There are several factors that can affect the level of employee organizational commitment. Some of these factors include personality, learning, abilities and biographical characteristics. This research used quantitative research. From the results of this test to prove the simultaneous and partial influence between personality variables, learning, abilities, and individual characteristics of organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. For the F test that there was a simultaneous and significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees, which had a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and an F count of 8.498> 2.606. For the results of the t test or partial test, that the most significant personality influenced the value of t arithmetic> t table was 3.286> 2.0129, while other variables such as learning with t value <t table was -1.814 <2.0129 showed that there was no significant effect on organizational commitment, the ability with a t value <t table that was 1.978 <2.0129 indicated that there was a partial but not significant effect, and biographical characteristics with a t value <t table that was 1.102 <2.0129 showed that there was a partial but not significant effect on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. The influence of personality variables, learning, ability and biographical characteristics on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees was expected for the institution to pay attention to the organizational commitment of employees. This study is to examine the influence: between atmosphere of the organization and employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance partially or simultaneously. The good atmosphere of the organization became more effective in increasing employees’ work satisfaction; and finally obtain good employees’ performance. This situation cannot be found in this company. This study used descriptive methode.  All of employees became sample (36 people). The data was collected by observation, interview and questioner.  The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with F-test (simultaneous) and T-test (partial) at the significance level of 95%. The result of the study provides a conclusion as follow:  1. There is  a significant influence between organization atmosphere against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.  (2) There is  a significant influence between employees’ satisfaction against the employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers, (3) There is a significant influence between organization atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction altogether against employees’ performance in PT. Yuri Cakra Brothers.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee characteristics on customer satisfaction at an Islamic bank in Palu, Indonesia. This study used the quantitative research method. The sample for this study was purposively determined, which of them were 100 Islamic banks customers. A five-scale survey was distributed to the customers, and all of the surveys were returned. Data analysis used SPSS version 17 for the windows program. The research results show that the individual characteristics variables have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu. The R square value was 0.262 means that the individual characteristic variable has an effect at twenty-six percent. For the t-test, the count was 5.900, which means tcount > ttable (5.900 > 0.6770) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the employee characteristics variable has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu. The R square value was 0.224 means that the individual characteristic variable has an effect of twenty-two percent. For the t-test, the count is 5.317, which means tcount > ttable (5.317 > 0.6770) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. We concluded that employees characteristics play important roles in determining customers satisfaction at Islamic banks.

This study aims to determine the effect service scape on impulse buying, to determine the effect hedonic shoping value on impulse buying , and to determine the effect service scape and hedonic shoping value on impulse buying at giant express Cilegon.This study uses quantitative research methode population in this study is consumerswho have shoped at giant express cilegon data were analyzed with SPSS version 20. The methode of selecting type of sample used accidental sampling. Data was done collection by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents.While based on simultant test with f test results showed that variables of servicescape and hedonic shoping value simultaneously significant effect on impulse buying. Based on partial test with t test showed that variables of service scape effect the significance of the impulse buying  with a significance level of 0,000. This study aims to determine how strong the effect of competency, motivation, commitment on cathecis voluntary  performances in Jakarta archbishop dioses integrated either partially or simultaneously. This study was a category of social management research that uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are all volunteer catechists in the archdiocese parish that covers 8 areas or eight deaneries. The sampling method was done by using cluster sampling and a total sample was 200 respondents. Tehcnic analysis used is path analysis were previously tested with the classical assumtion test. Hypotesis testing using t-test and F test with confidence level of 5%. The result of this study indicate that competency, motivation and commitment significant influence on voluntary cathecis performance either partially or simultaneously, this is partially evidenced by t-test conducted on the four variable mentioned above and shown simultaneously by the F-test was also conducted to the above four variables. But motivation variable wasn’t effect to the performance of voluntary cathecis.

This research has a formulation of the problem: 1. The influence of individual characteristics on personnel motivation against sabhara polres padang pariaman, 2. Influence motivation towards job satisfaction at polres sabhara personnel padang pariaman. The data collection of this research through the spreading of questionnaires to 32 respondents by using total sampling technique, where all the population is sampled. Based on the result of research indicate that individual characteristic variable have positive and significant effect to motivation because t-hit value (0,620) with significance value 0,540 bigger than level signifikan signifikan 0,05 and job satisfaction variable have positive and significant influence to motivation because t- 2,678) with a significance value of 0.012 smaller than the 0.05 significance level. While the significance value of F test results of 0.004 means the significance is smaller than 0.05. This indicates that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously or simultaneously between individual characteristics and job satisfaction toward motivation by the sabhara personnel of padang pariaman police.

The study was a kind of descriptive quantitative research conducted on 16 banks, entitled "Analysis of the influence Profitability in Commercial Banking Go Public 2006-2009. This study aims to find out how much influence the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Asset utility, and total assets to profitability in the General Banking that go public in 2006-2009. This study, the authors take the hypothesis that there is in the expected significant effect between Capital adequacy ratio, Utility Assets, and Total Assets of Banking profitability in general which went public in 2006-2009. The analysis tools is to use a statistical test approach is called the test of significance, the decision to accept and reject Ho made on the basis of statistical values (t test and F test) obtained from the calculation is then compared with the value-free table at a certain degree. From the data analysis has been conducted simultaneously indicates that the variable Assets Utility has a more significant results on profitability (ROA) of the CAR variable, and total assets of profitability (ROA). This can be seen from the probability or significance level, namely the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio, Utility Assets, and Total Assets amounted to 0,7400; 0,0000; and 0,002708. It can also be seen from the F test, which Fcount > Ftable that is equal to 142,5 > 2.76.

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of interest visiting factors, namely tourist attraction and promotion, on the interest of tourist visits to the Kayu tuah himba Kutai Kartanegara museum. The subjects in this study were tourists who came or had visited the Kayu Tuah Himba Museun, with a total sampling of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate if there is an influence between attractiveness and interest in tourist visits at the KTH Museum, Kutai Kartanegara Regency with a standardized regression value of 0.734. The t test results show t count 8.920 with a significance value of 0.000 using the confidence level α = 95% (0.05). Then other results found that there is no influence between promotion and interest in visiting is explained by the value of the promotion variable coefficient from the standardized regression equation of (0.098). The t test results show t count (1.189) with a significance value of 0, 237. By using α = 95% (0.05). And then the results of all variables when tested together get the results. Based on the F test, it is obtained that F count is 45.131 with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore the probability is much smaller than (0.000 <0.05) and F count is greater than F table (45.131> 3.09) which means that there is a significant influence between attractiveness and promotion on interest in visits, with the coefficient results. shows a figure of 0.471 which can be interpreted if the attractiveness and promotion variables contribute 47.1% to the interest of tourist visits at the KTH Museum, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and the remaining 52.9% of the contribution is given by variables or other factors outside of this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction at Cafe Tik Tok in Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research to obtain an overview of the effect of experiential marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at Cafe Tik Tok. The t test shows the presence or absence of the influence of one explanatory or independent variable individually in explaining the variation of the dependent variable and is used to determine the presence or absence of the influence of each independent variable individually on the dependent variable tested at a significance level of 0.05 (Ghozali, 2009) . In this study, the first hypothesis is whether there is an influence between Sense (X1) on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y). To find out whether this hypothesis can be accepted or rejected, a test is carried out using the SPSS version 23 program. The test results for the guarantee variable (Act) show the t-count = 2.513 with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. With a significance value below 0.05, it indicates that the guarantee (Act) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that Hypothesis 4 is accepted. The results of the test of the concern variable (Relate) show the value of t count = 2.205 with a significance value of 0.029 <0.05. With a significance value below 0.05, it shows that concern (Relate) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. This means that Hypothesis 5 is accepted.

Financing as an important element in the bank. Based on data from Bank Indonesia, the loan product most in demand is Murabaha, which is financed with the principle of buying and selling. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect or not the financing Murabaha, Ijarah partially and simultaneously to profit BCA Syariah years 2012-2015.This type of research correlation with a quantitative approach.. The data source of monthly financial reports from January 2012 to December of 2015.  The analysis of the data by t-test  indicates that the variable Murabaha financing with significant influence on profits of less than 5% is equal to 0.000 and for Ijarah variable has no effect on earnings by more than 5% significance that is equal to 0.374. Based on the test results F it can be concluded that the financing Murabaha and Ijarah effect on profits, it is based on the calculation of the value of the F test of significance smaller than the significance level of 5% IE 0,000. The ability to predict the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 59.1% is indicated by the Adjusted R Square of 59.1%, while the remaining 40.9% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Earnings, Murabahah, Ijarah

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan konsultatif dan tuntutan tugas terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan tuntutan tugas tehadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini akan menyajikan tentang bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan tuntutan tugas, terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 47 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji-F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel, pada tingkat signifikansi = 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t (secara parsial) variabel yang sangat signifikan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh adalah variabel tuntutan tugas dengan diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel kepemimpinan konsultatif mempunyai nilai thitung yang lebih kecil.Kata kunci: Tuntutan Tugas, Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi.  Abstract. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch and to find out how much influence leadership and the demands of the task of employee organizational commitment at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch. This study will present how the influence of leadership and the demands of the task, on organizational commitment of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch, with a total of 47 respondents. Based on the results of the F-test (simultaneous), it shows that all the variables studied have a significant effect on increasing the commitment of employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch with a value of Fcount> Ftable, at a significance level = 5%. Based on the results of the t-test (partially) the variables that have a significant effect on the commitment of the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch is a task demand variable with a t-count value greater than the consultative leadership variable having a smaller t-count value.Keywords: Task demands, leadership and organizational commitment.
