Employee attitudes are very significant to management and Organizations since today determine the behavior of employee in an Organization. It is believed that employees who are satisfied are normally productive than their counterparts who are dissatisfied. Although some researches focused on job satisfaction and employee performance, empirical work on the determinants of job satisfaction, non-material incentive and its effect on performance especially in hotel is scanty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and non material incentive among the workforce of Fave Hotel Jakarta on employee performance. Data collections used in this study is by distributing questionnaires. The method used in this research was descriptive method, and the data obtained were processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis, and also uses primary data. The sample of the study is comprised of 61, Human Resources, Finance, House Keeping, Food & Beverages, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Engineer, and Security Department in Fave Hotel, Jakarta. 61 Questionnaires were distributed out of which 30 were received back and used for analysis. SPSS is used for data analysis statistically. Based on the first results shown that the correlation coefficient r = 0.503, with 0.005 < 0.05 which means there were significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. Second result found the correlation coefficient r = 0.031, with 0.870 > 0.05 which means there were no significance influence between non material incentives on employee performance, hence  Ha declined and Ho accepted. Simultaneously result showed that the correlation coefficient r = 0.511, with f sig 0.017 < 0.05, which means there were significance influence between job satisfaction and non material incentives on employee performance. Result suggested the facets such as: pay, promotion, relationship with co-workers and supervisor support the organization and for further research can add other independent variables with motivation, individual characteristics and organizational setting is particularly important determinant of employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizationalcommitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also havepositive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. This research was conducted to see the effect of empowerment variables on individual characteristics and work culture on job satisfaction in the case study of PT. BSM East Belitung. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using a questionnaire distributed to employees / respondents. The sample was calculated using the Solvin formula, namely 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is positive sampling technique. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis which shows the results of the study, namely: empowerment of individual characteristics and work culture is significant on job satisfaction.

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has,which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.

The purpose of this study is to determine a relationship model between Psychological Climate (PC) toward performance within job stress and job satisfaction as a mediator. Primary data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The population in this research is the teachers of educational institutions in Indonesia. Obtained 161 people with minimum requirements have worked for one year at the institution (purposive sampling). This research uses validity and reliability test, goodness-of-fit model assumption, and hypothesis testing with SEM analysis of Amos 18.0. Based on data analyzed, four of eight hypotheses proposed are have significant influence; 1) PC on job satisfaction, 2) stress on performance, 3) job satisfaction on performance, and 4) there is a role for job satisfaction in mediating the influence of PC on performance. In addition, there are insignificant effects; 1) PC on stress, 2) PC on performance, 3) job stress on job satisfaction, and 4) job stress have no a significant effect as a mediator between PC on performance.

This study aims to investigate the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction with individual character as a moderating variable. It used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi province industry and trade office. It involved 72 samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that servant leadership significantly influence job satisfaction with a value of 82.5%. The most significant factor affecting job satisfaction is wisdom (correlation coefficient = 0.863) in which the higher the wisdom, the higher the job satisfaction. The next factor is persuasive mapping in which the higher the persuasive mapping, the higher the job satisfaction (correlation coefficient = 0.697). Then, it was followed by altruistic calling with the correlation coefficient value of 0.524 in which the higher the altruistic calling, the higher the job satisfaction. The last is emotional healing with a correlation coefficient value of 0.291 in which the higher the emotional healing, the higher the job satisfaction. On the other hand, organizational stewardship is the only factor does not influence the job satisfaction (correlation coefficient = 0.009).

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.
