This study aims to determine how the implementation of CSR of PT. Setya Kisma Usaha (SKU) in Telentam Hamlet, To find out the constraints faced by the village government in implementing CSR for the development of the Telentam Hamlet market. What is the impact on society with the existence of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) issued by PT. Setya Kisma Usaha (SKU). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Traffic and road transport have an important role in supporting national development and integration as part of efforts to advance public welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. One of the causes of the high level of traffic accidents themselves is the lack of public awareness in this is the driver of the vehicle in driving, for example not paying attention and obeying existing traffic rules, not having mental readiness when driving or driving in a state of exhaustion, being under the influence of alcohol, or illegal drugs. The condition of the driver's unpreparedness in driving allows accidents that can endanger the safety of other road users. Careless, sleepy, unskilled, not keeping a distance, going too fast. Besides the causes of the traffic accidents that have been described above. Majority of traffic violations in the form of violations of traffic signs and traffic lights, such as the prohibition of stopping and parking in certain places, through red lights and others. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana implementasi CSR PT. Setya Kisma Usaha (SKU) di Dusun Telentam, Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah desaa dalam mengimplementasikan CSR untuk pembangunan pasar Dusun Telentam. Apa dampak bagi masyarakat dengan adanya CSR (Corporate Social Responsbiliti) yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. Setya Kisma Usaha (SKU). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan memiliki peranan yang penting dalam mendukung pembangunan dan integrasi nasional sebagai bagian dari upaya memajukan kesejahteraan umum sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Salah satu penyebab tingginya tingkat kecelakan lalu lintas sendiri terjadi adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam hal ini pengemudi kendaraan dalam berkendara, misalnya tidak memperhatikan dan menaati peraturan lalu lintas yang sudah ada, tidak memiliki kesiapan mental pada saat mengemudi atau mengemudi dalam kondisi kelelahan, berada dalam pengaruh minuman keras, atau obat-obat terlarang. Kondisi ketidaksiapan pengemudi dalam berkendara memungkinkan terjadinya kecelakaan yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan pengguna jalan raya lainnya. Lengah, mengantuk, kurang terampil, tidak menjaga jarak, melaju terlalu cepat. Selain penyebab penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas yang telah diuraikan di atas. Pelanggaran lalu lintas mayoritas berupa pelanggaran rambu-rambu lalu lintas dan lampu lalu lintas, seperti larangan berhenti dan parkir di tempat-tempat tertentu, menerobos lampu merah dan lain-lain.

Traffic and road transport has a strategic role to support national development and integration as part of efforts to promote public welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. As part of a transportation system that has to be developed its potential and role to create security, safety, discipline and smooth traffic and road transportation in order to support economic development and the development of science and technology, in Law number 22 of 2009 concerning traffic and road transportation, it is explicitly stated that there is a sharpening of the formulation of principles and objectives, which is in addition to creating traffic and road transportation that is safe, secure, discipline, smooth and integrated with other transportation models, the Law aims at supporting the national economy, realizing public welfare and national unity, and upholding the dignity of the nation. Therefore,  aspects of security and safety are a concern in realizing ethics and cultures in a cross-disciplined manner, through efforts of guidance and education from an early age in elementary schools in a sustainable manner so that it is expected to reduce the number of traffic accidents which tend to be dominated by school age. One reason is due to the many violations and less knowledge of legal awareness in traffic. Ethics and cultural of traffic is implemented in the teaching and learning process that is integrated through 2013 curriculum since early age with techniques and methods of learning that are conducive and correct with teaching materials for elementary school so they understand traffic procedures that can benefit themselves and others, and in the end can realize security, safety, order and smooth traffic.

Subject. To achieve a high level of economic security is a key priority of national development. Employment reveals one of the most important aspects of social development of the individual that is associated with his or her needs satisfaction in the sphere of employment and is boon to economic security. Objectives. The purpose of the study is to show the impact of unemployment on economic security in employment. Methods. I apply such scientific methods as dialectical, historical and logical unity, structural and functional analysis, traditional techniques of economic analysis and synthesis. The methods of multivariate statistical and comparative analysis serve as a methodological basis of the study. To determine the indicator of unemployment, I use the band theory. Results. I underpin the growing role of employment in ensuring economic security. The paper presents a comprehensive assessment of the unemployment status and a comparative analysis of the indicator in the Republic of Mordovia, the Volga Federal District, and the Russian Federation as a whole. I identify trends in the average duration of unemployment, show the distribution of unemployed by level of education and age groups. Conclusions. The average annual unemployment rate in the Republic of Mordovia is lower than in Russia and the Volga Federal District. The findings may be useful for public authorities to substantiate their employment policy at both macro- and meso-levels, for designing programs and strategies for socio-economic development of regions and the social security doctrine, as well as in practical activities of employment services.

The goal of the research is to determine how compensation affects the safety behavior of truck drivers and consequently the frequency of traffic accidents. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on a sample of 220 truck drivers in international road transport in the EU, where the results of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) show that in the current state of the transport sector, financial and non-financial incentives have a positive impact on the work and safety behavior of drivers. Financial incentives also have an impact on drivers’ increased perception of their driving ability, while moving violations continue to have a major impact on the number of accidents. The proposed improvements enable decision-makers at the highest level to adopt legal solutions to help manage the issues that have been affecting the industry from a work, social and safety point of view for the past several years. The results of the research therefore represent an important guideline for improvements to the legislature as well as in the systematization of truck driver compensation within companies.

The impact of globalization has penetrated throughout the civilization of the nations of the world, running so fast. Especially very influential on changes in various lines of life. Related to this is the issue of increasing narcotics abuse and narcotics illicit trafficking which has created conditions that have hindered the development process and weakened civilization. Eradication of narcotics distribution is a national problem, because it has a negative impact that can damage and threaten the lives of the people, nation and state and can hamper the national development process. The rise of narcotics abuse does not only occur in big cities, but has reached small cities in all ten regions of the Republic of Indonesia, including East Aceh Regency. The increasingly diverse lifestyle of the people due to the influence of globalization also contributes to the increasing circulation of narcotics in East Aceh District. This certainly must receive serious attention, because if we look at what is happening in East Aceh District and several other regions in Indonesia, the crime of narcotics distribution from time to time always increases which in the end is increasingly unsettling the community, so before these things increase In East Aceh District, an effective solution must be found to eradicate it. Factors that cause a person to commit a narcotics crime in East Aceh Regency are due to economic factors where a person needs money to live and the difficulty of getting work, family environmental factors, social environmental factors and availability / lack of supervision factors. Efforts in tackling narcotics circulation in East Aceh district involve many parties, including: firstly, pre-emptive efforts by providing counseling in the community and schools about narcotics carried out by the police in tackling narcotics crime in East Aceh District. Second, preventive measures (prevention) by conducting raids and patrols routinely, providing oversight of the association and positive activities carried out by the police, prosecutors, religious leaders, community leaders and youth organizations. The third repressive effort (action) which aims to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of drug trafficking crimes involving all law enforcement officials ranging from the Police, Attorney and District Courts and Detention Houses.Keywords: Crimonology, Narcotics Circulation.

Based on longterm statistical and primary reporting data, the article examines and evaluates the impact of the results of business activities of enterprises, including joint ventures operating in the oil and gas industry of Azerbaijan, on the implementation of targeted and social projects both in the republic and in foreign countries. The activities of similar structural units are analyzed, and the results of business activities of joint ventures in the oil industry are obtained. At the same time, special attention is paid to the analysis of the results of business activities of the studied enterprises. The content of the implementation of targeted and corporate social projects is disclosed, as well as the issues of the formation of income of the State Oil Fund, the allocation of funds from it for the implementation of a wide network of social infrastructure facilities, social events and maintenance of intellectual property. The key aspects of SOCAR’s activities on the expansion of the foreign market were considered. Specific target projects of SOCAR in different countries of the world have been analyzed. The potential and dynamics of the number of employees of SOCAR joint companies and their main financial indicators are shown. The essence and significance of the implementation of corporate social projects that contribute to raising the company’s image among the population of the country and in the world community are revealed. The necessity of developing and implementing larger investment and innovation projects in the context of new global challenges and requirements has been substantiated. The expediency of expanding the activities of SOCAR and its subsidiaries abroad in the short and long term was considered. The importance of SOCAR’s activities in solving social and economic problems of the population and enhancing the development of the country’s economy is revealed. The efficiency of SOCAR joint ventures in solving multifunctional tasks facing this large company in the modern period was noted. A number of recommendations were prepared and a group of substantiated proposals for organizing business activities of joint ventures in Azerbaijan was presented, their role in the implementation of targeted and social projects was disclosed.

Currently, there are quite a lot of incorrect procedures and mistakes that occur in the forensic area, which lacks analytical approaches toward solving the causes of accidents using s–t diagrams (distance–time diagrams) combined with the software simulation applications. When analyzing accidents, the correct information is of key importance. The aim of this article is to define a new specific technical and analytical approach toward handling expert’s reports on traffic accidents in road transport at intersections, with respect to the traffic lights. A simulation program application is used as a progressive means of accident evaluation. This procedure must become a standard in the methods of modern traffic accident analysis. The application of this methodology with simulation tools for accident reconstruction enables one to perform a very precise analysis of traffic accidents. Mutual space and time relationships of vehicles’ movements have been evaluated here, depending upon the intersection signal plan. To demonstrate the methodology, a real case is used here, reconstructed by means of the complex analytical simulation software PC-Crash. A procedure processed by these means can be beneficial for forensic traffic accident analysis.

The goal of this paper is to investigate and demonstrate the problem of fatalities of Croatian children under the age of 13 near suburban railways. Specific attention will be payed to the manner and conditions in which they are being instructed and accustomed to use this particular means of transport. Concluding remarks indicate that children should be taught from an early age that although using the suburban railways is very effective and has numerous advantages, in can nevertheless pose a safety risk if they do not behave cautiously (especially when getting on and off the train). In this research the authors examine the traffic injury death rates among children in the Republic of Croatia aged 13 and less over a twelve-year period. From 2005 until 2016 a total of 203 children were fatally injured. The most fatalities occurred in 2006 when a total of 26 children were killed, whereupon in 2016 that figure decreased to 2. Although the number of fatally injured children is gradually decreasing, it still gives cause for concern. In addition, over a ten-year period, from 2006 until 2015, a total of 515 children were seriously injured. Most of these injuries occurred in 2006 (98 children injured), while in 2015 there were only 30 injured children. The overall rate of fatal traffic accidents in Croatia of 8.3 (2012) per 100,000 inhabitants is even now at a high level compared to other European countries.

This paper raises problem issues of technical conditions of the roads in the Republic in connection with the address of Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, the President of the country to the people of Kazakhstan.The main problem is poor condition of roads infrastructure resulting in a high level of accidents on dual highways. The second problem is slow rate of roads’ construction and reconstruction according to outdated designing methods and traditional construction technologies for a short operating time of not more than 15-20 years that does not comply with worldwide standards of repair-free service life of roads of 50 years and more. Motorization of the country and freight traffic increases by 25-40% annually, the road load increased 2-3 times resulting in intensive destruction of outdated roads pavements. In connection with this the volume of repairs with respect to costs exceeds more than 50% of total road industry financing. The third problem is a high cost of roads construction. Cost plus technologies are still being widely applied in Kazakhstan. At the same time industrial waste discharge of Kazakhstan’s enterprises accumulated more than 45 billion tons of anthropogenic wastes including petroleum and bitumen containing anthropogenic materials with the application of which innovative resource-saving and power-saving nanotechnologies and nanostructured long-life materials were developed. At the same time, it is possible to reduce the cost of construction and expenses for road maintenance by 2-3 times within 50 years. In addition, to accelerate construction and repairs of 1-2 category roads by 2-3- times, while 3-4 category by 5-6 times. The scientific and technical program headed by national Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2023 “To develop and implement efficient technologies of cast-insitu construction of road-transport structures according to world standards with a complex recycling of industrial anthropogenic wastes and recoverable resources” is developed for wide application of nanotechnologies and nanostructured materials in roads construction.

The paper presents an overview of the most important regulations and institutions affecting the level of quality and fittingness of the vehicle fleet, in order to increase the level of general traffic safety in the Republic of Serbia. The Traffic Safety Agency, among other things, alone or in cooperation with others, regulates, controls and implements the system of homologation, testing and control of conformity of vehicles, equipment and parts. It authorizes and supervises other organizations for vehicle control and testing. The role of standardization in this process is dual: first - it refers to the subject of testing - vehicles, and second - to the quality of testing - authorized organizations. The paper discusses the important provisions of regulations for vehicle testing and analyzes the impact of the standards ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 on the work of authorized organizations. In conclusion, it was proposed that in order to achieve and maintain high level of testing quality, mandatory accreditation of authorized organizations should be prescribed. Mandatory application of the standards would have a positive impact on the traffic safety segment which depends on the technical characteristics of the vehicle, and as well, reduce the Agency's obligations.

The article is devoted to the study of migration processes in Russia. The population migration forms the settlement system, has a significant impact on the social and economic development of the regions, it is a reflection of the high level of their differentiation on various features, leads to a change in balance both between macroregions and between the types of settlements. The problem of migration outflow in recent years has become characteristic not only for the Northern and Far Eastern regions of the country, but also for other subjects, including the Republic of Bashkortostan. In such conditions, the need to solve it is facing the authorities at all levels of management. At the same time, these issues are not directly reflected in national projects. Moreover, many indicators used in the strategic development documents of the federal level today, in fact, cannot be applicable to the purposes of predicting migration processes due to the lack of a sufficient retrospective base. Taking into account the impossibility of direct impact on the migratory behavior of the population, priority is given to creating favorable conditions. With such a formulation of the task, not financial and economic indicators of development, and the living conditions of people and, first of all, access to social infrastructure facilities are published. In this aspect, its development becomes a competitive control tool for human capital. However, as the study showed, the effectiveness of the implementation of similar activities is significantly varied in a particular region. For a quantitative assessment of the influence of the factors under consideration, the migration processes were asked to form the appropriate economic and mathematical model. The article briefly considers the prerequisites and features of its formation. According to the results of the study, the regression equation was obtained and dispersion analysis was carried out. The results of the assessment of the model according to the Russian regions confirm its adequacy. The study allows you to more fully assess the impact of the development of social infrastructure on the demographic situation in Russia.
