The formula of the New Ukrainian School consists of nine key components, one of which is a personality-oriented model of education based on the child-centered ideas. This implies the maximum approximation of education and upbringing of a particular child to his essence, abilities and life plans, providing moral and psychological comfort, refusal to focus the educational process on the «average» student. Therefore, today in pedagogy the problem of individual educational trajectory of youth is actively discussed, which makes it possible to create conditions for the harmonious development of the individual, to meet his educational needs. In general, the concept of individualization of the educational trajectory of students is associated with the process of identifying and developing their abilities, the realization of their own educational goals that meet the needs, opportunities, motivation, interests of modern youth. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the formation of the individual educational trajectory of the student in the profile senior school of artistic and aesthetic field of training. Artistic and aesthetic field of specialized training is connected with the core of creative industries (literature, music, fine arts, cinema, television, radio, video and computer games, advertising, architecture, design, fashion, etc.), so it is important to personalize educational path of gifted students with a focus on unleashing their creative potential. The formation of individual educational trajectories of students of the artistic and aesthetic field of specialized education begins with the definition of their life plans, hopes for the future and consists of four stages. The first stage is the study of needs, interests, requests, personal characteristics of students. The second stage is associated with the creation of an individual educational program, which involves the definition of long-term goals; conceptual strategies and approaches to creative development, indicators of their achievements, as well as the selection of content and forms of training. Within the third stage there is a correction of pedagogical influences, creation of a positive pedagogical environment around students, elimination of organizational shortcomings, psychological and pedagogical support of senior students’ creative development is carried out. The fourth stage is related to pedagogical monitoring, which is carried out in order to ensure the quality of this process.

The dominant feature of today is the “knowledge society” – a worldview and scientific concept, updated by social, cultural and philosophical discourses in the process of a thorough rethinking of the theory of “information society”. Gaining increasing popularity in connection with the problematization of the cognitive dimensions of education, economics and technology, this concept gains a modern definition: it is a society whose development is based on internal polyphony and the individual abilities of each of its representatives. Thus, in modern society, not only “information”, but also “knowledge” plays a special role. The separation and differentiation of these two concepts are of fundamental importance. The modern era (having reached the definition of the "era of knowledge") brings a new understanding of "knowledge".

The relevance of the research is due to the destructive influence of digitalization of society, globalization processes, technological and social progress on a person in his spiritual and physical integrity. These are, first of all, such technological and sociocultural factors as virtualization of the individual’s consciousness, cyborgization, loss of subjectivity in the process of merging with information machine complexes, genetic engineering, cloning, pharmaceutical modifying human influence. It is proved that a broad interpretation of educational and pedagogical discourse is adequate for the modern socio-cultural space, which is becoming more complicated for description, which makes it synonymous with such a basic category for pedagogical science as the pedagogical process. The marked tendency is estimated as negative, as the categorical value of basic concepts for pedagogy is lost, the subject of pedagogical science in the system of human Sciences is blurred. Therefore, a highly specialized definition of specific features of pedagogical discourse is justified. It is concluded that the pedagogical category “zone of immediate development” in its socio-cultural hypostasis contributes to the designation of specific features of educational and pedagogical discourse, focusing on specific pedagogical tasks. For example orientation to the zone of the nearest development of the individual in the process of his constant development and self-development assumes permanent diagnostic correction on the part of the teacher in relation to the student. This favors the consistency of the socio-cultural experience transmitted by the teacher with the life experience of the student, the emotional “inclusion” of the latter in the educational process

In this article peculiarities of cognitive activity of the pupils with development arrest are revealed; working procedure regarding development of aesthetic outlook of the pupils, mentioned above is highlighted in the article. The attention is focused on the issues of education of artistic and aesthetic interests by means of an integrated combination of arts. Much attention is paid to the aesthetic education of children, world outlook, interests, tastes, which feelings are of concern to all who are not indifferent to the future destiny of our society. The researcher notes that the essence of aesthetic education is the organization of diverse artistic and aesthetic activities of students, aimed at forming their ability to fully perceive and correctly understand the beauty in art and life, to develop aesthetic concepts, concepts and tastes, as well as to develop them artistic and aesthetic interests. Main conditions for the full development of artistic and aesthetic interests are: the appropriate level of artistic development of the child and understanding of her works of art; creating a positive emotional attitude to the objects of the aesthetic cycle. The presence of these conditions creates the basis for the emergence of artistic and aesthetic interest, which will further contribute to the correction of mental development of students of this category. Analyzing scientific works on this problem, the main indicators, which characterize the artistic and aesthetic interests of junior pupils, are determined. Among them: a conscious desire and ability of students to distinguish from the surrounding aesthetic objects or their aesthetic properties; emotional perception of aesthetic and artistic values (depth and power of emotional reaction), the presence of empathy; a tendency to engage in aesthetic and artistic activity, the nature of their occurrence (interest or indifference, manifestation of autonomy in activity). Proceeding from the analysis of the state of development of the problem and relying on the noted theoretical generalizations, the author determines the artistic and aesthetic interest as a selective orientation of the individual to the knowledge of art precisely under the influence of his emotional attractiveness, which is expressed in the emotional pursuit of artistic and creative activity and the need for aesthetic pleasure. At the present stage, the use of integrated interaction of arts in music lessons is connected with the reorientation of the educational process to the student's personality in terms of her artistic and aesthetic improvement. It is envisaged that the use of integrated interaction of arts in the classroom will enable to intensify and intensify the aesthetic development of junior pupils with the LRR in the process of teaching them music, literature, fine arts, and will provide the necessary pedagogical conditions for him. Prospects of an integrated approach to the lessons of artistic disciplines in expanding the scope of its application, in the organization of a unified pedagogical system for the formation of artistic and aesthetic interests, built on the cooperation of teachers and students.

The article highlights modern approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "mediaindustry" and its composition. Mediaindustry is an essential part of the national and world economic system, which, in addition to its contributing to the creation of gross world product has a significant impact on all aspects of the individual, society and the state life as a whole. The genesis of approaches to the definition of the mediaindustry originates in the emergence of concepts of cultural and creative industries, the media of mass comunication. Despite, the concept of mediaindustry is often used, however, the definition of its essence and its components are not always clear or does not take into account current trends. Most existing modern approaches to defining the essence of the mediaindustry do not fully take into account its unique features as a phenomenon of cultural and, at the same time, economic sphere. Many definitions are have a generalized and vague approach, the lack of criteria by which the composition of the mediaindustry can be determined. Many aspects are insufficiently substantiated and debatable thats why further research in this area is necessery. A lot of factors complicate the understanding of the mediaindustry, such as the significant diversity of activities in this area, the close connection with related fields and industries and, finally, the ambiguity of interpretations of the categories of media and related cultural and creative industries. The lack of the mediaindustry clear definition, a clear list of mediaindustry composition and structure complicate research in this area. For this purpose, authors clarified the content of the concept of "mediaindustry", identified its composition and structure, developed a network model of the mediaindustry and proposed the main characteristics which allow to relate companies to the mediaindustry. The paper also describes the transformation processes occurring in the mediaindustry under the influence of technology development, changes in the processes of production, distribution and consumption of content and content itself.
