This study aim to explains prophetic ethics as an important issue in social life. For this reason, this study focuses on morality which is one of the main points of study in the book al-Adab an-Nabawy by Muhammad Abdul 'Aziz al-Khūly about prophetic ethics in social life. Through a literature study (Library Research) by exploring the meaning of hadith with techniques of classifying each hadith and focusing on hadith that examines prophetic ethics in the book of al-adab an-Nabawy, this study at least finds that prophetic ethics according to al-Khuly in social life includes good behavior, prohibition of prejudice, prohibition of spying, prohibition of envy, helping, controlling yourself from anger, making things easier and prohibiting making things difficult, prohibition of hurting neighbors and the obligation to respect guests, suggestions for greeting and not asking too many questions.

The purpose of this paper is to criticize the Constitutional Court Decision Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019, which determines that the phrases "executorial power" and "are the same as court decisions having permanent legal force" in Article 15 paragraph (2) of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning The Fiduciary Guarantee contradicts the 1945 Constitution. From the norms contained in this article, there is a power of execution that the fiduciary security holder can carry out (creditors), which then causes many problems, both related to the constitutionality of norms and implementation. Thus, the authors question two things, first how is the juridical analysis of the Constitutional Court decision No. 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 regarding breach of contract in the fiduciary agreement? Second, what is the juridical implication of MK Decision No. fiduciary? The writer's research type is library research, a literature study (library research) with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection technique used was documentation techniques, and the approach method used in this study was juridical normative. The results of this study conclude that 1) The Constitutional Court's decision has not provided a sense of justice as in Article 27 paragraph (1) and Article 28D paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, because in this Constitutional Court decision gives more exclusive rights to the debtor because in this case, the creditor does not get legal protection rights in the event of undesirable things (2) This decision has implications for various parties, namely the Court, which now often receives requests for execution and the process will be lengthy, for notaries must add and clarify default clauses in detail. For business people whose creditors (fiduciary recipients) cannot carry out unilateral execution of the object of fiduciary security but must submit a request for performance to the Court. There is a concern that lousy faith will occur from the community's debtor when the creditor is submitting a request for execution to the Court.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The moral decadence of this age is very worrying for the world of education. Various problems arise from the inability of students to self-control so that they fall into crime. Surely this needs to be found a solution. This study tried to find a method of learning about adab and its application from Abu Bakr al Jazairi. This study uses the method of literature study (library research). The results of the study found that the application of adab to self begins from repenting (Repentance) to God as a sign of awareness of human weakness and humiliation, then always under the supervision of Allah SWT (muraqabah) in every circumstance, always conduct self-evaluation (Mahasabha) and struggle to control yourself (mujaahadah).</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Dekadensi moral di zaman ini sangat mengkhawatirkan dunia pendidikan. Berbagai masalah timbul di mulai dari ketidakmampuan siswa dalam mengendalikan diri sehingga terjatuh ke dalam kejahatan. Tentunya hal ini perlu dicarikan solusinya. Penelitian ini mencoba menemukan metode pembelajaran tentang adab dan penerapannya dalam dari dalam karya Abu Bakar al Jazairi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan (library reasech). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan adab terhadap diri dimulai dari bertobat (Taubat) kepada Allah sebagai tanda kesadaran akan kelemahan dan kehinaan manusia, lalu selalu dalam pengawasan Allah SWT (muraqabah) dalam setiap keadaan, senantiasa melakukan evaluasi diri (muhaasabah) dan berjuang menguasai diri (mujaahadah).</p>

Abstract. This research aimed to describe Portfolio-Based Instruction (PBI) in improving student learning responsibility at Theological Seminary. This research used qualitative and literature study technic. This research brought about the conclusion when PBI applied by consider the compatibility of study materials and purposes of learning than PBI can improves student learning responsibility at Theological Seminary.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pendekatan model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio (MPBP) dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi (STT). Penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini menghasikan kesimpulan apabila MPBP diterapkan dengan mempertimbangkan kecocokan materi kuliah dan tujuan perkuliahan, maka dapat meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi.

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

The Brain

Spiritual crisis is a factor leading to disorientation in today’s modern humans and the decline of morality of the nation. The low level of spirituality is caused by an educational approach that only focuses on the brain and ignores spiritual values. The Qur'an has actually affirmed the mission of spiritual education which should be used as a reference for the current education system. This article employs library research method through a comparison of the way the mufassirin interpret verses about the mission of spiritual education. The results show that the mission of spiritual education carried out by the Prophet Muhammad can be seen for example in Surat Al-Anbiya' verse 107, Surat Saba' verse 28 and Surat Al-Ahzab verse 21, namely rahmatan lil 'alamin (mercy to all creations). The prophet has brought evidence the truth to perfect the akhlậq, as well as to become the followers of uswah hasanah (perfect example) which must be imitated by all humans. Meanwhile, the stages of increasing spirituality in the Surat Luqman Verses 12-19, include: (1) instilling the tauhid values, (2) being filial to parents, (3) understanding the reciprocity of each deed, (4) command to worship, (5) introducing politeness in social life. Elements of spiritual education contained in Surat al-Muzzammil Verses 1-10 include qiyamul lail or night prayer, reciting the Qur’an in a tartil way, getting used to zikr, patience, jihad fi sabilillah or fighting on the path of Allah, and always praying and begging forgiveness from Allah.

<p><em>Development strategy of human resource management for millennial generation is a step purposed at producing superior individuals who have characteristics and abilities that can compete and have a sale value that can be relied on either in a company or organization. The purposes of this study was to answering the formulation of problems regarding the characteristics of millennial generation related to work culture and human resource development strategies for millennial generation.</em><em> The research method used descriptive qualitative by </em><em>library research or literature study.</em><em> The results of this study prove that </em>t<em>he strategy being carried out is a way to improve the ability of every individual likes a training responsibility, intensive learning, behavior modification, immediate information, learning practice and patterns. Abstract: Article with the title ‘Analysis of the Concept of Integration of Science in Islam’, it discusses describing and analyzing concepts between sciences in Islam. Science we will describe later, is a system of meaning of reality and truth, based on revelation supported by reason and intuition. The method used in this study uses the method or literature study (library research). Literature study can be interpreted as an activity relating to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. With nadzar and fikr processes, ratios will be able to articulate, make propositions, express opinions, argue, make analogies, make decisions, and draw conclusions. In the Islamic worldview, science is closely related to faith, ‘aql, qalb, and taqwa. Not only is knowledge systematically gathered, but knowledge is also an understanding. Where to calculate the haq Of course you will not argue with the haq. However, over time, hegemony and colonialism caused Muslims to replace and apply the concept of Western knowledge that is blindly. This attitude certainly causes confusion. So, trying to develop and develop the concept of science in the Qur'an can be made the basis for formulating the basis of knowledge in Islam. Keywords: Integration of knowledge, worldview, and scientific methods.   Abstrak: Artikel dengan judul ‘Analisis Konsep Integrasi Ilmu dalam Islam’, ini bertujuan memaparkan dan menganalisis konsep intergrasi ilmu dalam Islam. Ilmu sebagaimana akan kita uraikan nanti, merupakan system pemaknaan akan realitas dan kebenaran, bersumber pada wahyu yang didukung oleh rasio dan intuisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Studi pustaka dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Dengan proses nadzar dan fikr, rasio akan dapat berartikulasi, menyusun proposisi, menyatakan pendapat, berargumentasi, membuat analogi, membuat keputusan, serta menarik kesimpulan. Dalam worldview Islam, ilmu berkaitan erat dengan iman, ‘aql, qalb, dan taqwa. Tidak hanya merupakan satu pengetahuan yang terhimpun secara sistematis, tetapi ilmu juga merupakan suatu metodologi. Dimana metodologi yang haq tentu tidak akan bertentangan dengan yang haq. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, hegemoni dan kolonialisme menyebabkan umat Islam cenderung meniru dan mengadopsi konsep ilmu pengetahuan Barat secara membabi buta. Sikap ini tentu saja menyebabkan kebingungan (confusition) yang berlanjut pada hilangnya identitas. Maka, upaya menggali dan mengembangkan konsep ilmu dalam al-Qur‘an dapat dijadikan landasan bagi upaya merumuskan kerangka integrasi ilmu pengetahuan dalam Islam. Kata kunci: Integrasi ilmu, worldview, metode keilmuan.

This study aims to discuss and see the evaluation of entrepreneurship education in elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyah. Elementary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah that have implemented entrepreneurship education that can be used as references include: SD Entrepreneur Muslim Alif-A Piyungan Yogyakarta, SD IT Alam Harum Purbalingga, and MI Terpadu Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research data is qualitative data and the data source is secondary data. While the data method used is library research (library research). Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data display, and withdrawal from the literature study conducted. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The results of this study explain that, the implementation of Entrepreneurship Education in elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyah can be carried out in three stages, namely: (1) The planning stage, including: formulation of program objectives, program vision and mission of entrepreneurship education, material which then incorporates educational values. entrepreneurship that will be developed in the Learning Implementation Plan; (2) Implementation stage, including: class, entrepreneurship, integrated with subjects, self-development activities, school culture; and (3) The evaluation phase, including entrepreneurial education activities based on entrepreneurial values that have been internalized and implemented in the behavior seen in the activities of students at school.

Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) or Integrated Islamic Schools are essentially schools that implement concepts. Islamic education is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah and is based on the National Education System Law. This article aims to describe and find out the curriculum components and curriculum organization in the Integrated Islamic School, especially in Arabic subjects at Luqmanul Hakim Aceh Integrated Islamic Middle School. The research method used was literature study (library research) with documentation and interview collection techniques and for its analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the curriculum components in SIT are Objectives, Content, Process and Evaluation of Curricula that have TERPADU characteristics (Telaah/Study, Eksplorasi/Explore, Rumuskan/Formulate, Presentasikan/Present, Aplikasikan/Apply, Duniawi/Worldly, Ukhrowi/Divinity). Overall curriculum organization under the auspices of the JSIT institute of Arabic subjects at all levels and general subjects at elementary through junior high level can be classified in the curriculum organization of broad field curriculum, while general subjects at the level of senior high school belong to the curriculum organization of separated-subject. In its implication the SIT curriculum can be categorized into Integrated Curriculum. Keywords: Curriculum Development, Arabic Curriculum, Integrated Islamic School.

The purpose of this study is describe feminism and the resilience of women in the world of work in Indonesia and Iceland. Feminism as a system of ideas, as a framework and study of social life and human experience that evolved from a women-centered perspective. In Indonesia and Iceland, this is a long history as a reflection of the responsibility regarding the reality of gender inequality. In this study researchers used a research method with the type of literature study. Data collection techniques that utilize secondary data obtained through the library and then described and analyzed to extract from the literature such as books, journals, report, documents and other materials that support this research. Based on the results and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that feminism is increasingly developing and being recognized by the world. Feminism and the resilience of women in these two countries have shown that women have great opportunities in the development of the world of work, politics and other fields. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan dalam dunia kerja di Indonesia dan Islandia. Feminisme sebagai sistem gagasan,   sebagai kerangka kerja dan studi kehidupan sosial dan pengalaman manusia yang berevolusi dari perpsektif yang berpusat pada perempuan. Di Indonesia dan Islandia, hal ini adalah sejarah panjang sebagai cerminan dari tanggung jawab tentang realitas ketidaksetaraan gender. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dengan jenis kajian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui perpustakaan kemudian di deskripsikan dan dianalisis untuk disarikan dari literatur seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, dokumen dan bahan lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa feminisme semakin lama semakin berkembang dan diakui oleh dunia. Feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan di dua negara ini sudah menunjukkan bahwa kaum perempuan memiliki peluang besar dalam perkembangan dunia kerja, politik dan bidang lainnya.
