AbstrakTujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan bumdes di Desa Bungurasih serta menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan bumdes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli di Desa Bungurasih. BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri adalah sebuah bumdes yang berlokasi di Desa Bungurasih serta telah aktif sejak tahun 2018. Jenis riset yang dipergunakan adalah riset deskriptif serta menggunakan metode kualitatif. Fokus riset ini adalah pengelolaan aset desa yang dikelola oleh BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri. Proses pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah studi lapangan (wawancara dan observasi) serta dokumen pendukung dari BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri. Keyman yang digunakan dalam riset ini berjumlah 5 (lima) orang yang terdiri dari direktur BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri, sekretaris BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri, dan 3 orang pengelola unit usaha BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri. Proses analisis yang dipergunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil riset dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri dapat dikatakan belum sepenuhnya optimal namun BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri mampu menyumbang pendapatan asli di Desa Bungurasih dengan unit usaha yang dimiliki. Kata kunci: BUMDes, PADes, Pengelolaan Aset Desa, Strategi AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the management strategy of bumdes in Bungurasih Village and to analyze the strategies applied by bumdes in increasing real income in Bungurasih Village. BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri is a bumdes located in Bungurasih Village and has been active since 2018. The type of research used is descriptive research and qualitative methods. The focus of this research is the management of village assets managed by BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri. The data collection process used was field studies (interviews and observations) and supporting documents from BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri. The keyman used in this research amounted to 5 (five) people consisting of BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri director, BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri secretary, and 3 managers of the BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri business unit. The analysis process used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the strategy applied by BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri can be said to have not been fully optimal, but BUMDes Rosa Bungur Mandiri is able to contribute the original income in Bungurasih Village with its business.Keywords: BUMDes, PADes, Management of village assets, Strategy

Data collection is interactive with data analysis, data collection is an integral part of data analysis activities. Data reduction is an attempt to deduce data, then sorting through data in certain conceptual units, certain categories, and certain themes. Data reduction results are processed in such a way as to look more fully in their figure. It may take the form of sketches, synopsis, matrices, and other forms; it is very necessary to facilitate the explanation and affirmation of conclusions. The process, not once, but interacts back and forth. The process of occurrence in qualitative research is very dependent on the complexity of the problems to be answered and the sharpness of the researchers' traceability in making comparisons during the data collection process. How can the data analysis process be operated? This paper will attempt to answer and describe the parts (1) understanding the meaning of data analysis, (2) analysis when collecting data; (3) data reduction; (4) data presentation; (5) drawing conclusions and verification.

The reseacher looks at the ability to remember from several aspects that exist (taking note, accepting and producing). The research was motivated by the ability to remember children in the Kindergarten Plus Marhamah Parupuk Tabing Padang. The research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. To find out what the ability description is like remembering children aged 5-6 years in the Kindergarten Plus Marhamah Parupuk Tabing Padang. The subjects in thi study were children aged 5-6 year in class B1 of Marhamah Padang Kindergarten Plus. Informants from the study were the Marhamah Padang Kindergarten Plus teacher. Data collection techniques used in thi tudy are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analyisis techniques follow Sugiyono’s steps, namely 1) data reduction; 2) data presentation; and 3) verification. The technique of validating the data in this study is in the form of a triangulation technique. The reults of thi study indicate that the aspect of ability to remember children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Plus Marhamah Parupuk Tabing Padang is well developed. 1) the enlightening aspect, it seems that children pay attention to the learning given by the teacher; 2) aspects of accepting, it seems that children can understand the contents of the leraning provided; 3) the aspect of producing, it is seen the the child is able to produce the work and explain the work to the teacher. The conclusion of this study is the ability to remember children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Plus Marhamah well developed seen through aspects of remembering (remembering, accepting, and producing)

This paper discusses service-based leadership in Islamic schools. Leadership demands a transformation from the heart and changes in character. True leadership starts from within and then moves outside to serve those they lead. This is where the importance of the character and integrity of a leader to become a true leader and accepted by other people or parties. This research is a qualitative-descriptive research which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Data sources in this study include principals, staff, students. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data analysis. The results of this research are (a) the principal's leadership has a variety of models that are extraordinary depending on the situation and conditions. (b) Service-based leadership is a new trend for achieving desired quality goals.

Marriage can not be implemented if the brides or one of the bride has not reached the age limit that has been determined, which is 19 years for men dan16 years for women. This statement specified in Law No. 1 Year 1974 on Marriage Article 7 paragraph (1). If a man or woman who try to carry out the marriage before that age she must obtain a permission in the form of dispensation of marriage proposed by both parents or guardian of the man or woman to the courts in the area. But the establishment of the Religious Court Panel in Kediri on the application for dispensation of marriage in the case Number: 0024 / Pdt.P / 2014 / PA.Kdr, marriage dispensation petition should be filed by the bride. This study aims to determine the legal considerations of Religious Court in Kediri in defining marriage dispensation which the petition is filed by the bride him/herself, without the presence of parents or guardians in the trial, as well as reviewing the legality of the applicant of such determination.As in this study, the authors used a qualitative approach and field research, while the method of data collection is interview and documentation. The data analysis process was done through data reduction,  data presentation, and conclusion.The results of this study concluded that there are seven consideration of the judge in granting the request for dispensation of marriage without a parent or guardian, namely: 1) The procedural law which applied in the Religious Court of Kediri, 2) The reason for the filing of dispensation of marriage is because the bride is pregnant before the marriage, 3 ) there is no prohibition to marry the bride, 4) the readiness of the bride, 5) There is goodness for the brides, 6) The is an obstacle for the parents to be present during the trial, 7) Maturity of the applicant. As the legality of the applicant of such determination is legitimate, it means that the assignment is not null and void because it already contains a series of proceedings in the trial and it is not considered as reducing the parts of the proceedings. Based on the terms of the substance of the determination, it has a formal function and can be implemented, meaning that copies of such determination can be used as a requirement for marriage in the Office of Religious Court. Such designations have a power from the applicants, in this case the Court of Kediri establishes a state where the applicant can marry to the partner, although age is still under the provisions of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974.

This research’s objectives are (1) to analyze communities’ response on Tirta Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes)’ successful programs, (2) to analyze the transparency of village fund utilization as an empowering effort of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri for village’s self-reliance, (3) to analyze the accountability of village fund utilization for village’s self-reliance. The qualitative research used Focus Group Discussion, observation, interview, documentation, and physical devices method to collect the data. The data collection process used interview procedures with a self-arranged questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the interactive model which comprises data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification followed by the data collection process. The qualitative data were validated using source triangulation. The result of this research shows that (1) there are two kinds of response following the success of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri, they are communities who agree on the programs and the ones who do not, (2) the utilization of village fund as BUMDes Tirta Mandiri’s strengthening needs transparency on its process. The utilization of village funds as BUMDes Tirta Mandiri’s strengthening on the village’s self-reliance needs to be accountable for its accountability report. This paper aims to disseminate information on Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Indonesia, in particular to examine the extent to which civil society organizations (CSOs) are involved. This paper uses qualitative methods with data collection through literature review sourced from online document. The data analysis process through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion is done simultaneously with data collection process. This paper reveals five issues: the reason of Indonesia joining the Open Government Partnership, the involvement and welfare of Indonesia CSOs in the Implementation of OGP Program, the cooperation between Indonesia CSOs and Government in the OGP Matters, and greatest achievements of the OGP in Indonesia. The conclusion of OGP's progress in Indonesia is that the Indonesian government together with CSOs have synergized to jointly realize Indonesia's commitment to realize good governance. Nevertheless, the scope of synergized areas is still limited, therefore broader cooperation and more coordinated networks are needed to reach all areas of public services to bring about openness, accountability and public participation.

This study aims to determine how the character formation of love for the country through the flag ceremony of SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh students. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study consisted of 1 school principal, 1 grade IV teacher and 3 grade IV students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used a percentage formula and also used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on the formation of the character of love for the country through the flag ceremony at SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh, it is still in the category of very frequent or good according to the indicators of love for the country. Principals and teachers always strive well so that students can instill the character of loving the motherland in each student. The formation of the character of love for the country through the flag ceremony, namely by reminding, guiding and always explaining the meaning of the flag ceremony so that students have the character of loving the country and being orderly at the time of the flag ceremony, and also instilling discipline, so that students can understand the meaning of the flag ceremony well. With the flag ceremony, it is able to foster a character of love for the country which can shape and make students who have noble, moral, ethical, cultured and civilized characters based on Pancasila so that they become students who have an attitude of nationalism. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera siswa SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang kepala sekolah, 1 orang guru kelas IV dan 3 orang siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan juga menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh masih dalam kategori sangat sering dilakukan atau baik sesuai dengan indikator dari cinta tanah air. Kepala sekolah dan guru selalu mengupayakan dengan baik agar siswa dapat menanamkan karakter cinta tanah air di dalam diri masing-masing siswa. Pembentukan karakter cinta tanah air melalui upacara bendera yaitu dengan mengingatkan, membimbing dan selalu menjelaskan makna dari upacara bendera  agar siswa memiliki karakter cinta tanah air serta tertib pada saat upacara bendera, dan juga menanamkan kedisplinan, sehingga siswa dapat memahami makna upacara bendera dengan baik. Dengan adanya upacara bendera mampu menumbuhkan karakter cinta tanah air yang dapat membentuk dan menjadikan diri siswa yang berakhlak mulia, bermoral, beretika, berbudaya, dan beradab berdasarkan pancasila sehingga menjadi siswa yang memiliki sikap nasionalisme. The objectives of this study are to: (1) describe and analyze the arrangement tutorial of Beksan Nir Corona on a virtual dance competition in the Kraton of Yogyakarta; and (2) describe and analyze the level of similarity in imitation of movement patterns and creativity in the presentation of the participants in the dance competition of Beksan Nir Corona. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative supported by percentage descriptive quantitative data. The data collection process was carried out using observation, interview, and document techniques. Data analysis was carried out by the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the virtual dance tutorial of Beksan Nir Corona as a competition guide contains a recording of a dance model, which is a stylization of five steps of washing hands into a simple variety of movements in the classical dance of Yogyakarta style. Judges’ assessment results through dance performance videos uploaded by 196 participants showed that: (1) the ability of participants to imitate all movement patterns according to the dance material of Beksan Nir Corona reached 85%; (2) the ability of participants to be creative which is manifested in the ability to express ideas only reached 60%; and (3) the remaining 40% of participants only danced the dance of Beksan Nir Corona by imitating the movement patterns that had been exemplified. The average ability to imitate the movement patterns of the dance of Beksan Nir Corona based on the assessment of the six judges is 85.5. In contrast, the creative ability in dance presentation is 70.5.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the badminton club performance coaching physical training program. This research was conducted at the badminton coaching club Bengkulu city in 2021. In this study using the CIPP Model with survey research methods. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation study. This study uses non-statistical qualitative analysis methods, where the data reduction component and data presentation are carried out simultaneously with the data collection process after being collected, so that the three components are analyzed (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions) interact. The results of this study indicate that (1) the process of the eligibility mechanism and the qualifications of coaches and badminton achievement coaching club athletes in Bengkulu City includes PB. Orchid, PB. Porpu, PB. Tupperware is quite decent. (2) The implementation of the physical exercise program has not been going well, in the trainer and athlete sectors. (3) The facilities and infrastructure owned by the badminton achievement coaching club in Bengkulu City are still in the poor category because only PB. Porpu have adjusted the facilities and infrastructure according to PBSI standards while PB. Anggrek and PB.Tupperware still need to be fixed.

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik pada kelas 4 MIN 1 Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 4, siswa kelas 4, dan Kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) guru dan kepala sekolah mengetahui tentang implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik, 2) guru melaksanakan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik yang mencakup 5 M pada tema cita-citaku yaitu: mengamati menanya, menalar, mencoba, dan mengkomunikasikan, yang dilakukan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sudah terlaksana, 3) adanya hambatan yang ditemui dalam implementasi pendekatan saintifik yaitu, keberanian siswa dalam bertanya kurang, pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung siswa kurang berani untuk mengajukan pertanyaan.  Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of scientific approach in thematic learning in 4th   grade of MIN 1 Malang. This is a descriptive research. The subjects of this research are 4th grade teachers, 4th grade students, and the principal. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The technique of examining data validity using triangulation of sources. The results of research showed that: 1) the teachers and the principals know about the implementation of scientific approach in thematic learning; 2) the teacher implemented the scientific approach in thematic learning, which includes 5 M on the theme ‘my goals’ namely observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, and communicating, the students do in the learning process has been done; 3) the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the scientific approach that is the less students’ courage in asking, and during the learning process students are less courageous to ask questions.
