ABSTRACT<br />Many eye diseases experienced by some people, the types and symptoms also vary. Based on the history of eye disease there are four groups of red eyes, one of which is a visual acuity used in the study because of the large number of types of visual eye disease. So for the application of the expert system the scope of the diagnosis of visual red eyes dropped only on several types of eye diseases that are used namely: maendoftalmitis, panoftalmitis, and uveitis. The use of certainty factor is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain so that it can avoid the diagnosis of visual eye disease in this study.<br />Keywords: Certainty Factor, Expert System, Eye Diseases, Red Eye Down Visus<br />ABSTRAK<br />Penyakit mata banyak di alami oleh sebagian orang, jenis dan gejalanya pun beragam. Berdasarkan anamnesis penyakit mata ada empat kelompok mata merah, yang salah satunya merupakan visus turun yang digunakan pada penelitian karena mengingat begitu banyaknya jenis penyakit mata merah visus tersebut. Maka untuk penerapan sistem pakar ruang lingkup diagnosa mata merah visus turun hanya pada beberapa jenis penyakit mata yang digunakan yaitu : maendoftalmitis, panoftalmitis,dan uveitis. Penggunaan certainty factor sangat cocok untuk sistem pakar yang mendiagnosa sesuatu yang belum pasti sehingga dapat menghindari kesalahan diagnose penyakit mata merah visus turun pada penelitian ini.<br />Kata Kunci : Certainty Facktor, Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa Penyakit Mata, Mata Merah Visus Turun

Eye disease today is no longer a rare disease suffered by humans. Many symptoms encountered makes people become confused if the types of eye diseases from which they suffer. Type of eye disease that often affects people of Indonesia according to the Ministry of Health is conjunctivitis, Pterygium, Cataract and Glaucoma. It's no secret if in a meeting with the ophthalmologist will cost not less. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that normally can only be solved by an expert in the field. Forward chaining inference engine used in this study to chronicling the symptoms are inconclusive, then the certainty factor method so that we can determine what percentage of the disease in the suffering of patients through the results of the count in the method. Application web-based expert system created to provide information to people with eye disease illness is entered in accordance with the symptoms.

The Status

Since being confirmed by WHO, the status of COVID-19 outbreak has become a global pandemic, the number of cases has been confirmed positive, cured, and even death worldwide. Artificial intelligence in the medical has given rise to expert systems that can replace the role of experts (doctors). Tools to detect someone affected by COVID-19 have not been widely applied in all regions. Banyumas Regency, Indonesia is included confirmed region of COVID-19 cases, and it’s difficult for someone to know the symptoms that are felt whether these symptoms include indications of someone ODP, PDP, positive, or negative COVID-19, and still at least a referral hospital handling COVID-19. Expert system with certainty factor can help someone make a self-diagnose whether including ODP, PDP, positive, or negative COVID-19. This expert system provides ODP diagnostic results with a confidence level of 99.96%, PDP 99.99790%, positive 99.9999997%, negative 99.760384%, and the application runs well on Android OS

Scabies is a skin disease that is easily transmitted, either through direct contact or through intermediaries such as clothes, bed sheet, and water. The disease causes itching on the body, especially at night. Transmission of the scabies disease is very fast and can develop into an outbreak in a community. Obstacles that occur in the treatment of this disease is not all people with the disease could check it for a variety of reasons, such as too busy with work and economic limitations. The use of expert systems is very important because it can be a tool to substitute the expert, the expert system is easy to use, and can make decisions in a short time. The eye is the important senses. If the eye is disrupted and ignore it, it will disturb the sufferer. In fact, many people delay to checked eye diseases suffered, due to the lack of knowledge society, the cost is quite expensive and the imbalance between patients and doctors so that should be queued if  will check the eye health. This expert system is based on web with the programming language PHP and MySQL database. Health is one of the essential human requirements in addition to food, housing and education, because only in a healthy state humans can live, grow and work better. Numerous people who are less concerned about health, especially on oral and dental health because of dental and oral diseases can strike anyone and anytime. Certainty factor is a method to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain in the form of metrics that are usually used in expert systems. This method is just righ for expert systems that diagnose something uncertain. Dempster-Shafer is a mathematical theory for evidence based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, used to mingle separate pieces of information (evidence) to estimate the probability of an  event. Thus, appear a problem on how to make expert system with  two comparison of certainty factor and dempster-shafer methods on the expert system diagnosing dental and dental diseases. The objective of the research was to contribute a solution by building an application that can determine the dental and mouth disease fast and efficient. It is hoped that this application can be developed into another cases so that it extend the insight of smarthphone based java program.

  Abstract— Central nervous disease is a group of neurological disorders that affect the structure or function of the brain or spinal cord, which collectively form the central nervous system. Society in general there are still many lay people who do not understand nerve health, so many of them ignore the symptoms experienced and may be a symptom of central nervous disease. This may be due to the high cost of consultation, and not to mention doctors who are difficult to find due to time invoices. The purpose of this research is to create an expert system application to diagnose diseases in the rambutan plant that can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that the handling of the disease can be done appropriately. The Forward Chaining and Definity Factor methods are used because they are very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain so that the manual calculation results from the symptom data and the existing expert values result in a 98.91% confidence level percentage, and solutions are given to treat disease-stricken plants. An 82-year-old man with a history of herpes simplex keratitis 40 years previously presented with recurrence, 1 day following vaccination for novel COVID-19. His condition worsened despite topical treatment with ganciclovir gel. A diagnosis of herpetic stromal keratitis was made, requiring systemic aciclovir, topical prednisolone, moxifloxacin and atropine, and oral doxycycline. He improved clinically on treatment, with some residual corneal scarring. Visual acuity improved from 6/36 corrected at presentation, to 6/24 following treatment. Clearly, public and personal health benefits from vaccination are hugely important and we would not suggest avoiding vaccination in such patients. It is, however, important for ophthalmic providers to be aware of the rare potential for reactivation of herpetic eye disease following vaccination to enable prompt diagnosis and treatment.
