Mining without control and supervision can cause environmental damage. In order to keep the function of the nature in the process of mining, the government established preconditions and rules which is environmental impact analysis. Including the activity of rock mining in karst area Sewu hills, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. This area has been appointed by UNESCO as a geopark. On this research, the writer analyze about the impact of rock mining in environmental damage on this karst area. The research method used is empirical legal research. The empirical legal research is an (law in society?) observation and also can be called as a field observation in order to study the applicable law in the society. Several environmetal damages have been found on this research which are the change of the shape and the structure of karst hills, air pollution, and highway damage.

Perkembangan pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan dimana terjadinya suatupeningkatan kasus corona khusus di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19serta langkah-langkah yang diambil pemerintah untuk menganggulangi dampak-dampak, terutama dampak dari segi ekonomi dan sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitianhukum yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian hukum normatif. Adapun pendekatan yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatankonseptual. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengaturmengenai penanganan dan penganggulangan pandemi Covid-19 serta analisis atas konseppenetapan peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalamrangka penanganan Covid-19, berawal dari pemerintah tmengeluarkan kebijakan tentangPembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar yang merujuk pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan. Peraturan pelaksanaannya yaitu PeraturanPemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, sertaKeputusan Presiden tentang Kedaruratan Kesehatan sampai dengan saat ini pemerintah telahmengeluarkan kebijakan PPKM yang dimana dilakukan secara berkala. Untukmenganggulangi dampak Covid-19 dari segi ekonomi dan sosial pemerintah mengambilbeberapa kebijakan-kebijakan, yang diantaranya adalah: Peraturan Menteri KeuanganRepublik Indonesia Nomor 23/Pmk.03/2020 tentang Insentif Pajak Untuk WajibPajakTerdampak Wabah Virus Corona; Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Kata Kunci : Kebijakan, Penanganan, Covid-19 The current development of the Covid-19 pandemic is very worrying where there is anincrease in special corona cases in Indonesia. This study aims to identify and analyze thepolicies taken by the government in handling the Covid-19 pandemic and the steps taken bythe government to mitigate the impacts, especially the economic and social impacts of theCovid-19 pandemic. The legal research method used is the normative legal research method. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Thisresearch is based on the legislation governing the handling and handling of the Covid-19pandemic as well as an analysis of the concept of establishing these laws and regulations. The results of this study are in the context of handling Covid-19, starting with thegovernment issuing a policy on Large-Scale Social Restrictions which refers to Law Number6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. The implementing regulations are GovernmentRegulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions, as well as thePresidential Decree on Health Emergencies. Until now, the government has issued a PPKMpolicy which is carried out regularly. Research shows a wave of layoffs and a decrease in labor/employee/employee income during the COVID-19 pandemic. The percentage of dismissed workers/employees/employees in Indonesia at the end of April 2020 was 15.6%. Based on data obtained by the South Sumatra Regional Office of Manpower and Transmigration on April 29, 2020, as many as 612 workers in South Sumatra experienced layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 7,020 workers were laid off and received no wages during the pandemic. The research method used is socio legal research, namely research that examines the social symptoms that exist in society and then correlates them with statutory regulations. The impact of layoffs during this pandemic, many of these companies often use force majeure reasons. On the other hand, to tackle the Covid-19 problem, one of the efforts made by the Government is the Circular of the Minister of Manpower Number M/3/HK04/II/2020 concerning Protection of Workers/Laborers and Business Continuity in the Context of Preventing and Overcoming Covid-19. Some companies that cut off work relations during the COVID-19 pandemic often use force majeure reasons, to avoid wages and severance pay that should be the rights of workers/laborers.

The government's decision through Presidential Regulation No. 21 of 2016 concerning Visit Visa Free still leaves a myriad of question marks in the community. This policy is an implication of the government's steps to increase the number of international tourists to Indonesia. But in fact, what happens is not fully in accordance with what was announced. Some considerations related to this policy need to be explored further. The formulation of the problem examined in this paper is how to apply the Lex Superior Derogate Legi Inferiori principle and the Reciprocity Principle in making a Visa Visa Free decision making. The research method used is qualitative normative legal research and normative juridical approach. From the results of the study it can be seen that the decision on a visa-free visit policy deviates slightly from the principle of Lex Superior derogate legion inferiori and reciprocal principles. This is what needs to be explored further, so that how the future policies and decisions of the government remain in line with the principles of the applicable law in Indonesia

<p>This study aims to analyze feminist ideology and thoughts about the ecofeminism of Parang Jati characters, the role of thinking and the realization of the ecofeminism that Parang Jati did in rescuing the Sewugunung karst area, as well as the impact of the understanding of ecofeminism carried out by Parang Jati to save the Sewugunung karst area in the novel Bilangan Fu. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative research. The result of the ideological analysis of the Parang Jati character is that the Parang Jati figure is a figure who has a critical attitude and thinking towards patriarchy although he was born with male gender so that later on he becomes a feminist man. The results of the ecofeminism analysis of the Parang Jati character in rescuing the Sewugunung karst area from mining are Parang Jati formulates three cultural strategies namely: (1) making Sewugunung a Protected Area category I a; (2) changing people's ideas on nature conservation through art performances and dialogues; and (3) making Sewugunung a Protected Area category III. The results of the impact analysis of the realization of the ecofeminism of Parang Jati figures are: (1) The Government reviews proposals to make the area under conservation; (2) The company does not extend the security forces; and (3) changes in the attitudes of the figures to become more concerned with nature and do not commit violence against humans, especially women.</p>

Environmental Impact Analysis or called EIA is a preventive measure to prevent environmental damage as well as a prerequisite for getting an environmental license. The EIA in its preparation should involve the society, but there are still many societies that have not been fully involved by investors/business actors and the government. Whereas the society has the right and obligation to keep environment. The lack of social involvement to result in further about an assessment of social participation in the process of preparing EIA. The written uses normative juridical methods in addressing issues related to guarantees of protection concerning society involvement in the process of preparing to EIA and the legal consequences of non-involvement of the society. Discussion results show that society involvement in the EIA compilation process has been protected and guaranteed its rights by regulation but the implications of the regulation are still minimal. Consequently, the involvement of the public with the implications of EIA documents may be submitted to the Administrative Court and investors/business actors shall be required to improve the phase of the non-involvement of the society in the process of preparing the EIA in accordance with the court's verdict. The problem in this research How Formulation Policy Act No. 10 Year 2009 on the Indonesian Tourism with the Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 regarding marine conservation area of the island of Biawak, Gososng, Cendekian And How Harmonization Act No. 10 of 2009 with the Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 regarding formulation Act No. 10 Year 2009 on the Indonesian Tourism with the Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 about marine conservation area of the island of Biawak, Gososng, Cendekian, the purpose of this research to understand and analyze the extent to which policy The findings of the community or field of law local governments about the environmental damage done by companies or individuals are not equal accordance with regional regulations in force, nor the Law in force so that the function of law in society indramayu not fit the mandate to establish a change and justice based Formulation public corporate criminal liability.Inskonsitensi happens to local regulation No.14 of 2006 makes no harmonized with the regulations of each other so that the impact of this inskonsistensi makes the sector particularly environmental law enforcement get uncertainties that result in coastal communities Indramayau.Conclusion Harmonization of regulations of the center and regions delivering the policy formulation of the rule of law area to comply with the regulations above in order to avoid inconsistency, the occurrence of this inconsistency resulted in the rule of law and justice for the indramayu, suggestion that the government should was nearly revise regulations related area, especially the government must dare to take action to give effect to the perpetrator deterrent effect rule-based running as well as possible.

Development of village fund management is very much needed by the community so that it can be enjoyed by all levels of society in the villages. The seriousness of the government in developing villages is evidenced by the start of allocation of the Village Fund budget for 2015. The allocation of the Village Fund is mandated by Law (Law) Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Government Regulation (PP) Number 6 of 2014 concerning Village Funds Sourced from STATE BUDGET. The regulation explained that the administration of the village government adheres to the principle of decentralization and the task of assistance. The principle of decentralization raises village internal funding (Desa APBD), while the principle of co-administration provides an opportunity for Villages to obtain funding sources from the government above it (APBN, Provincial APBD, Regency / City APBD). This study aims to observe what the development of village funds looks like, how they are implemented and the impact of the use of village funds in supporting development activities and community empowerment. The research method used is a qualitative research method that relies on observing places, actors and activities in Konawe Selatan Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, which was chosen as a case study. Initial observations show that the Village Fund does not have significant results in improving the welfare of the community. These indications are evident in the welfare of the community which has not improved with the existence of the village fund. Therefore it is necessary to develop a good management of village funds to improve the welfare of rural communities, especially in Konawe Selatan District. The output to be achieved is the scientific publication with ISSN Online and the level of technological Readiness that will be achieved 1-3.

In addition, it explains the duties, functions and authority of traditional institutions in Aceh nowadays. This study is normative legal research. This study examines library materials that acquired through literature study. The technical/ approach used is the statute ap- proach, by using deductive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the existence indigenous people and traditional institutions in Aceh have shown their role in local community life in Aceh. This is caused by the community in Aceh has fulfilled the requirements of indigenous people as stated by the applicable law. The existence of traditional institutions in Aceh essentially has the function and role as a vehicle for public participation in the administration of the Government of Aceh provincial level and the Regency/municipality level in the area of   security, peace, harmony, and public order. Selain itu, menjelaskan tugas, fungsi, dan wewenang lembaga-lembaga adat yang ada di Aceh saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif (legal research). Kajian ini menelaah bahan pustaka yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka.  pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute approach), dengan menggunakan penalaran deduktif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan (eksistensi) masyarakat hukum adat dan kelembagaan adat di Aceh telah menunjukkan kiprahnya dalam tata kehidupan masyarakat di Aceh. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh karena masyarakat hukum di Aceh telah memenuhi syarat-syarat masyarakat hukum adat sebagaimana yang disebutkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Keberadaan lembaga-lembaga adat di Aceh hakikatnya memiliki fungsi dan peran sebagai wahana partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Aceh dan Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di bidang keamanan, ketenteraman, kerukunan, dan ketertiban masyarakat. Selain itu,  lembaga-lembaga adat tersebut juga memiliki sejumlah kewenangan sebagaimana yang diamanatkan Pasal 4 Qanun Aceh Nomor 10 Tahun 2008 tentang Lembaga Adat.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Masyarakat Hukum Adat, Lembaga Adat, Otonomi Khusus Aceh.</p>

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

Legal protection for a mark of a place or origin of MSMEs can be done by first registering the mark to obtain legal force. In this case the Office/Agency/Community Organization assists by facilitating MSMEs in terms of socialization and assistance for trademark registration. Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications provides improvements to previous laws, especially regarding preventive protection measures, namely registration procedures and registration fees. Brands produced by Indonesian MSMEs can help increase competitiveness in the development of new products. This research is normative or library research method, namely legal research carried out by reviewing and researching library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This study concludes: First, the problems in the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of branding for MSME products are due to the understanding of MSME actors on brand rights is still low/shallow so that MSME actors do not register the brand of MSME products. Second, efforts to provide brand protection to the MSME industry are by registering MSME brands and the government makes it easy for MSME industry players to register trademarks.
