The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

The purpose of this study is to determine: the implementation of remuneration based performance in sharia state university in Indonesia (IAIN-Institut Agama Islam Negeri). This study aims to determine the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Research method used in this study using a survey within the university staff. The multiple regression results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Hypothesis used in this research: Organizational culture have an effect on to job satisfaction, work motivation influence to<br />job satisfaction, organizational culture influence to employee performance, work motivation influence to employee performance, job satisfaction influence to employee performance. The data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study is 1780 employees, with sampling used in this study is probability sampling, with the technique of sample random sampling from the total of the existing population then the<br />sample of the study of 327 respondents. Instrument calibration was performed to test the validity of grain and product moment and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of<br />cronbach's alpha. The hypothesis used in this research is to use the tenure of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study conclude that the organizational<br />culture variables affect the job satisfaction, while organizational culture affects the performance of the rich. It can be concluded that organizational culture and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance. Motivation of work has an influence on job satisfaction, while work motivation has an influence on employee performance. It can be concluded that the motivation of work more influence on job satisfaction when compared to employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Overall, which has the most influence on employee performance is job satisfaction. Based on the results of these studies, in improving employee performance requires an individual attitude that is emotional to the job with job responsibilities.</p>

There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5). This research is about the influence of competence, motivation and organizational culture on lecturer performance mediated by job satisfaction at "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School. This research needs to be done because performance is a picture of organizational success, not merely the results achieved, also the processes that a person or organization undertakes to achieve its goals. So it is necessary to know how much influence and the direction of the relationship of several factors on the influence of employee performance in an organization, namely competence, motivation, and organizational culture factors that affect lecturer performance through job satisfaction at the "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School, so that it can be input, suggestion and alternative. in human resource management and policy development in improving existing human resource management, especially lecturer performance so that they are ready to compete and excel in their field of study. The subjects of this research are permanent lecturers at the "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School. The results showed that the hypothesis proposed was appropriate to explain that competence, motivation, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School. Other results show that competence, motivation, and organizational culture through job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at "MMTC" Yogyakarta High School.

Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.

The purpose of the organization is to obtain maximum results and also pay attention to performance in the process of these objectives. The description of the research aims to explore the relationship between leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. The independent variables of this research are leadership and organizational culture. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and performance are included in the dependent variable. This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation (Samarinda City) consisting of 83 respondents. Research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection by questionnaire by testing the leadership and organizational culture on performance and moderated by the variable job satisfaction. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. Empirical findings indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on performance. On one hand, the results of the study also showed that job satisfaction had a negative and not significant effect on performance. Researchers who have a focus on the variables in this study, in order to be able to use the criteria for selecting more respondents and more detailed in the future.
