ABSTRAK<br />ASI merupakan nutrisi terbaik bagi bayi selama 6 bulan pertama kehidupan mereka. Meskipun demikian<br />praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif masih rendah. Keberhasilan dalam memberikan ASI pada bayi dipengaruhi<br />oleh pentingnya dukungan sosial orang terdekat, terutama dari suami. Pengetahuan mengenai masalahmasalah<br />yang berkaitan dengan menyusui merupakan hal pertama yang harus dimiliki ayah agar dapat<br />memberi pengaruh pada praktik pemberian ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara<br />pengetahuan ayah dan breastfeeding father terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas<br />Mengwi III. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mengwi III pada bulan Maret sampai<br />dengan April 2018 terhadap 59 bapak/suami yang memiliki anak umur 6-12 bulan. Penelitian ini<br />menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi Cross Sectional, dianalisa secara deskriptif dan<br />bivariat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square (α=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada<br />hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ayah dan breastfeeding father terhadap pemberian ASI<br />eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mengwi III. Dimana hasil uji statistik tentang pengetahuan<br />menunjukkan nilai prevelensi rasio sebesar 5,868 dengan nilai p value =0,015 dan hasil uji statistik tentang<br />breastfeeding father menunjukkan nilai prevalensi rasio sebesar 4,069 dengan nilai p value =0,044.<br />Kata kunci: ASI Ekslusif, Pengetahuan, Breastfeeding Father<br />ABSTRACT<br />Breastmilk is the best nutrition for the babies during their first 6 months, despite knowing the clear benefit of<br />exclusive breastfeeding, the practice exclusive breastfeeding is still low. The Success in providing<br />breastmilk for babies influenced by the importance of social support, especially from husband. The<br />knowledge of breastfeeding issues is a matter for father to have in order to influence the practice of<br />breastfeeding. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and father’s role in<br />exclusive breastfeeding practice in Puskesmas Mengwi III. This study was conducted at Mengwi III Public<br />Health Center on Maret until April 2018 of 59 father/husband who had children aged 6-12 months. This<br />research used quantitative method with Cross Sectional study approach, the descriptive and bivariate<br />analysis. Bivariate analysis using chi square test (α = 0,05).The results showed significant association<br />between knowledge and father’s role as breastfeeding father in exclusive breastfeeding practice in<br />Puskesmas Mengwi III. The results of knowledge show the prevalence ratio 5,868 and p value=0,015. Food that given to the breastfeeding mother should contain sufficient calories (energy) to replace the energy released as well as the energy needed to produce breast milk. Various factors that influence the mother’s nutrient in the breastfeeding period are lack of knowledge, lack of confident/attitude, also lack family support and environment. This research used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The respondents of this research were 34 mothers that also the total of population. Data analysis was performed in univariate and bivariate analysis with the purpose of testing the hypothesis. Then, the method used was the Chi-Square Test (x2) and used the SPSS 17th version. The result would be considered significant if p-value < 0,05. The result of this study shows that there was the influence of individual understanding toward consumption of young breastfeeding mother with p-value 0,003. There was an influence of family support toward consumption of young breastfeeding mother with p-value 0,028. Then, there was an influence of social culture toward consumption of young breastfeeding mother with p-value 0,027. It can be concluded that there was an influence between individual understanding, family support and social culture toward food consumption of young breastfeeding mothers. Midwives and the community are expected to improve the understanding of individual breastfeeding young mothers and the community about nutritional needs during breastfeeding in various ways, including counseling and mentoring.Makanan  yang  diberikan  kepada  ibu  menyusui  harus  mengandung cukup kalori (energi) guna mengganti energi yang dikeluarkan maupun yang dibutuhkan  untuk  menghasilkan  ASI. Berbagai faktor  yang  mempengaruhi  gizi  ibu  pada  masa menyusui,  adalah  kurangnya  pengetahuan  ibu,  kurangnya  rasa percaya diri ibu/sikap, serta kurangnya dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan. Penelitian  ini  bersifat  survey  analitik, pendekatan  cross sectional dengan responden penelitian 34 orang yang merupakan total dari populasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan tujuan menguji  hipotesis,  dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer  SPSS  versi 17, dan digunakan uji  Chi-Square  Tets  (x2), dengan kategori bermakna jika p value < 0,05. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa  ada  pengaruh  pemahaman individu terhadap  konsumsi  makanan  ibu muda menyusui dengan p= 0,003, ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap konsumsi makanan ibu  muda menyusui  dengan nilai p= 0,028, dan ada  pengaruh  sosial budaya terhadap konsumsi  makanan  ibu muda menyusui  dengan nilai p= 0,027.  Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pemahaman individu, dukungan keluarga dan sosial budaya terhadap  konsumsi makanan ibu muda menyusui. Diharapkan kepada  Puskesmas, bidan dan masyarakat agar dapat  meningkatkan pemahaman individu ibu muda menyusui dan masyarakat tentang kebutuhan nutrisi pada masa menyusui melalui.

Stroke is a condition where a part of the brain is suddenly disturbed which is caused by a lack of blood supply, which causes an inhibition of metabolic processes. As a result of a stroke affects the psychological function of the patient, so the patient feels his level of self-esteem decreases or is low. The role and support of families play an important role in the rehabilitation process to provide health services for stroke patients. The aim is to find out the relationship of family support with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. The design used a "cross sectional study" approach with a population of 2,690 people. Samples were stroke patients at RSU Royal Prima medan, as many as 25 respondents using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires as research instruments. The test used is the chi-square test. The results of the study Based on the chi-square test found p value (<0.05) statistically shows that there is a relationship between family support and the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients specifically there is a relationship between informational support (p-value = 0.009), assessment support (p-value = 0.003), Instrumental support is obtained (p-value = 0.009), Emotional support (p-value = 0.004) with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients. This research shows that good family support will positively impact the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients.

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition. One cause of stunting is poor parenting patterns such as feeding in the first 2 years after birth. Exclusive breastfeeding is the best nutrition a baby receives in the first 6 months of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding with the decrease of stunting in children aged 6-23 months in Sosor Lontung Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency.  This study used a cross-sectional study design. The sample of this research was children aged 6-23 months as many as 39 people. Data collection was carried out by interview and measurement of children's length / height. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used Chi Square test with ƿ-value <0.05. Based on the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with ƿ-value 0.037. The results showed the percentage of stunting in children aged 6-23 months was greater in children who were not given exclusive breastfeeding (50%) than those who received exclusive breastfeeding (17.65%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with a value-value of 0.037. That is, exclusive breastfeeding can reduce the risk of stunting is getting smaller. It is hoped that all babies will receive exclusive breastfeeding so that the baby can grow optimally.

Background: PT. X implements a daily trip method that takes ±1,5 hours to arrive at the offshore platforms. Travel time that’s too long can cause fatigue. Purpose: Analyzing the effect of a daily trip system on PT. X contractor worker fatigue at offshore site. Method: This research was conducted at one of PT. X’s offshore Gresik Sites in June 2021 used Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire with observational analytics method and cross-sectional study design. Research samples were taken from the population of 153 construction workers PT. X at offshore site. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative approach, data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, chi-square statistical test with significance value or confidence interval was 95% and error interval was 5%  (CI = 95% and α = 0.05). Result: PT. X Contractor workers at the offshore site had 85 workers (55.56%) that get fatigue. Statistical analysis test showed there was no significant relationship between a daily trip system with fatigue on PT. X Contractor workers at the offshore site (p-value = 0.140). Factors that affect fatigue on PT. X Contractor workers at the offshore site were age, body mass index, and workload (p-value successive were 0.047, 0.014, and 0.001). Conclusion: A daily trip system has no effect with fatigue on PT. X contractor worker at the offshore site, recommended for the contractor to improve the BMI and manage the workload so that its more evenly distributed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding and mother's education on infant development. This research is a quantitative observational analytic with cross sectional design. The results of univariate analysis show that most babies get exclusive breastfeeding as many as 46 people (55.4%), low education as many as 56 people (67.5%) and most of the normal development of 47 people ( 56.6%). The results of bivariate analysis of exclusive breastfeeding for infant development by chi square test obtained P value <0,000. Conclusions, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding on infant development and bivariate analysis of maternal education on infant development. <p>Ascariasis incidence in children under five in the region work of Puskesmas Olak Kemang still a health problem that needs to be addressed, with a percentage of 51.0% is higher than in other wilayh. The disease is not lethal but can undermine the health of the human body so that the resulting decline in nutritional status, decreased intelligence and brain power or immune health in children.</p><p>               This research is a quantitative study using descriptive analytic method with cross sectional study design that aims to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this research that all children under five in the area of Puskesmas Olak Kemang, samples in this study were 75 children under five. Data were analyzed using analysis Univariate and Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square Test.</p><p>               The results showed that 78.0% of mothers of children under five who are not air personal hygiene, 60.4% of mothers of children under five unusual CTPS, 82.1% of respondents who did not state house meliliki latrine / WC. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between personal hygiene (p-value = 0.000), customs CTPS (p-value = 0.001), latrine ownership (p-value = 0.000) with the incidence of intestinal worms in Puskesmas Olak Kemang Jambi.</p><p>               In connection with the results obtained, that the danger of de- worming is dependent on the cleanliness of his mother in serving as personal hygiene, CTPS and Owners toilets in every home. Anemia is a condition when the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocytes are lower than normal. The normal value of hemoglobin in women is 12 -16 g / dl with erythrocytes from 3.5 to 4.5 jt / mm3. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and Anemia of teenage girl. This research is analytic with cross sectional study design. The samples taken are 66 teenage girls, chosen by quote sampling. The data of this research used primary data obtained through checking up of body mass index and hemoglobin level. The data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis used Chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between nutritional status and Anemia (p value 0.001).

Stunting is a category of malnutrition that can cause death for children. In 2018, 30.8% of children under five in Indonesia experienced stunting. This study aimed to determine the factors that are related to stunting in Babakan Madang sub district, West Java, Indonesia. A cross sectional study was carried out among 612 children aged 6–59 months on May–August 2019. Z-scores were calculated using WHO Anthro. The characteristics of the under-fives (sex, age, history of infectious diseases), maternal characteristics (education level, mother’s occupation, income per month, age during pregnancy, parity), and infant feeding practices (colostrum feeding, early initiation of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding, pre-lacteal feeding, timely complementary feeding) were analysed. The results of univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square showed that for age over 24 months, nonexclusive breastfeeding and untimely complementary feeding were related to stunting. It is recommended that local governments conduct counselling and make positive approaches to the community emphasizing the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and timely complementary feeding.

Psychiatric health nurses work with patients who experience ineffective coping mechanisms for the illness they are experiencing. This makes psychiatric nurses often deal with patients who show different types of symptoms with behavioural problems such as violence, assault, and suicide when hospitalized for anxiety and stress for nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of anxiety level and stress on nurses in acute room and intermediate room. The type of this study was quantitative with comparative analytic design using cross sectional study approach. The sample in this study were 19 acute room nurses and 90 intermediate room nurses. This research was conducted in April 2018 in the treatment room at RSJ Riau Province. The measuring tool used the DASS 42 questionnaire using anxiety and stress questionnaires. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using independent t test statistic for stress variable and Mann Whitney Test for anxiety variable. The results of this study showed there was no difference in the level of anxiety on the nurses in the acute room and intermediate room seen from p value of 0.952 (> 0.05). And there is a difference of stress level on nurses in acute room and intermediate room seen from p value 0,000 (<0,005). Based on the results of this study, nurses are expected to recognize the response level of anxiety and stress experienced by nurses.
