Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Training, Infrastructure and Budget on the Performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency . Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation Questionnaires are used to measure the variables of Education and Training, Infrastructure and Budget and employee performance. Data analysis technique used is U ji validity , test reliability , test correlation coefficients , t-test (Partial) , Test Multicollinearity , Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Test Normality) , ANOVA (F test Simultaneous) and Test Multiple Linear Regression . The results showed that the budget has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the t test between X 3 (Budget) and Y (APIP Performance) show t count = 3.114. While the t table (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) is 1.740. Because t arithmetic > t table is 3.114 > 1.740 or sig t value (0.008) < = 0.05, the effect of X 3 (Budget) on Y (APIP Performance) is significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that APIP's performance can be significantly affected by the Budget .Based on the coefficient because it has the greatest beta coefficient value of 0.707 when compared to the regression coefficient of the education and training variable and infrastructure. this means that H 0 is rejected and h 3 is received, so that it can be concluded that the budget is the dominant variable affecting the performance of internal government regulatory authorities in Kapuas district inspectorate valued at 70.7% and the remaining 29 , 3 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keywords: Training, Infrastructure and Budget , Employee Performance.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Diklat, Sarana Prasarana Dan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan dokumentasi. koesioner digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggran serta kinerja pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov (Uji Normalitas), ANOVA (uji F Simultan) dan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil t test antara X3 (Anggaran) dengan Y (Kinerja APIP) menunjukkan t hitung = 3,114. Sedangkan t tabel (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) adalah sebesar 1,740. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,114 > 1,740 atau nilai sig t (0,008) < α = 0.05 maka pengaruh X3(Anggaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja APIP) adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja APIP dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Anggaran. Berdasarkan koefisien dikarenakan mempunyai nilai koefisiensi beta paling besar 0,707 jika Dibandingkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel Diklat dan sarana prasarana. hal ini berarti h0 ditolak dan h3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggaran merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pengawas internal pemerintah pada inspektorat daerah kabupaten Kapuas senilai 70,7% dan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggaran, Kinerja Pegawai.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of TQM and performance in BMT Youth Welfare as well as to determine the effect of TQM on performancein BMT Youth Welfare. Methods of data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to employees of BMT Youth Welfare. Samples is taken as many as 85 respondents by random sampling technique. The data obtained and analyzed using SPSS version 18. This analysis includes test reliability,validity, regression, statistical test through t-test, F-test well as the determinant coefficient (R2) and classical assumptions test. T-test test results showed that the obsession with quality, scientific approach, education and training, freedom of control, involvement and empowerment of employees partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. F-test test showed an obsession with quality, scientific approach, education and training, freedom of control, involvement and empowerment of employees simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees with effect as of sisianya 89.3% 10.7% influenced by other variables outside the model

Balai Diklat Industri Regional – I Medan us one of technical executive unitaries in education and training sector is responsible for center for Industrial Education and Training of the Ministry of Industry. Since Regulation number 22 year 1999 for local autonomy is legalized and then has been changed to regulation number 32 year 2003, there are many changes in the structure of organization including reposition and substitution of functionaries and officials in industrial service institution. Due to the reposition, there are many officials still do not have enough technical substantive knowledge about industry sector as their aquip to do their dutter. In order to repair this condition, technical training needs to be done. It aims to synchronize perception between the older and the newer ones. The purpose of this research is to look for and analyze the effect of Technical Training and motivation of alumnae’s work in Balai Diklat Industri Regional I Medan. Hypothesis of the research is Technical Training and motivation affect alumnae’s work in Balai Diklat Industri Regional I Medan. Method use in taking the samples is by using Slovin Formulation in which from 179 populations about 124 samples are taken. Hypothesis is tested by using compound linear regressive analysis. It is held by doing simultaneous test (f test) and partial Test (t test). Both of tests have purpose to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable on relieance level 95% or ? = 0,005. The result of analysis shows that Technical Training and motivation have simultaneous and significant effect to work motivation of alumnae in Balai Diklat Industri Regional I Medan. The significant level is 0.000. Determinant Coefficient (R2) of independent variable to dependent variable is about 59,3 % and the rest (40,7 %) is affected by another variable that is not used in this research. The result of t test (partial test) shows every independent variable used has significant effect to its dependent variable. Technical Training variable has real effect to the work with significant effect to the work 0.01 with significant level 0,000 smaller than 0,005 (5%).

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. <p>This research attempts to know if there are no influence or between education and training discipline of work and the satisfaction work simultaneously and partial achievement work against member organization of IGTKI Krembung Distric. The population of this study is all member organization of IGTKI Krembung Distric and sample 98 employees. An instrument data collection is the questionnaire, and data analysis technique available for analysis is linear regression worship of idols with the program statistic spss.</p><p>This research result indicates that the education and training, discipline of work and the satisfaction of work achievement of work affecting employees simultaneously and partial.proven the analysis that shows the education and training that the value of work is 2,444 t-test 0,016 with a sig value so (0,016 &amp;&lt; 0.05), discipline that the value of work is 2,947 t-test 0.004 with a sig value so (0.004 &amp; &lt; 0.05), and the satisfaction of work is the value of t-test 0,012 2,569 with a sig value so (0,012 &amp; &lt; 0.05) that means each variable x impact on the achievement of working.</p><p>But the results obtained by the simultaneous or f-test 7,045 with the significance of 0,000 &amp; &lt; 0.05 so ho rejected ha accepted. So, can be concluded that the results of this research work is education and training, discipline of work and the satisfaction of work achievement of having influence in the work of employees. As we know that the education and training, discipline and satisfaction to improve the quality of work achievement and quality of the company.</p>

The purpose of this research is: 1. To know performance employees at of big hall education and training social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan. 2. To know problems of performance often occurs in big hall education and training social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan. This study used a descriptive research design with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants were taken from origin policy makers and stakeholders. Analysis using interactive data analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results show that the employee performance research big hall education and training social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan seen the purpose the employee performance, the employee performance standards and motives have not reached the level the employee performance levels while the accountability the employee performance has begun to reach this optimal. The distribution of work in education and training of big hall social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan formally have refer to the regulations concerning the formulation of the, however sometimes the allocation of work to personnel less consistent with his position. Here it can be seen that responsibility the performance of on officer at of big hall for training and education of people with social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan as part of the has not yet been it is said the implementation of the activity aligned with the government of a prescribed procedure.

There are conflicts between husband and wife that are closed, and some are open, but the ends remain the same, many of which end in divorce. Therefore we need a concept that can be used as a guide to control, reduce, and or at least minimize the possibility of conflicts that can grow and or even those that have already emerged. The government has formulated this concept as an effort to create a prosperous family that is peaceful and happy. To minimize the possibility of domestic conflict, the ministry of religion initiated a program for the Sakinah family movement. The program was then followed up by education and training institutions (education and training) by training the supervisors of the Sakinah family movement from various sub-districts in Indonesia. The main target of the exercise is to disseminate multiple government programs. This paper uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique takes data from various digital literacy sources, while the data analysis technique uses deductive techniques. This paper was written to describe the concept of the sakinah family according to the government, in this case, the ministry of religion. The general conclusion of this study shows that the idea of the sakinah family is a happy family that interacts with a pattern of mutual need, love, and affection, standing on legal marriage, with the ability to carry out its obligations and rights, accompanied by adherence to religious teachings and state law. This concept is the knowledge that must be understood in depth, accompanied by a strong will to practice it and a maximum ability to implement it.

Job performance is a matter that must be considered in carrying out the task in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of achievement motivation as well as education and training on work performance in PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and education and training have a positive and significant effect on work performance. Companies must pay attention to aspects of employee performance, especially seen from the professional attitude at work and the suitability of work results with the targets set. So that what is the goal, vision and mission of the company can be achieved well. Employees are expected to be able to increase achievement motivation by creating good working relationships and enhancing capabilities through education and training so that employees are able to solve problems in work properly so as to produce work performance. This research aims to determine the effect of the level of education and training on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. This research is ex post facto research. The sample of this research is the Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi employees who have attended education and training (Diklat) in 2020, totaling 39 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test with normality test and linearity test and the hypothesis test used is simple regression analysis. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the effect was in the moderate category as indicated by the regression equation Y = 0.870X + 13,584 with a regression coefficient of 0.745, a coefficient of determination of 0.555, and obtained a count of 6.788 greater from t table (6,788>2,026). Based on the coefficient of determination 0.555, it means that 55.5% of employee performance is influenced by the education and training of employees while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (DISDUKCAPIL) Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Disdukcapil Kota Bekasi yang telah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 39 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi kalsik dengan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas serta uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai  pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruhnya berada pada kategori sedang yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,870X + 13,584 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,745, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,555 dan diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,788 lebih besar dari ttabel (6,788>2,026). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi 0,555 artinya 55,5% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai sementara sisanya 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract: Performance plays an important role in determining the success of a company or organization. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. High or good employee performance can be used as one of the basic factors to measure the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of organizational culture, communication, education and training on employee performance, the partial influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the partial influence of communication on employee performance, the partial influence of education and training on employee performance of the District Secretariat. Southeast Minahasa. Respondents in this study amounted to 73 employees who are civil servants. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study simultaneously variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Education and Training together have a significant effect on Employee Performance, then partially the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance variable, partially the Communication variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the variable Performance, partially the Education and Training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial budaya organisasi, komunikasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 pegawai yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini secara simultan variabel Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, kemudian secara parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja, secara parsial variabel Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja, secara parsial variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja.
