special interest tourism is one of the forms of attraction development recommended in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPDA) of the Bandung Regency. Therefore, realizing the special interest attraction of interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari destination is the most appropriate strategy in the development of the next destination. The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

This study discusses about development of regional tourism through the development of human resources Gorontalo, Sulawesi. The master plan for tourism development in Gorontalo stated that Gorontalo has three areas of community-based tourism development and eight excellent tourist attractions. It was realised that human resources has an important role in the general development as well the development of regional tourism. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data source obtained from field observation, interview, group discussion and documentation. Local governments have encouraged the development of regional tourism, especially destinations that are around the community through the empowerment of surrounding communities in order to manage the destination well. In order for all aspects of tourism management to run properly it is necessary role of local government in giving encourage and support education field of tourism. So it can fill the shorted of expert workforce to be placed on institutions or tourism related industries.

Loyalty has become a serious concern for the managers of tourist villages because the loyalty of tourists is a guarantee of tourism business to be sustainable. The purpose of this study is to examine how the loyalty of tourists can be created by the factors of the tourist attraction, safety, and amenities, with loyalty as an intervening, on the model of Community-Based Tourism development in Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran Tourism Village. The analytical method used is path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the tourist attraction is a dominant factor that gives a positive influence on the loyalty of tourists through intervention variable satisfaction. Other factors studied, namely safety and tourist facilities are not proven to affect the loyalty of tourists. This research recommends that loyalty of tourists can be achieved through efforts to improve the quality of tourist attraction.

This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

This study is concerned with the potentials of indigenous culinary businesses in several tourist areas in Bengkulu. Using a descriptive approach, we look at the development of culinary industry in the research locus aiming to find out the strategies applied by local culinary entrepreneurs to introduce their indigenous culinary so as to support the regional tourism development in general. Primary research data were collected through intreviews with tourists and culinary business owners at the research locus. Secondary research data were obtained from Bengkulu Regional Adminstration Office, Bengkulu Tourism Office, and Statistics Bureau of Bengku. These data were analyzed using SWOT analysis method


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. Puru Beach has the potential to attract tourists to visit. But lack of adequate facilities, poor road access, no attractive tourist attractions, minimal Human Resources (HR) managers, and no active role of local government so that it becomes problems to development of Puru Beach. The purpose of this research is to determine the community based tourism development strategy in Puru Beach. This research used a qualitative research method with the technique of taking informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collections in this research used primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. The analytical tool used to formulate community based tourism development strategies on Puru Beach is SWOT Analysis by looking at internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that exist in Puru Beach. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis community based tourism development strategies in Puru Beach can be formulated to make Puru Beach a Sport Tourism, increase promotional media through social media, increase human resources (HR), add supporting facilities, encouraging local governments to improve road access, collaborating with local governments, optimizing tourism awareness groups on Puru Beach, and maintaining cultural values.
