Indonesia is the largest Moslem country in the world. Paying zakat apart from being a means for Muslims to worship, zakat can also become a pillar of the people's economy when the zakat funds are properly managed and handed over to an amil zakat agency, amil zakat institution or an official baitul mal from the government, where if we look at the potential for raising funds Zakat to be managed productively has very good prospects for the economic progress of the people who are included in the category of entitled to receive assistance from this zakat fund. Therefore, the author here examines through this research using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of documents, such as books or laws and regulations. This research is expected to provide a little knowledge benefit to readers in order to optimize the management of zakat funds into productive zakat which is one of our efforts to improve the level of the community's economy, the author sees that if zakat is managed productively, it can be maximized both in its management and use by the parties. related to being able to make people free from poverty and ignorance so that people who were initially in a mustahik condition so that they rose to become muzakki.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

This study aims to determine the work culture of the sub-district government in providing administrative services to the community in the Covid-19 era. The research method is a direct qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The study results show a fundamental service change in 2020, namely the pattern of routine and usual ways of working that are very different felt by the people who will provide services at the Teluk Ambon District Office. Changes in bureaucratic work procedures are caused by the public's complying with the health protocol and maintaining a sitting position, which is one meter while providing services at the Teluk Ambon sub-district office.

Social media today is a medium that many access by almost all levels of society in Indonesia. This is because almost all levels of society can easily access social media. Ease in social media makes all the people of Indonesia easy to receive information from all over Indonesia and the world. Ease in accessing social media and the opening of information gates through social media encourages the birth of irresponsible elements by disseminating information that is inconsistent with the reality. The issue is growing rapidly among the people of Indonesia, it is given the lack of selective and critical attitude of the people of Indonesia in receiving information contained in social media. Negative impacts that may arise may arise related to selective and critical attitude in receiving information on social media is the diminution of national resilience values. The above issues become the basis of reference for authors in compiling this article. It uses the descriptive method of analysis by using an understanding that Prof. Driyakarna is theoretical educational science. It is expected to encourage Indonesian people to be more selective and critical of information spread across various social media. The government has implemented the tax amnesty volume I in July 2016 and ended in March 2017. In early 2022, the government will plan to implement the tax amnesty volume II, which was introduced as the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS). This program refers to the Tax Harmonization Law Number 7 of 2021. Although the results obtained during the tax amnesty volume, I did not meet the target, in 2022 the government still plans to implement the tax amnesty volume II. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the difference between the tax amnesty volume I and the tax amnesty volume II (PPS), as well as predict its effectiveness if this tax amnesty will be implemented later. This study method focuses on a comparative qualitative descriptive method in which data collection is carried out by taking from the library, website, law and articles discussing this tax amnesty. The results obtained are that there are fundamental differences between tax amnesty I and tax amnesty II. The differences are found in the data, rates, and tax subjects. For taxpayers who have participated in the 2016 tax amnesty volume I, the tariff charged is cheaper than those who do not participate in the first volume I tax amnesty and there are restrictions on subjects who may participate in the second tax amnesty. The effectiveness of this second volume of tax amnesty is predicted to be successful with a record that socialization must be maximal, there is no perception that the tax amnesty endangers honest taxpayers, and the view of taxpayers that this tax amnesty is the last tax amnesty so that there is a fear of not paying taxes and being subject to fines.

The problem in this study is about the perception of pinokalan village community regarding the assistance of Kota Tanpa Kumuh Program (KOTAKU) where they are concerned about the inability of the opportunity to receive this assistance and the purpose of this research is to know and describe the perception of pinokalan village community in the implementation of KOTAKU program. In this study using qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection techniques. And the results of this study show that the perception of the people of Pinokalan Village that we do not receive assistance kotaku program from the government when our environment is organized and not worth our stay because of the densely populated conditions and only a few residents of our village who get assistance in the form of home improvement, roads and drainage but it is an assistance from PNPM not from KOTAKU and the government only chooses milih residents for i kut in socialization therefore we as other pinokalan community do not know and only know from others that socialization has been implemented about KOTAKU in Pinokalan Village. In the PROGRAM KOTAKU Pinokalan village is used as a companion village when compared to other villages that get assistance from KOTAKU Pinokalan Village can be said to be more eligible to get assistance from this KOTAKU program

Indonesia is a country with the largest area of ​​tropical peatland land in the world. Riau Province has the largest peatland area (3.8 million hectares) in Indonesia. Besides having the largest land area, Riau Province is also the second-largest contributor to peatland fires (53,034 hectares) after Kalimantan with Dumai City as the region with the highest fire cases (15 cases). The trend in handling these problems has begun to involve relevant stakeholders, not just the responsibility of the government or the community, even the private sektor. One of the strategies undertaken is to analyze the potential that exists in peatlands using a continuous analysis to provide program recommendations that can solve this problem. Therefore this research will look at how the analysis of sustainable livelihoods conducted by PT Pertamina RU II Dumai company in providing recommendations for peatland community empowerment programs. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of this study provide three program recommendations, namely the use of peatlands whit involving the Paman Jaya Mandiri Farmer Group, the improvement of the RT 12 RT toll road infrastructure, and the improvement of sanitation and PHBS counselingh

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Youth Fighters Program in Poverty Alleviation in the City of Surabaya. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews with the population control office, the empowerment of women and children in the city of Surabaya and the researcher directly observed the young warrior program which was then written in an observation book. Sources of data from this study were also obtained through library research with the help of internet media and related journals. Based on the results of research on the effectiveness of the Young Fighters Program in poverty alleviation in the City of Surabaya, it is quite effective, when compared to before the existence of the Young Fighters program which was then analyzed using effectiveness theory which consists of indicators of the effectiveness of a program including efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy although there are still indicators that need to be addressed. This can be a consideration for the government to continue to improve the program of young fighters in order to be able to alleviate poverty in the city of Surabaya

Bangladesh is one of the most governance deficit countries of the world. In this reality, Upazila system, as an intermediate tier local government unit, is reestablished under the Upazila Parishad Act 2009. This Act is the basis of the formation and function of the Upazila Parishad. In this study, survey method has been applied to primary data collection from two upazila (Sylhet Sadar Upazila and Kanaighat Upazila) in Sylhet district. The study finds that the existing upazila parishad activities do not meet the demand of the people. Citizen’s trust on the Upazila Parishad is very low. The study also finds some other challenges, including unskilled manpower, proper planning and a lack of financial resouces. Moreover, the officials are not professional and their behaviors are not good while performing their duties. Most of the service receiver did not get best service from upazila officials. However this study suggests some recommendation for improving the service of upazila parishad. Officials should be highly trained and professional on their service delivery. By ensuring the best services, they can achieve the trust of general people.And the Government should take additional steps with regards to improving the upazila parishad service.

  The existence of Al-Madais' terbangan music group in Pladen Village cannot be separated from the motivation of its members to preserve the terbangan music as a means of da'wah and worship. Despite the limited time, facilities, and infrastructure as well as knowledge and skills, the group still strives to preserve Islamic culture amid the fast growth of the modern era. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the existence of Al-Madais' terbangan music arts. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was carried out by reducing, presenting, and verifying data. The results of the study indicate that the existence of the Al-Madais terbangan music group, in terms of the adopted strategy, one of which is good management. Then in terms of consistency, it is carried out with the existence of an organizational structure, regeneration process, and mundane rehearsal. The innovation is carried out by imagination and creativity without leaving its cohesiveness and characteristics. The acknowledgment of the Al-Madais existence is proved by performing at various events and support from the government.
