The techno-economic analysis of a PV system is designed to measure the viability of the designed system from an economical and technological point of view assuming some specific environmental conditions. In this research, for the techno-economic analysis of PV system the authors are focused on four general categories of factors which are highly influential on the investment decision in this field. These are the PV system costs, the electricity cost, the sunlight and other environmental characteristics and the financial incentives. Each of this factors is analyzed in order to understand and evaluate the general conditions that influence the decision in the photovoltaic business. The methodology that is used for explaining the real business environment in PV field and the main indicators that can estimate the investment profitability is the case study related to formal opportunities for developing PV investment projects in Romania. The investors in PV field have to understand the life cycle of a PV system that can give an overlook of the cost reduction opportunities and also make them sensible to the decommissioning phase of such an investment. For future investments in the PV field in Europe the authors identified and analyzed the main factors that characterize the PV business development in the next period.

From its beginning, accounting has been shaped by the needs of the business man and has in turn affected the handling of business problems. A clear illustration of this is the contrast between the system of accounts found in the ledgers of Florentine cloth manufacturers and the system of accounts found in the ledgers of Venetian merchants of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. Cloth manufacturers such as the younger branch of the Medici arranged their entries under a Wage account, a Wool account, a Cloth Sales account, and so on, because their main concern was to keep track of these materials or obligations. The Venetians, being mainly exporters and importers, were concerned chiefly with keeping track of wares shipped, wares received, and amounts owed by or to agents. Accordingly, the distinctive, key accounts in Venetian books are (a) the accounts opened for each kind or lot of merchandise received, and (b) the accounts debited when wares were shipped. The latter are best called shipment, or venture, accounts. For example, when a Venetian merchant bought Florentine cloth to ship it to Constantinople, he opened a Florentine Cloth account in which he entered as debits all the costs of the cloth including the cost of packing it for shipment.

ABSTRACTThe most relevant phenomenon of this last decade in the field of semiconductor memories has been the explosive growth of the Flash memory market, driven by cellular phones and other types of electronic portable equipments (palm top, mobile PC, mp3 audio player, digital camera and so on). Moreover, in the coming years portable systems will ask even more non volatile memories either with high density and very high writing throughput for data storage application, or with fast random access for code execution in place. The strong consolidated know-how (more than ten years of experience), the flexibility and the cost make the floating gate Flash Memory a largely utilized, well-consolidated and mature technology for most of the non-volatile memory application. Today Flash sales represent a considerable amount of the overall semiconductor market.Nowadays two of the several cell architecture proposed up to now can be considered as industry standard: the common ground NOR Flash that due to its versatility is addressing both the code and data storage segments and the NAND Flash, optimized for the data storage market. The exploitation of the multilevel approach at each technology node allows the increase of the memory efficiency, about doubling the density at the same chip size, widening the application range and reducing the cost per bit.In this paper the main issues related to both NOR and NAND Flash memory technology will be summarized, with the aim of describing both the basic functionality of the memory cell and the main cell architecture today consolidated. Both cells are basically a floating-gate MOS transistor, programmed by channel hot electron (NOR) or by Fowler-Nordheim tunneling (NAND) and erased by Fowler-Nordheim tunnel. The main reliability properties, charge retention and endurance, are presented, together with some comments on the basic physical mechanisms responsible for.A couple of innovative approaches to floating gate cell evolution, namely nanocrystal memory and 3-D cell will be described. Finally the Flash cell scaling issues will be covered, pointing out the main challenges. The Flash cell scaling has been demonstrated to be really possible and to be able to follow the Moore's law down to the 90 nm technology generations. The technology development and the consolidated know-how are expected to sustain the scaling trend down to the 50 nm technology node and below as forecasted by the ITRS roadmap.

_______ In present research the successful innovation-growth strategies are identified along two dimensions: growth effort and innovation effort. The success is defined as the introduction to the market of a radical innovation. After reviewing the literature and conducting a qualitative research, authors found that the threshold condition of success are the followings: (1) “preparation”, that is expertise (know-what); (2) “practice”, that is deep understanding of processes (know-how); (3) “talent support”, that is access to missing resources; and finally (4) “talent”, that is creativity, innovative idea, and high association capability. This is the role of the manager to decide when the organizational growth should be slowed down. While the development of innovation capability is still important in times of slow growth periods, the manager must recognize that the cost of divided attention and fragmented resources is higher, than the potential return of the innovation.

Supply is one of the most important factors for the company, but there are still so many companies who don’t understand about how to monitoring their supplies so there will be not too much or too little supplies for them to manage. Some of the important things are to know how many supplies that a company should prepare to fulfill the needs of supply for the next period. This essay is aimed to investigate whether there was a shift/moving towards the supplies and the factor, which trigger the moving, how many supplies that the company should have and the cost that they have to pay to fulfill the supplies. The result shows that there was a moving of supplies, which has been cause by some factors. The kind of research that being used is a descriptive research, with a quantitative data. And the methods that being used is the case study, The point of this research is because of the moving of supplies that has been caused by the age of the supplies, the company have to calculate how many supplies that they should have to fulfill the needs of the next period.

Coffee is one of Indonesia's leading export commodities. One of the coffee-producing areas in Indonesia is Sukawangi Village, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province. As the sole actor in running a business, the business actor never calculates the production costs that arise into the cost element. One of the problems of SMEs is the lack of knowledge of SME entrepreneurs about good business management. The next problem faced by SME entrepreneurs is increasing their business competitiveness. Another problem of SMEs that often escapes the attention of UKM entrepreneurs is branding. The last mistake that many UKM players make is that many are not aware that manual bookkeeping is a serious problem for SMEs. In this study, the authors performed a literature synthesis to understand the underlying reasons for issues faced by SMEs about good business management. From the analysis, it can be concluded that consumer behaviour/ preferences/ shops; value chain/ geographical; sustainability/ environment; finance farming; regulation/ certification; and COVID-19 plays a significant part in determining the success of coffee production. Further studies should be performed to test this conceptual model in Indonesia. The results of the study can be useful for all the stakeholders in the coffee Industry, particularly the coffee farmers.
