Scabies is a skin disease that is easily transmitted, either through direct contact or through intermediaries such as clothes, bed sheet, and water. The disease causes itching on the body, especially at night. Transmission of the scabies disease is very fast and can develop into an outbreak in a community. Obstacles that occur in the treatment of this disease is not all people with the disease could check it for a variety of reasons, such as too busy with work and economic limitations. This research using fuzzy Tsukamoto to develop an expert system for the detection of scabiesdisease. The use of expert systems is very important because it can be a tool to substitute the expert, the expert system is easy to use, and can make decisions in a short time. Scabies disease diagnosis process carried out by way of input symptoms that suffered by patients. Symptoms that are used as input is a scratchy, itchy location, number of lesions or spots, and an extensive history of itching or the number of infected person. The outcome of this process is the level of scabies from mild to severe

Abstract Background: Lupus is an inflammatory and autoimmune disease that involves various tissues and organs of the body. Identification of diagnostic elements to rapid identification of seronegative lupus cases is very important in order to prevent morbidity and progression of disease. This study aimed to compare clinical and laboratory findings of seropositive cases with seronegative lupus patients. Methods: This cross-sectional analytic study was performed on 43 children (17 seronegative and 26 seropositive) with lupus who were admitted to Ali Asghar Hospital during 2007-2017. Seropositive patients had anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) titration >1/80, while seronegative patients had ANA titration <1/80 (at the time of disease diagnosis). Clinical and laboratory findings were compared between two groups. Results: Serositis in patients with ANA- was significantly higher than ANA+ (41.17% vs. 23.07%; p = 0.042). ANA- group had higher autoimmune disease history than ANA+ group (42.85% vs. 15.0%; p = 0.041). The family history of the disease in the ANA- group was greater than ANA+ group (50% vs. 23.52%). The percentage of hypertensive patients in ANA- group was higher than ANA+ group (52.94% vs. 26.92%; p = 0.037). Neurologic symptoms in ANA+ and ANA- groups were 38.46% and 17.64%, respectively (p = 0.043). The frequency of patients with thrombocytopenia in ANA+ group was significantly greater than ANA- group (32% vs. 12.5%; p=0.041). There was no significant difference in other clinical and laboratory findings between two groups. Conclusion: Seronegative lupus patients had higher percentage of musculoskeletal symptoms, autoimmune disease history, familial history of disease, and hypertension, while neurological and thrombocytopenia symptoms were higher in seropositive patients compared to seronegative cases. Therefore, evaluation of these factors can be helpful to diagnosis of seronegative patients.

Objectives: The objectives of the study were to characterize the clinical profile of childhood leprosy presenting at tertiary leprosy care hospitals in the states of Bihar, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh in India, and to determine the possible risk factors associated with disabilities at presentation. Methods: Subjects were children with newly diagnosed leprosy registered for treatment at tertiary Leprosy Mission Hospitals in Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Purulia (West Bengal) and Faizabad (Uttar Pradesh), India, between June and December 2019. Demographic and leprosy characteristics were collected at the time of diagnosis. Parents/guardians were interviewed on reasons for delay in presenting at the hospital. Associations between various factors and delay in diagnosis were assessed. Results: Among the 84 children, the mean (SD) age was 10 (3) years with a range of 4–14 years. There were more boys (58%) and most children were currently in school (93%), resident in rural areas (90%) and belonged to a lower socioeconomic status (68%). More children were diagnosed with multibacillary leprosy (69%), one-third of them being skin smear positive for Mycobacterium leprae. On presentation, 17% had deformity (5% grade 1 deformity and 12% grade 2), 29% had nerve involvement and skin lesions were spread across the body in half of the children. Mean (SD) duration of delay was 10.5 (9.8) months. Delayed presentation was more in boys (43% vs. 17%; P = 0.01), those without a history of migration for work compared to those who had a history of migration (40% vs. 9%; P = 0.008) and in those children who were from a poor economic status compared with those that came from a better economic status (44% vs. 7%; P = 0.001) Limitations: Because our study was conducted at tertiary care hospitals, the findings are not representative of the situation in the field. Furthermore, a comparison group of newly diagnosed adult leprosy patients with disability could have been included in the study. Conclusion: Childhood leprosy continues to occur in endemic pockets in India and a substantial number present with skin smear positivity and deformity. Guardians of these children cite many reasons for the delay in presentation.

Paresthesia is a condition where the sensation on the skin is abnormal, such as tingling, itching or numbness, for no apparent reason. This condition can occur only temporarily or for a long time (chronic). Bucharestesia can be temporary (temporary) or chronic. Almost everyone has experienced temporary paresthesia. This sensation occurs when nerves are accidentally compressed in certain body positions, such as sitting cross-legged for too long or sleeping with your head on your hands. Temporary paraesthesia will go away on its own when the pressure on the nerves is relieved. However, if the tingling feeling persists even though the pressure has been relieved, then there may be another disease or disorder in the body that is the cause. Chronic paresthesia is often a symptom of a neurological disease or caused by trauma to the nerve tissue. A variety of diseases can cause chronic paresthesia including vitamin deficiency, neurological disorders due to repetitive movements or other diseases. Chronic paraesthesia requires medication and management to heal. However, sometimes chronic paresthesia cannot completely heal even after undergoing treatment even though an expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that usually only one person can solve. Expert systems also help their activities as highly experienced assistants. Expert systems can also provide analysis of problems and can also recommend to users some actions to make improvements.

English abstract: In this article, I will give a short outline of the Hindu bhakti-worship and introduce various mediation techniques and forms throughout the history of Hinduism until modern times. With this as the point of departure, I will discuss whether a current medialization of bhakti through cyberspace – bhakti online – can be equivalent to bhakti offline, where the worshipper is understood as having a more direct contact with a divine presence. This article is based on a wide understanding of the mediation concept, but will primarily focus on the body as the central pivot of mediation.

Expert system is a method used to implement human science to computer systems with the aim of solving a problem in the field of knowledge. Allergic disease is an overreaction from the body to certain particles from outside that enter the body which makes people feel uncomfortable and disturbed, allergies can occur with a variety of symptoms, some have experienced mild symptoms such as itchy eyes, sneezing, or reddened skin, and some are suffering from allergies with severe asthma. Factors from the causes of this allergy are very much encountered such as through the respiratory tract, through food, through drugs and so forth. Medical experts can use the application that has been built, which aims to make it easier to diagnose allergic diseases of the skin by only paying attention to the symptoms experienced. By using the Certainty Factor (CF) method, we get the value of a person's likelihood of developing allergic disease or not. The Certainty Factor (CF) method is very beneficial for the allergic skin disease system. Keywords: 3-5 Expert Systems, Skinpox, Certainty Factor.

The author states that this communication to the Royal Society is part of a series of investigations on development, on which he has been for some years engaged, and which was commenced in a paper on that of the Myriapoda, published in 1841, in the Philosophical Transactions. The plan followed in these investigations has been to combine observations on the natural history of the animals with others on the conditions which affect their development, as the best mode of arriving at correct conclusions. The history of the discovery of what can now be proved to be the direct agent of impregnation, the spermatozoon, is then traced; and it is shown, that although within the last few years an opinion has been gaining ground that the spermatozoon, and not the liquor seminis , as formerly supposed, is the means of impregnation, no acknowledged proof has hitherto been given of the correctness of this opinion, and no refutation afforded to the theory that the liquor seminis is the part of the seminal fluid immediately concerned. The question of the agency of the spermatozoon has thus remained open; and it is to this question, with a view first to supply proof from direct experiments of the fact of the agency of this body, as well as to examine into the circumstances under which this agency is exerted, influenced or impeded, that the present communication is especially devoted. The author then traces the changes in the ovum within the body of the Amphibia, from a short time before the disappearance of the germinal vesicle to the period when the ovum is expelled before impregnation. The structure of the germinal vesicle in the ovarian ovum is shown to be an involution of cells, as stated by Wagner and Barry; but the author differs entirely from the latter respecting the mode of disappearance of the vesicle, and also respecting the part played by its constituents in the production of the embryo. He believes the included cells are liberated by the diffluence of the membrane of the germinal vesicle in the interior of the yelk, not in the centre of the yelk, but much nearer to the upper or dark surface than to the white or inferior, and at the bottom of a short canal, the entrance to which is in the middle of the upper or black surface at a point already noticed by Prevost and Dumas, Rusconi and Boa; and he thinks that it is due to the diffluence of the envelope of the vesicle in this situation that the moment of disappearance has not yet been observed. The germinal vesicle in the Amphibia always disappears before the ovum leaves the ovary, and escapes into the cavity of the abdomen. The mode in which the ovum, after leaving the ovary, is believed to arrive at the entrance of the oviduct is then stated, and the structure of the entrance in the intermedial space, as shown by Swammerdam, described.

A doctor or medical scholar needs a reference book to learn how to diagnose tropical diseases. This reference book is sometimes a hassle if you have to carry it everywhere. This reference book is also impractical if you have to search it first to find the symptoms and diseases you want to study. So that we need a system to make it easier for doctors and medical scholars to study the science of diagnosis and look for symptoms and diseases. Expert systems are knowledge-based programs that provide expert quality solutions to problems in a specific domain. This expert system is used in the fields of medicine, agriculture, business, and others. Expert systems in the field of medicine make it easy to identify diseases suffered by patients through the symptoms present in the patient. This expert system helps doctors make diagnoses to convince doctors about the results of the diagnosis. The expert system in this study uses a combined method. The combined method is forward chaining and backward chaining. The forward chaining method is used to determine specific symptoms that appear, while the backward chaining method is used to trace general symptoms that arise from specific symptoms that have been previously selected. The result of combining these methods provides a diagnostic percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, the user's assessment of the system gives a good response.

Chicken disease is a condition in which the body organs of chickens cannot function normally. Diagnosing a disease requires symptoms that appear on the chicken's body. To conduct a disease diagnosis, further examination is needed by specialists (experts). An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge that is entered into a computer to solve problems that are usually resolved by experts. The system created in solving problems uses the Bayes Theorem method in which the inference process uses Forward Chaining. The application was developed using the visual basic 2010 programming language and MySQL database.

ABSTRACT
Many eye diseases experienced by some people, the types and symptoms also vary. Based on the history of eye disease there are four groups of red eyes, one of which is a visual acuity used in the study because of the large number of types of visual eye disease. So for the application of the expert system the scope of the diagnosis of visual red eyes dropped only on several types of eye diseases that are used namely: maendoftalmitis, panoftalmitis, and uveitis. The use of certainty factor is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain so that it can avoid the diagnosis of visual eye disease in this study.
Keywords: Certainty Factor, Expert System, Eye Diseases, Red Eye Down Visus
ABSTRAK
Penyakit mata banyak di alami oleh sebagian orang, jenis dan gejalanya pun beragam.
