THE IMPORTANCE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE’S EFFECTS TOWARD EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

The purpose of this study is to determine a relationship model between Psychological Climate (PC) toward performance within job stress and job satisfaction as a mediator. Primary data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The population in this research is the teachers of educational institutions in Indonesia. Obtained 161 people with minimum requirements have worked for one year at the institution (purposive sampling). This research uses validity and reliability test, goodness-of-fit model assumption, and hypothesis testing with SEM analysis of Amos 18.0. Based on data analyzed, four of eight hypotheses proposed are have significant influence; 1) PC on job satisfaction, 2) stress on performance, 3) job satisfaction on performance, and 4) there is a role for job satisfaction in mediating the influence of PC on performance. In addition, there are insignificant effects; 1) PC on stress, 2) PC on performance, 3) job stress on job satisfaction, and 4) job stress have no a significant effect as a mediator between PC on performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of workload, teamwork and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Bappeda Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this is all employees of the Bappeda Payakumbuh Municipality. The sampling method used the census method, where all members of the population were used as research samples. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires that were submitted directly to all employees of the Payakumbuh Municipality Planning Agency as many as 38 questionnaires and all respondents returned the questionnaires. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction and a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Then other results show that teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Payakumbuh employees. Keywords: workload, teamwork and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh beban kerja, teamwork dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai di Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam ini adalah seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh sebanyak 38 kuesioner dan seluruh responden mengembalikan kuesioner tersebut. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian hasil lain menunjukkan teamwork berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan  kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kota PayakumbuhKata kunci : Beban kerja, teamwork dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction and employee performance. The method used in this study is a survey conducted on the employees of PT. Maspion I Maxim Division of the Spray Coating Department. The sampling method uses saturated sampling, by taking the entire population of 70 employees to be respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Goodness of fit analysis in the Partial Least Square model. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance while OSHA had no significant effect on employee performance. OSHA implementation and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The environment has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction.   Keywords   :    OSHA, work environment, work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. The research method used was a survey and a sample size of 185 employees. The research instrument adopted from previous research. Retrieval of data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Validity and reliability tests show all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. To test H1 and H2 with simple regression, H3 and H4 test with Baron and Kenny regression model. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Employee engagement on employee performance.

<p>The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying force leadership proper and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.<br />The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Tomang Jakarta.<br />The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164customer service (frontline)PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0for Windows.<br />The results of the study showed that there have been negative effect and significant between leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress. The role of job stress very dominant as a mediator the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention.<br />Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation.</p>

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. Companies must be able to maintain employee performance to remain stable and even increase. Satisfied employees are effective and well-performing workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work stress and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work stress on employee job satisfaction, and to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance. The population in this study were 47 Fave Hotel Housekeeping Department employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample technique and the data was analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, namely the higher the level of work stress that employees have, the lower the job satisfaction and employee performance that will be formed within the employee. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the higher the performance of employees that will be formed. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of work stress on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.
