This study aims to look at and analyze the improvement of the students’ learning outcomes in learning Economics subject of taxation in economic development using the scientific approach to the discovery learning model and group discussion methods in class XI IPS 2 on the second semester of the 2017/2018 academic year of SMAN 1 Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. This research was carried out by applying the classroom action research method consisting of two cycles, where each cycle consisted of: planning, action, observation, and reflection. It was conducted from February to April 2018. Data is processed in each cycle then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are the application of a scientific approach to the discovery learning model and the method of group discussion can improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from the average cognitive learning outcomes in the first cycle of 80.20%, up to 84.23% in the second cycle. The conclusion obtained from this study is the application of a scientific approach to the model of discovery learning can improve the learning outcomes of economic learners.

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is divided into 3 stages, namely general ideas, exploration, and action plans. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. In the pretest, it was found that the average value was 50.93 and the classical completeness level was 27%. In the first cycle there was an increase after using the Discovery Learning model with an average value of 61.13 and a classical completeness level of 43%. And after the actions taken and given posttest cycle II, 25 students who completed their study results and 5 students who did not complete the posttest with the average value of the second cycle posttest increased to 83.3 and the classical completeness level reached 83%. From the results obtained, it is concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri 104186 Tanjung Selamat, Sunggal District, for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the study, teachers are advised to use the Discovery Learning model because it is proven to improve student learning outcomes.

This study was aimed to find out how much the increase in student learning activities and creativity after the discovery learning model was applied to remote sensing subjects in geography class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur. This research is a type of classroom action research, with the learning method applied is the method of discussion, question and answer and literature review. The research subjects were students of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 30 students. This research activity was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection, which aims to improve the quality of learning. The data collection tool uses learning activity observation sheets, learning creativity observation sheets and learning outcomes tests in the form of description questions. Data from the results of formative test observations in each cycle became the basis or material for improvement for the next cycle. The results showed that: there was an increase in student learning activities and creativity as seen from the increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle after using the discovery learning model in learning geography for remote sensing material for class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur in the academic year 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan kajian pustaka. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanya dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, yang bertujuan untuk mmperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas belajar, lembar pengamatan kreativitas belajar dan test hasil belajar yang berupa soal-soal uraian. Data dari hasil observasi test formatif disetiap siklus menjadi dasar atau bahan perbaikan untuk siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan kreativitas belajar siswa yang terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa disetiap siklus setelah menggunakan model discovery learning pada pembelajaran geografi materi penginderaan jauh kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Pada survey pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan di kelas, siswa memiliki pengetahuan kognitif dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yang telah ditetapkan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan  Pendekatan Saintifik . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas  VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 32 peserta didik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes menggunakan soal-soal tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis deskriptif setelah penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan scientific approach ditunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Data hasil penelitian pada aktivitas belajar peserta didik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari pra penelitian yaitu  43,75% meningkat menjadi 78,13%, sedangkan pada hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan dari  66,25 %  menjadi 78,13 %., sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA di Kelas VIIIA  SMP Negeri 24  Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 In the preliminary survey that has been done in class, students have cognitive knowledge under the Minimum Completion Criteria set by the school. This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science students of class VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung through the application of the Discovery Learning model with the Scientific Approach. This research used quasi experiment research method. The research subjects in this study were students of class VIIIA SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018 with a total of 32 students with a cluster random sampling technique. The required data is obtained through observation, documentation and tests using test questions. The collected data was analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the descriptive analysis after the application of discovery learning models with the scientific approach showed an increase in activity and learning outcomes of students. Data from research results on student learning activities showed an increase from pre-study, namely 43.75%, increased to 78.13%, while the learning outcomes of students showed an increase from 66.25% to 78.13%, so that it was concluded that Discovery Learning model based on scientific approach can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in science learning in Class VIIIA Public Middle School 24 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018

AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al Qur’an Hadis di MTs Al-Inayah Kota Manado. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran di MTs Al-Inayah Manado? (2) Bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa di MTs Al-Inayah Manado? (3) Bagaimana kendala dan solusi dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di MTs Al-Inayah Manado?Penelitan ini merupakan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII semester genap tahun akademik 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 20 siswa di MTs Al-Inayah Manado. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/pengamatan, dan refleksi. Dan setiap akhir siklus dilakukan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes tulisan dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil belajar, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi.Dari  hasil pengamatan diperoleh kondisi kelas  yang akan diteliti sebelum diberi tindakan dengan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning, yaitu keaktifan belajar siswa di MTs Al-Inayah Manado Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 khususnya pada mata pelajaran Al Qur’an Hadis masih sangat rendah atau dapat dikatakan motivasi siswa kurang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh guru yang masih menggunakan pendekatan tradisional dan monoton yaitu penggunaan metode ceramah, dan pemberian tugas menulis kepada para siswanya. Pada hasil penelitian pra tindakan terlihat hanya 2 atau 10% siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 56, dengan jumlah nilai 1120. Maka hasil ini masih pada kategori sangat rendah. Setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Al Qur’an Hadis, keaktifan siswa sudah mulai baik dari observasi awal yang hanya menggunakan metode ceramah, di mana siswa sudah lebih aktif bertanya, menjawab dan menjelaskan materi yang telah disampaikan.Kata kunci:       Model Pembelajaran; Project Based Learning.  AbstractThis study is entitled Implementation of Project Based Learning Learning Model to improve student learning activeness in the subjects of the Qur'an Al Hadith in MTs Al-Inayah, Manado City. Analysis and data collection techniques in this study used a written test seen from the completeness of learning outcomes, observation sheets and documentation.From the observations obtained class conditions that will be examined before being given action with the Project Based Learning learning model, namely student learning activeness in MTs Al-Inayah Manado Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year especially in the Qur'anic Hadith subjects are still very low or can be it is said that student motivation is lacking. This is caused by teachers who are still using the traditional and monotonous approach, namely the use of lecture methods, and giving writing assignments to their students. In the pre-action research results it was seen that only 2 or 10% of students reached the mastery learning criteria with an average grade of 56, with a total score of 1120. Then these results were still in the very low category. After applying the Project Based Learning learning model to the Qur'anic subjects of Hadith, student activity has begun both from the initial observation using only the lecture method, where students have been more active in asking questions, answering and explaining the material that has been delivered.Keywords:        Learning Model; Project Based Learning

This study aims to describe the results of the application of the discovery learning model on the subject matter of light in class VIIIC students of SMP Negeri 8 Kupang even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is descriptive. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Kupang for the 2019/2020 school year. The subjects in this study were researchers and 22 students of class VIIIC at SMP Negeri 8 Kupang, even semester, 2019/2020 academic year. The techniques used to collect data in this study are observation and tests. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis of the research data, it shows that in general, the application of the discovery learning model for the subject matter of light for students is optimal. In detail, the researcher's ability to manage to learn is obtained which includes: planning, implementing, and evaluating learning, including in the good category. The learning outcomes test (THB) of students for cognitive learning outcomes tests on learning implementation activities which include: preliminary activities, core activities, closing activities, time allocation, and class atmosphere are all in the very high category and cognitive achievement for each lesson plan is all complete.

This research is a classroom action research which aims to determine the level of student learning outcomes through a scientific approach with the Jigsaw learning model in class VA students at SDN Unggulan Paccinongan Kabupaten. gowa, in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year which consists of 36 students. This research was conducted in two cycles where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, reflection. cycle I and cycle II were held for 4 meetings.The learning outcome data was collected using observation sheets, student worksheets, and basic mobility tests at the end of each cycle I and the end of cycle II. The collected data is then analyzed quantitatively by referring to the Benchmark Reference Assessment (PAP). From these data, research on the results of learning the basic motion of passing under the mini volleyball game shows that 4 students who completed learning in the first cycle had completed the study with a percentage (11.11%) and there were 32 studentsdid not complete the study with a percentage (88.88%).whereas in cycle II there were 32 students who completed learning with a percentage (88.88%) and there were 4 students who did not complete learning with a percentage (11.11%). The results of the analysis also showed that there was a significant increase in the learning outcomes of the basic motion of passing under the mini volleyball game in class VA students at SDN Unggulan Pacinongan, Gowa Regency. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the scientific approach with the Jigsaw learning model can improve student learning outcomes

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII 6 SMP Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan pendekatan Saintifik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII 6 SMP Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 33 siswa yang terdiri dari 19 siswa perempuan dan 14 siswa laki-laki. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes. Hasil belajar siswa dikatakan berhasil apabila rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai  80 dan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa  80%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan pendekatan Saintifik yang dilaksanakan dengan membagikan LKPD dengan tahapan  Discovery Learning yaitu tahapan stimulasi, identifikasi masalah, mengumpulkan data dan mengolah data, verifikasi, dan mengorganisasikan dengan digabungkan pendekatan Saintifik yaitu mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi dan mengomunikasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII 6 SMP Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan nilai ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I, II dan III secara berturut-turut adalah 69,69%; 78,78% dan 84,84%.Kata kunci : Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Discovery Learning, Pendekatan Saintifik. AbstractThe objectives of this research were to improve student learning outcomes of class VII 6 of SMP Negeri 01 Bengkulu City in learning mathematics through Discovery Learning learning model with a scientific approach. The results showed that the learning model of Discovery Learning with scientific approach implemented by distributing LKPD with the stages of Discovery Learning is the stages of stimulation, problem identification, data collection and data processing, verification, and organizing by incorporating the scientific approach that is observing, asking, gathering information, and communicate can improve student learning outcomes of class VII 6 SMP Negeri 01 Bengkulu City. Therefore it confirmed by the  improvement of the average score in students observation. <p><em>The problem in this study was the low student learning outcomes in mathematics learning the subject of multiplication of mixed fractions in class V. The purpose of this study was to see an increase in student learning outcomes in learning mixed fraction multiplication using the TGT learning model in class V SDN 2 Cigembor, Ciamis District, Regency. Ciamis. The population in the study were 30 grade students of SDN 2 Cigembor. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research Methods (PTK) according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of four stages: planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. This research was conducted in two cycles. The instruments used in this study were evaluation instruments, teacher performance instruments, and student activity instruments. Based on the results of the evaluation test data from cycle I to cycle II, it shows that in the first cycle the average student learning outcomes were 74.40 and learning completeness was 57%, while in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes were 79.83 and completeness learn by 87%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the use of the TGT learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the multiplication of mixed fractions in class V SDN 2 Cigembor, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency, Academic Year 2019/2020.</em></p>

To create an attractive learning atmosphere, a teacher needs an approach that is a discovery learning model in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to improve learning understanding and learning outcomes of Inpres Tompudau students in natural science learning material vegetative propagation of plants through the application of discovery learning models. The research method used is classroom action research consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting through two cycles. Data collection techniques, namely observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative data techniques with indicators of success seen from an increase in the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for science subjects for Grade VI students of SDN Inpres Tompudau Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year. Students can be said to be completing individually in learning if they meet the specified KKM value standards if the specified KKM standard is 65 and the student exceeds that value then it can be ascertained that the student is complete, and classically 85% of the total is declared complete learning and 85% of the number stated an increase in understanding of learning. The results showed that the use of discovery learning models could improve the understanding and learning outcomes of Grade VI students of SDN Inpres Tompudau regarding the vegetative propagation of plants in the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.

This study aims to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of students through learning the Discovery Learning model that uses practicum material bricks mixed by durian and coconut skin. The briquettes were implemented as practicum materials on temperature and heat learning in the Discovery Learning model to improve learning outcomes of KIR students in SMP N 15 Kota Bengkulu. Bomb Calorimeter in Chemical Laboratory Basic Science UNIB was used to determine the calorific value of briquette variations in the mixture of durian and coconut shell skin. The characteristics of briquette were carried out in the Science Laboratory. The instrument used in learning implementation was a multiple-choice test form that has been validated. Result of learning implementation showed that students’ cognitive learning outcomes increased after Discovery Learning model was implemented. The N-gain value was 0.78 in the high group, 0.57 in the medium group, and 0.53 in the low group.
