Personil of Reskrim Polresta Banjarmasin  improve the work performance for service quality improvemtn. The Performance is influenced by emotional intellegent, intellectual intellegent, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the work performance need the research. Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police namely 60 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  60 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis. The results of this research shows that intellegent, intellectual qoution, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially and together. The emotional intellegent, intellectual intellegent, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance.

Traffic Police Polresta Banjarmasin improves the public services. The public services improvement depend on The Performance. The performance is influenced by traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the performance need the research in police lalu lintas Polresta Banjarmasin.  Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police. They are 90 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  63 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.    The results of this research shows that traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially. Traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance improvemet

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

This Skripsi has entitled: “Service Quality Influences the Satisfaction of the Community of Yellow Card Makers (AK-I) at the  Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 48.993 people from high in the hole population in the researchers used 100 people as samples to be tested, the sample used an accidental sampling of respondents in this study was the community of yellow card makers (AK-I) at the Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. In this research, the method used a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collection technique used is literature study and field study by way of observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service) for Windows Version 24 using correlation techniques and with the person product with regression testing.

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects who were choosen by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study uses instruments which has been adapted based on from Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linier regression analysis one predictor. The result shows the score of F count 27,704 > F table 3,94 with significant value 0,000 (p > 0,05). It means, there is significant effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. The effect of job demands on burnout is 18,3 %.

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. Fulfill all needs or desires in the employee, it will create a feeling of satisfaction, and employees with high levels of satisfaction will experience an increase in performance. Based on this matter, this study aims, (1) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, (3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) To determine the effect work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data collection technique of this study was a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study was employees of PT. PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), eastern Lampung region with a total of 96 people. While the data analysis uses regression analysis and phat path. The results of this study are, (1) Motivating Work Influence on Employee Performance, (2) Motivating Influential Work Against Job Satisfaction, (3) Influential Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (4) Job Satisfaction Role as Intervening Variables Between Work Motivation and Performance Employees (5) Work motivation influences employee performance directly, but work motivation will have greater influence on employee performance if first through or added to job satisfaction. These Research Results Can Become Input For PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), as material for consideration to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which service quality affects patient satisfaction, the subjects used as the unit of analysis in this study are patients who use the services of the ST hospital laboratory installation. Theresia Jambi, totaling 57 patients, the data collection technique used a closed questionnaire given to respondents with alternative answers that had been provided, then the data was processed using regression analysis. The results of this study prove that the higher the level of service quality provided, it can affect the increase in patient satisfaction.

This study aims to determine how much influence motivation and work discipline on the performance of PD BPR Bantul employees partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where data collection uses questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 78 employees, where these employees served in PD BPR Bantul. Validity test which shows that the statement in this study is valid, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha is declared reliable. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis . The results of this analysis show that: (1) training has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.318. (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.334.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the food and beverage department service quality on customer satisfaction at the Daily Inn Hotel, Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with a data collection technique in the form of questionnaires and literature studies. The population of this study was the consumers of the Daily Inn Hotel, Jakarta, that served by Food and Beverage Department during March 2019. The samples in this study were calcuated by Slovin Formula, with 10% error tolerance. The data then were processed by SPSS statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated that service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction by 0.838 or 83.8% based on the coefficient of determination of 0.162 or 16.2% explained by other factors not included in this study. From the results of the T-test carried out, with the results of the analysis of 21.660 greater than 1.662 and a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.60, it was concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which means that the service quality variable (X) significantly affects the consumer satisfaction variable (Y).
