The purpose of this study is to determine: the implementation of remuneration based performance in sharia state university in Indonesia (IAIN-Institut Agama Islam Negeri). This study aims to determine the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Research method used in this study using a survey within the university staff. The multiple regression results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.

One of the key factors for an organization's success lies in its human resources or employees. Optimal employee performance supports the organization achieving its goals. In this study, problems were found in employee performance, which was the result of a student satisfaction survey on employee services at Maranatha Christian University that had not reached 100%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. The University staffs consisting of 131 Permanent Administration Workers and 58 Permanent Household Workers are the objects of this study. The research method used was descriptive and explanatory. The results showed that there was a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction variable was also found that there was a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and job satisfaction are important factors in improving employee performance.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

This study aims to describe and know: (1) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction; (2) the influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation; (3) the influence of organizational culture to organizational commitment; (4) the influence of job satisfaction to organizational commitment; and (5) the influence of achievement motivation to the organizational commitment of SMP Negeri Teladan Timur subdistrict and City of Medan. The research method used is survey method that is exploratory. The research method used is quantitative method with path analysis model. The number of respondents as many as 143 people taken with Random Proportional Sampling. Research instrument in the form of questionnaire, is data analysis through path analysis and previously there is data normality test with Kolmogrof-Smirnov Test (Z), linearity test and regression significance with Variance Analysis at significance level &alpha; equal to 0,05. The results of this study were found: (1) there was a positive direct effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction with path coefficient &rho;21 = 0,83, with influence of 69%; (2) there is a direct positive influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation with path coefficient &rho;31 = 0,79 with influence of 62%; (3) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment with path coefficient &rho;41 = 0,27 with influence 7%; (4) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment with path coefficient &rho;42 = 0,43 with its influence equal to 18%; (5) there is a positive direct influence of achievement motivation toward organizational commitment with path coefficient &rho;43 = 0,24 with influence 5,8%. The higher the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and achievement motivation of teachers, the higher also in affecting the commitment of teacher organization SMP Negeri Teladan Timur subdistrict Medan City

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work climate, and welfare facilities on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance in PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by a random sampling method of 226 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that partially, organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The highest influence value is the variable of organizational culture, meaning that organizational culture has a more dominant influence on employee job satisfaction, with a total effect of 36.40% (direct effect of 31.03%). Simultaneously, organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities directly and indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is an intervening variable of organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities to employee performance, because there is an increase in the influence of organizational culture, work climate and welfare facilities on employee performance by 16.12% if through job satisfaction variables.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

Job satisfaction is one of the keys to accomplish optimal performance. Therefore, conditioning the organization to create job satisfaction is very important. This study aims to prove that the optimization of employee performance can be achieved especially if the job satisfaction has been realized, using career development, competence, and compensation as indicators. This research method was descriptive-verification with the collection data using survey that sampling uses saturated sampling and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model. The object research was employees of the Regional Forestry Service work units of Central Sulawesi Province. The results proved that the job satisfaction was a very important factor in mediating (full mediating variables) the variables of career development, competence, and compensation in improving employee performance, which is indicated by a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, it was proven that the biggest contribution affecting employee performance was the variable job satisfaction, with career development contributes to the highest influence on job satisfaction, followed by competence, and compensation.   Keywords: Job satisfaction, career development, competence, compensation, and employee’s performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. The research method used was a survey and a sample size of 185 employees. The research instrument adopted from previous research. Retrieval of data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Validity and reliability tests show all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. To test H1 and H2 with simple regression, H3 and H4 test with Baron and Kenny regression model. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Employee engagement on employee performance.
