This research aims to investigate the impact of environmental accounting on compliance with environmental legislation and laws in the Libyan Iron and Steel Company (LISCO). For data collection, a questionnaire was used to collect data from (84) respondents who are employed in this Company (LISCO). The results of the study indicate that there is a significant impact of environmental accounting on the compliance with the environmental legislation and regulations in the LISCO, as well as there is a positive relationship between environmental accounting and compliance with environmental legislation and regulations.

Aims: The aim of this paper is to explore and analyze the scope and nature of the environmental movement that may shape the existing management. Study Design: This paper is a qualitative study and based on empirical research. It focuses on the impact of environmental movements around Ratargul Swamp Forest Place and Duration of Study: This research was done around the Ratargul Swamp Forest located in on Sylhet district of Bangladesh. The study period was from January 2016 to November 2017. Methodology: For the primary data collection, 47 respondents were selected by using purposive sampling on the basis of their level of involvement. Data was collected from local people, environmental groups and the forest department. Data collection methods were key informant interview, in-depth interview, case study, focus group discussion and archival research. Results: People of Ratargul village are now more aware of the harmful activities of uncontrolled tourism while the Forest Department brings new management policies and practices in response to the local and civil pressure. It is also found that the Climate Resilient Ecosystem Livelihoods (CREL) project in Bangladesh actually works to negate the strength of the environmental movement rather than as a conservation proponent. The Forest Department is successful to implement their projects due to a lack of coordination between local activists. According to the respondents, 31.1% mark this movement as successful, 23.4% opine as completely failure and while remaining 44.4% thinks that it is partially successful. Conclusion: A strong, integrated, coordinated and organized form of resistance or movement is needed to break up the hegemony of Forest Department that may save the Ratargul Swamp Forest from ongoing damage.

The increasing number of regions proposing themselves to form new autonomous regions since the enactment of Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning "Regional Government", aims to improve economic development and the welfare of the people in each region. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of regional expansion on the economic growth of North Toraja Regency. The Technik of data collection in this study uses the documentary Technik, which is in the form of reports from relevant agencies. The analysis technique used is by using the independent sample T-test. The results of the study show that regional expansion has an impact on the economic growth of North Toraja Regency.

This study aims to describe the potential development of religioustourism at the tomb of Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq in Teluk DalamVillage, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, includingthe process of forming tourism objects, developing tourism objects,and the impact of their development. This research is a qualitativetype with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques byobservation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of thedata by triangulation of data sources and data collection techniques.Analysis of the data using interactive techniques. This study showsthat the formation of this tourist attraction stems from the collapse ofthe Indragiri kingdom. Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq, a Mufhti of theIndragiri Kingdom, built a mosque as a means of spreading Islam inthe Hidayat area. After he died, he was buried in Teluk Dalam villagein the courtyard of the mosque that was built. The tomb is sacred bythe community and used as a religious tourism object. Many peoplevisit for pilgrimage. For this reason, development is carried out,including the addition of tourist objects such as the SheikhAbdurrahman Siddiq Museum and the Mosque to make it morecomfortable. In addition, the addition of basic facilities in the form ofan entrance gate and a roof to protect the tomb. Complementaryfacilities are in the form of pilgrim rules and mosques. Supportingfacilities include parking lots, canteens, and clothing stores.However, there are several facilities that have not been developedoptimally, namely repairing basic facilities in the form of repairingentrances to tombs and mosques. Improvement of complementaryfacilities in the form of ablution places and toilets. The developmentof tourist information includes introducing tourism objects tooutsiders and to increase tourist visits. This can be done by usingbrochures, accessing google internet services. This development hasa positive impact on the local economy. It can be seen from thegrowth of various business fields, such as clothing stores, food stalls,street vendors, and entertainment.

The purpose of this study is to know the IFRS 9 transition impact on the suitability and reliability of the quality of financial reporting information. A questionnaire was used in data collecting. Out of 92 questionnaires, only 85 were valid and suitable. The data analysis has been done by using SPSS and several statistical methods through descriptive statistics such as averages, standard deviations, and T-test. This study adds to the literature by knowing the IFRS 9 transition impact on the suitability and reliability of the quality of financial reporting information in the commercial banks of Yemen. The study reached that there is a positive relationship between the impact of the adoption of the IFRS9 on the suitability and reliability of the quality of financial reporting information in Yemen commercial banks. Finally, the study was concluded with some recommendations. This study aims to determine the impact of learning from home (BDR) in career planning for class XI MA NW Samawa students class XI MA NW Samawa and to find out the factores that influence the understanding of career planning during the BDR period. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study were students. .data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research on class XI students at the MA NW Samawa school, the results showed that the implementation of learning from home (BDR) had an impact on career planning for students in class XI MA NW Samawa. .it means that students experience obstacles in planning intensive career planning. Students lack information related to career planning, lack of understanding of students to know themselves, students' unpreparedness in planning their careers. .it means that students have not been able to plan their future careers, students have not understood the steps in career planning which include: recognizing talents, paying attention to interests, paying attention to values, paying attention to personality, and understanding their potential. .This study has proven that the implementation of learning from home (BDR) has an impact on career planning for class XI students at MA NW Samawa.

The effort of the formation or establishment of spiritual intelligence on the students is done by planting Islamic religious values in PAI learning and character planting which then implemented in the form of daily behavior that reflects the character or identity of each individual learners and is supported by the religious program that have been compiled by the school institution. This study aims to (1) Describe and analyze the process of the formation of spiritual intelligence on students or learners (2) Describe and analyze the implementation of religious activity programs in shaping spiritual intelligence in learners (3) Describe and analyze the impact of the formation of spiritual intelligence in learners through the implementation of the religious program. This research uses qualitative research approach. The type of research used in this research is case study and case studies and multiple cases design. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that in SD Plus NurulHikmah the formation of spiritual intelligence is done by planting the values of faith and pillars of Islam as well as the implanting of characters in learning PAI and applied through the program of religious activity and application of character, while in MIN Konang the formation of spiritual intelligence done by planting The prophet characteristics and the prophet`s story in learning PAI as well as the planting of characters applied in the form of religious activity and the application of character.The formation of spiritual intelligence in both schools can be concluded that overall spiritual intelligence in learners has been formed, it is known from attitudes, behaviors and religious activities always performed by learners at both school and at home, although the results have not reached one hundred percent, But both school is always working in terms of improving the strategy of the formation of spiritual intelligence in learners.

This study is entitled The Law of Playing Unknown's Battle Grounds (PUBG) Game According to MPU Fatwa Aceh No. 3 of 2019 (Case Study in Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency). This study describes how the factors and the impact of PUBG online game play and what is the view of the MPU Aceh on the law of playing PUBG games ?. To obtain answers to these problems, the authors used three data collection methods; Observation, interview and documentation. The sample in this study was PUBG online gamers in Gunung Meriah Sub-district, Aceh Singkil District. The results of this study indicate that 25% of the community of Gunung Meriah Liking and categories are addicted to the PUBG game. The main factor of playing PUBG games. Playing hobbies online, including PUBG, can reduce boredom and stress. Games that continue to be carried out have unfavorable effects such as tend to be more lazy, addictions that are not fair, less response to the surrounding environment. The ultimate goal of all activities within organizations is to achieve higher growth and finding new sources for mounting firm capital. This study aims to investigate debt capacity as the source of firm capital and its impact on firm’s growth. The objectives of this research to shows the relationship between market to book ratio and debt to asset ratio. Multiple liner regression is used between Growth and book leverage. By selected pharmaceutical sector that has been listed at Karachi stock exchange in Pakistan. In this research 8 companies are selected that are listed at Karachi Stock Exchange during the period of 2005-2014. In this paper secondary data is used. The result reveals a significant positive relationship between the debt to asset ratio and market to book ratio and debt to asset ratio. It displays that there is no negative effect of debt capacity on firm’s growth.

The aim of this research is to find out and understand the integrity of muslim traders in honesty (ash-shidqu) while doing their job. This research uses explanatory qualitative case study approach. Data collection was done by doing interviews and documentation towards the research objects who were three convenience store merchants in Tenggilis area in Surabaya. The result is the istiqomah (having integrity) attitude of the merchants are classified into to aspects which are material and religiosity. The thing behind their actions to be istiqomah in honesty is their fear towards Allah SWT and the impact that will come up if they are not dishonest and unjustifiable in doing their trade.


The issue of job engagement has been central around the performance of employees as evidenced by the negotiations which have been aimed to serve as an impetus vehicle to seek attention for engagement. The process of engaging employees is vital for any organisation to succeed but it appears employees within the Zimbabwean medical sector feel neglected. The issue of job engagement has led to a standoff within the health sector. The study adopted the positivism research philosophy and the case study research design. The sample size was 140 respondents drawn from a population of 180 respondents and a structured questionnaire was adopted as the main research instrument. Findings revealed there is a positive relationship between Job characteristics and job engagement. Findings revealed also that there is a positive relationship between rewards & recognition and job engagement. Recommendations are that the medical sector should as a matter of urgency review its rewards systems to all of its employees to enhance job engagement and organisational performance.
