This study aims to determine how strong the effect of competency, motivation, commitment on cathecis voluntary  performances in Jakarta archbishop dioses integrated either partially or simultaneously. This study was a category of social management research that uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are all volunteer catechists in the archdiocese parish that covers 8 areas or eight deaneries. The sampling method was done by using cluster sampling and a total sample was 200 respondents. Tehcnic analysis used is path analysis were previously tested with the classical assumtion test. Hypotesis testing using t-test and F test with confidence level of 5%. The result of this study indicate that competency, motivation and commitment significant influence on voluntary cathecis performance either partially or simultaneously, this is partially evidenced by t-test conducted on the four variable mentioned above and shown simultaneously by the F-test was also conducted to the above four variables. But motivation variable wasn’t effect to the performance of voluntary cathecis.

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of working capital (cash turn over, inventory turnover and receivable turnover) towards profitability at LQ-45 companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population of this research are all LQ-45 companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The samples are 19 LQ-45 companies listed in BEI during the year 2004 - 2006. The samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method. The data are analysed with partial test (T-test) and simultant test (F-test) by means of SPSS Ver 13.0. The results show that cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover simultaneously have significant influence towards profitability. Partially cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover have also significant influence to profitability.

The aim of this research is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of trust brand on the loyalty of student of the Faculty of Economics, Tadulako University, Palu to buy Pantene Shampoo. Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling; with a total sample of 96 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing using F-test show that the three independent variables that are brand trust (X) consisting of brand characteristics (X1), the characteristics of the company (X2) and the characteristics of customers with the brand (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the dependent variable customer loyalty (Y) with sig-F of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, the brand characteristic variable (X1) with sig 0,001, characteristic of the company (X2) with sig of 0.001, and characteristics of customers to the brand value of sig 0.004 <0.05, which shows partial influence on customer loyalty variable (Y). R2 values of 0.645 and brand belief variable (X) simultaneously influence customer loyalty (Y) of 64.5%, while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako Palu. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F bahwa ketiga variabel independen kepercayaan merek (X) yang terdiri dari karakteristik merek (X1), karakteristik perusahaan (X2) dan karakteristik pelanggan dengan merek (X3) terbukti secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dengan nilai sig-F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya variabel karakteristik merek (X1) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001, karakteritik perusahaan (X2) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 dan karakteristik pelanggan dengan merek nilai sig sebesar 0,004 < 0.05 yang berarti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variable loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Nilai R2 sebesar 0,645 dengan demikian variabel kepercayaan merek (X) yang diteliti secara serempak memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan (Y) sebesar 64,5% sementara sisanya 35,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

This research is meant to examine the influence of service quality, price, and place to thecustomer satisfaction at Cafe Rolag Diponegoro Surabaya. The population of thisresearch is all customers who have ever visited at Cafe Rolag Diponegoro Surabaya. Theresearch samples has been obtained by using accidental sampling method. In according tothe predetermined criteria 100 respondents who have ever visited Cafe Rolag DiponegoroSurabaya have been selected as samples. The analysis method has been carried out byusing multiple linear analysis with SPSS application .The result of the model feasibilitytest which has been done by using F test has concluded that the research model is feasibleto be used for the following analysis. Meanwhile the result of hypothesis t test (partial)shows that service quality has significant influence to the customer satisfaction.And placehas significant influence to the customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service quality, place, and customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACTCompetition in the business, making each company seeks to improve performance so that all the company's goals can be achieved. The main task of the company management is to determine the target capital structure which included a proportion of funding by the company's debts. One measure of success in the management of the company is profitability. LQ 45 group are a group of the company's shares that are of interest and concern to investors. The purpose of this study is determine significant influence partially and simultaneously company size and capital structure on profitability in LQ45 company. This research is causality using a quantitative approach. This study design using the design of quantitative research methods. This research was conducted in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, when the study was conducted in January-April, 2016. The population in this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used are LQ 45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. The sampling technique used is sampling non-probability. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using linear regression. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the variable company size and its capital structure has a significant influence simultaneously and partially on profitability in the LQ45 company. It is known from the value of F (significance level) at t is smaller than ? (0.05). Keywords: company size, capital structure, profitability

The  main aim of this research was to find out whether there is any significant difference between students’ writing ability on using block style method and students’ writing ability on using point by point method. The design of this research is a causal-comparative study that focusing on quantitative research. The subject of this research was level 2 students’ of language center UIN Suska Riau. The object of this research was comparing between using block style and point by point method on students’ writing ability. The sample was two classes; Experiment class (34 students) and compare class (34 students). The total sample was 78 students by using cluster sampling. The test and questionnaire  were used to collect the data and data was anlyzed by using compare means and t-test by using SPSS 20.0. the last finding of this research was found that there was a signifficant difference on students’ writing ability between using block style and point by point method. It shown on comparing the mean score. Block style method was 60.7353 and point by point method was 78.3824. And the hyphothesis testing was show the result of post T-test 11.823, then score of sig.(2-tailed) is 0.000. if we act to null hypothesis (Ho) that is 0.05, it  means that the score of sig.(2-tailed) was smaller than score of Ho. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. It  means that there is a significant difference between The Use of  Block Style Method and Point by Point Method  on The Students’ Writing Ability at Language Center of UIN Suska Riau. At last,  it shows that Point by point was better compared to the implementation of Block Style Method.

This research is intended to find out what factors are causing non-Muslims to become customers of Islamic banks. The study was conducted at the BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Location partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of tcount <ttable (1.090 <1.657); (2) Service partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained -count> -table (-1,055> -1,657). 3. Religious stimuli partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.586> -1.657); (3) Reputation Partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.448> 1.657); (4) Profit sharing Partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.630> -1.657); (5) Promotion partially affects the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained t value> t table (2.571> 1.657); (6) Location, service, religious stimuli, reputation, profit sharing, and promotion simultaneously do not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the F test which obtained the calculated F value <F table (1.619 <2.17).

There are several factors that can affect the level of employee organizational commitment. Some of these factors include personality, learning, abilities and biographical characteristics. This research used quantitative research. From the results of this test to prove the simultaneous and partial influence between personality variables, learning, abilities, and individual characteristics of organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. For the F test that there was a simultaneous and significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees, which had a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and an F count of 8.498> 2.606. For the results of the t test or partial test, that the most significant personality influenced the value of t arithmetic> t table was 3.286> 2.0129, while other variables such as learning with t value <t table was -1.814 <2.0129 showed that there was no significant effect on organizational commitment, the ability with a t value <t table that was 1.978 <2.0129 indicated that there was a partial but not significant effect, and biographical characteristics with a t value <t table that was 1.102 <2.0129 showed that there was a partial but not significant effect on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. The influence of personality variables, learning, ability and biographical characteristics on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees was expected for the institution to pay attention to the organizational commitment of employees. Teaching materials are one of the most important parts of the learning process and also prove that the teacher is professional or not, the nature of teaching materials is to provide convenience when conducting learning. This research is a school action research using descriptive quantitative research methods which in the results of this study are explained using numbers in the presentation. Place in SDN 005 Koto Sentajo Sentajo Raya Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total sample of 10 teachers. The results of this study will discuss three aspects of assessment in teaching materials, the first in the aspect of content feasibility illustrates that in the appropriate category there are 6 teachers with a percentage of 60%, and the category is very feasible with a total of 4 teachers with a percentage of 40%. in the second aspect the assessment of linguistic aspects in the feasible category with the percentage of 50%, and the very decent category 50%. in the third aspect, the evaluation of the presentation aspects in the category is feasible with a percentage of 20%, and in the very feasible category of 80%. Then it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to make teaching materials is good, and the making of teaching materials is appropriate for use in the learning process.

Abstract Objective: To estimate the prevalence of thinness, overweight and obesity among Tibetan adolescents aged 12-17 years. Design: Cross-sectional survey. Setting: Shigatse city of Tibet municipality, with an average altitude of more than 4000 m. Subjects: Study participants included 2,642 adolescents aged 12-17 years selected from 6 schools using a convenient cluster sampling method. Results: The prevalence of thinness/overweight/obesity among Tibetan adolescents was 9.4%/5.4%/1.4% (China definition), 14.7%/4.4%/0.7% (IOTF definition), and 2.8%/5.7%/0.9% (WHO definition). The prevalence of thinness and overweight was significantly different between both sexes based on each of three BMI classification criteria (P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the prevalence of obesity between both sexes according to each of three BMI criteria. There was no clear trend in the prevalence of thinness across ages according to the China or IOTF definition (both P >0.05), whereas an upward trend was observed for thinness in boys according to the IOTF definition (P for trend <0.05). In contrast, the prevalence of thinness tended to decrease with increasing age in girls according to the IOTF definition, and in total sample according to the WHO definition (P for trend <0.05). Conclusions: Among Tibetan adolescents, the prevalence of overweight and obesity is relatively low, while the prevalence of thinness is high, especially in boys. These data suggest urgent attention is needed to control adolescent thinness in Tibet.

<p>This research was conducted to determine how much the influence Customer Value to the College Selection Decision of Student  in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, to determine how much the influence Quality 0f Education Services to the  College Selection Decision of Student in Politectic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, and determine how much the influence Customer Value and Quality of Education services simultaneously to the College Selection Decision of Student  in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M. This research was conducted on 75 students out of a population of 300 students using slovin method and quantitative research methods using regression analysis, to prove that the variable customer value has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decisions; and the variable quality of educational services has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decision. The research proved that the customer value has a positif influence 0,823 to the college selection decision,the quality of educational services has a positif influence 0,756 to the college selection decision,customer value and quality of education services simultaneosly has a significant influence 0,854. The Results of this research prove that hypotests Ha accepted and proven linear.</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>College Selection Decision, Customer Value, Service Quality</p>
