This research has a formulation of the problem: 1. The influence of individual characteristics on personnel motivation against sabhara polres padang pariaman, 2. Influence motivation towards job satisfaction at polres sabhara personnel padang pariaman. The data collection of this research through the spreading of questionnaires to 32 respondents by using total sampling technique, where all the population is sampled. Based on the result of research indicate that individual characteristic variable have positive and significant effect to motivation because t-hit value (0,620) with significance value 0,540 bigger than level signifikan signifikan 0,05 and job satisfaction variable have positive and significant influence to motivation because t- 2,678) with a significance value of 0.012 smaller than the 0.05 significance level. While the significance value of F test results of 0.004 means the significance is smaller than 0.05. This indicates that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously or simultaneously between individual characteristics and job satisfaction toward motivation by the sabhara personnel of padang pariaman police.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and individual characteristics on job satisfaction PT. Minas Pagai Lumber. The data collection of this research through the spreading of questionnaires to 54 respondents by using slovin formula technique. Based on the result of the research indicate that work environment variable have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction because t value (11,765 with significance value 0,000 smaller than significant level 0,05 and individual characteristic variable have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction because t count (3,343 ) with a significance value of 0.001 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. While the significance value of F test results of 0.000 means significance is smaller than 0.05.It shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously or simultaneously between the work environment and individual characteristics to the work satisfaction of employees of PT Minas Pagai Lumber.

This study aims to determine the effect of Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance of PT BFI Finance, Tbk Padang Branch. Data collection of this study through the distribution of questionnaires to 52 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population in the sample. Based on the results showed that the variable discipline T arithmetic of 6.815 large from T table 2.009 with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than the level of significance 0.05. Whereas the T compensation variable of 1.892 small than T table 2.009 with a significance value of 0.064 greater than the level of significance 0.05. can be partially inferenced the discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, while the compensation is partially no significant effect on employee performance. While the significance value of F test results of 0.000 means significance smaller than 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously or simultaneously between discipline and compensation on employee performance of PT BFI Finance, Tbk Padang Branch.

<p>This  study aims to determine  tbe Employee   Skills in the Konveksi  Istana  Mode Madiun,  to determine  Employee  Productivity  in the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun,  as well as  to  determine   the  presence   or  absence   of  Vocational   Effect   on  Productivity   Among Employees   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  The  samples  in this  study  is purposive sampling   technique   that  all  employees   at  the  Konveksi   Istana   Mode   Madiun   part  of convection,   amounting  to 30 people.  Data  collection  using  questionnaires,   documentation and interviews.In    analyzing  the data using statistical  methods  Product  Moment,  To test this hypothesis   using the r test, F test and t test. The results  of the regression  analysis  ofY  = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X,  to test that rcount  &gt; r liable  (0.784  &gt; 0.361),  or may be rejected  HO means  that there  is a skills  significant  relationship   with  work  productivity   of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  Furthermore,   also obtained  results  which indicate that the F test ofF count &gt;F table (44,5752::4.196)  or ::;;Sighit Sigprob  (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected,  it means  there is an overall  effect of skills on labor productivity   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  In addition,  the t-test results  obtained  thit&gt;  ttab  (6.676  &gt; 2.048) or Sig hit &lt; Sig prob (0.000 &lt; 0.025) this situation  can be said to be no different  from the effect of employee  skills on work productivity  of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun.</p>

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. This study discusses the influence of the quality of services consisting ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as well as thelocation of BMT and variables are the most significant influence on thecustomer’s decision to save in BMT Sumber Mulia. The method used in thisstudy is a quantitative approach, with the amount of the sample was 30respondents. The sampling technique used accidential sampling by applyingis linear regression analysis, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on these results, we can conclude. First, there was a significant effect of the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on saving decisions. This is evident from the results of the t test with a value of t count > t table at the 5% significance level reliability (3.838 > 1.7011), responsiveness (2.121 > 1.7011), assurance (3.062 > 1.7011), empathy (4.760 > 1.7011), and tangibles (3.290 > 1.7011). There is a significant influence on the customer decision to save their money in BMT. Based on it location as the t test results are t count > t table (3.480 > 1.7011), with a significance level of 5%. Third, empathy variables are variables that provide the dominant influence on the customer’s decision to saving. It can be seen from the significance value (0.000) is more significant than other variables. Then proceed with the reliability variables with a significance value (0.001), the variable of location (0,002), tangibles (.003), assurance (0.005) and responsiveness with a significance value (0.043). This means that the willingness of employees and managers are more concerned with to draw customer attention on saving their money

This study aims to determine the influence of price perceptions and brand image on the interest in purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City. Type of stduy is explanatory. Population consist of people in Palu City who have known and interested, but do not yet have Yamaha NMAX products. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with total samples of 90 people. Data collection using questionnaire which then processed by using regression analysis tool with SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that price perceptions have positive and significant influence on the interest of poeople purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t-sig. of (0,05 ≥ 0.041) with regression coefficient equals to 0.154. Brand image has positive and significant influence on the interest of buying Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t sig. of (0,05 ≥ 0.000) with regression coefficient value equals to 0.464. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli produk motor merek Yamaha NMAX Di kota Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada masyarakat kota Palu yang mengetahui dan berminat, tetapi belum memiliki produk Yamaha NMAX. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi dengan program SPSS For Windows Release 16.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk motor merek Yamaha NMAX di kota Palu, dengan tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,05 ≥ 0,041) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,154. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  minat beli produk motor merek Yamaha NMAX di kota Palu, dengan tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,05 ≥ 0,000) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,464.

There are several factors that can affect the level of employee organizational commitment. Some of these factors include personality, learning, abilities and biographical characteristics. This research used quantitative research. From the results of this test to prove the simultaneous and partial influence between personality variables, learning, abilities, and individual characteristics of organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. For the F test that there was a simultaneous and significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees, which had a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and an F count of 8.498> 2.606. For the results of the t test or partial test, that the most significant personality influenced the value of t arithmetic> t table was 3.286> 2.0129, while other variables such as learning with t value <t table was -1.814 <2.0129 showed that there was no significant effect on organizational commitment, the ability with a t value <t table that was 1.978 <2.0129 indicated that there was a partial but not significant effect, and biographical characteristics with a t value <t table that was 1.102 <2.0129 showed that there was a partial but not significant effect on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. The influence of personality variables, learning, ability and biographical characteristics on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees was expected for the institution to pay attention to the organizational commitment of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction on (Y) employee performance at PT Winsen Kencana Perkasa by using this 130 response saturation sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression test results showing that (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction have a positive effect on (Y) employee performance based on regression results and with the value of R Square. Based on statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable variables. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction are proven to have a significant effect on (Y) employee performance. Then through the F test it can be seen that the variable (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction simultaneously must have an effect on employee performance variables with F count greater than F table

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of interest visiting factors, namely tourist attraction and promotion, on the interest of tourist visits to the Kayu tuah himba Kutai Kartanegara museum. The subjects in this study were tourists who came or had visited the Kayu Tuah Himba Museun, with a total sampling of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate if there is an influence between attractiveness and interest in tourist visits at the KTH Museum, Kutai Kartanegara Regency with a standardized regression value of 0.734. The t test results show t count 8.920 with a significance value of 0.000 using the confidence level α = 95% (0.05). Then other results found that there is no influence between promotion and interest in visiting is explained by the value of the promotion variable coefficient from the standardized regression equation of (0.098). The t test results show t count (1.189) with a significance value of 0, 237. By using α = 95% (0.05). And then the results of all variables when tested together get the results. Based on the F test, it is obtained that F count is 45.131 with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore the probability is much smaller than (0.000 <0.05) and F count is greater than F table (45.131> 3.09) which means that there is a significant influence between attractiveness and promotion on interest in visits, with the coefficient results. shows a figure of 0.471 which can be interpreted if the attractiveness and promotion variables contribute 47.1% to the interest of tourist visits at the KTH Museum, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and the remaining 52.9% of the contribution is given by variables or other factors outside of this study.
