the standard learning methods in several schools and gamification is needed to support e-learning so that users are interested in its use. Gamification itself implements in-game features into a non-game context such as points, badges, and leaderboard. The method used in this research is the waterfall method which this method plans a system from upstream to downstream. In terms of appearance, this website looks attractive in for its users. This system is easy to use, so it is easier for students to do learning even though they are at home. The result of this research is that students can learn anywhere using available devices.

Abstract — Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) atau Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah sebuah sistem yang didesain untuk menangkap, menyimpan, memanipulasi, menganalisa, mengatur dan menampilkan seluruh jenis data geografis, misalnya informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam, maka informasi geografis akan berisi mengenai lokasi suatu daerah dan informasi mengenai sumber daya alam yang terkandung pada daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud merupakan salah satu daerah terpencil yang berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia yang berbatasan dengan daerah Davao del Sur, Filipina disebelah utara, Ibu Kota Melonguane. Dengan merancang dan membagun sistem informasi geografis mengenai potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud berbasis web, dapat memberikan informasi data-data potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dalam membuat suatu sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP, HTML dan MYSQL. Kata kunci — GIS, Potensi, SDA, SIG, Talaud, Web. Abstract — System Information Geographic (SIG) or Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, organize and display all types of geographic data, such as information relating to natural resources, geographical information will contain the location of an area and information about the natural resources it contained in the area. Talaud islands Districts is one of the remote areas located in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia bordering the Davao del Sur, Philippines region to the north, of capital Melonguane. By designing and Building geographic information system on the potential of natural resources in the web based talaud island district, can provide information of potential natural resource data in Talaud Islands District. Abstract Objective –This article reports on a pilot research project that gathered usage statistics in specifically designated library learning spaces using a Web-based Geographic Information System (GIS). These learning spaces were then mapped to expected learning activities that would occur in these areas based on its intention or design. In this way, the library could begin to associate the usage of a space with different types of learning. The researchers then mapped these learning activities to campus learning outcomes to create learning impact statements. Methods – The researchers used observation data gathered with a Web GIS tool to examine space usage within the library’s curriculum center. Results – The pilot study found that student usage of the curriculum center was mainly associated with two campus learning outcomes: (1) Communicate and (2) Learning and Integrate. The evidence also indicated possible design improvements that may make the curriculum centers spaces more functional for students. Conclusions – The Web GIS tool proved to be a useful tool to gather evidence of student space usage within the library environment. The mapping of individual spaces to learning activities further enhanced the usefulness in interpreting how students are using library spaces. Leveraging the space usage data within learning outcomes statements created another means for the library to communicate its learning impact with campus stakeholders.
